2009.01.21 Document Release

I wonder if 3172 was the warrant for Lee's DNA...it would have had to set out the reasons for requesting it.

I think it is the search warrant return page. There is no list of what they took from the house even though the last page in the search warrant documents says it is attached. That was what I wanted to see out of this document dump and it isn't there.

Hi,
Does anyone have a link to these documents that are downloadble in PDF format? I ususally do this from WFTV site but it appears they have changed the way they are presented so you can not opt to save them to your own hard drive only view them or print them.

Yes, of course! Just as GA and CA's DNA profiles were compared with Caylee'sThere are several sets of DNA with shared alleles, in that house. Which profiles are on the stuff found at the crime scene?

I think you are wrong on that! Why would they do that? I think the hospital can confirm Casey was the mother, so why would they test Cindy? And George? Did I miss a request for them to be tested against Caylee???

They will compare G & C perhaps to crime scene DNA, but there's no reason to test whether or not they parented Caylee...unless you know something we don't??? Many people saw Casey pregnant...I doubt police suspected Cindy was really Caylee's mother.

He doesn't say that the white thing is a bag. It's wrong to assume that. Or, I should say... to call the white thing a bag is an assumption. Kronk never said he saw a white bag.

I didn't think so either. He said he saw something white and he wasn't saying it was Caylee or anything.

did I say that ?
I didnt
I said he definitely said WHITE and he definitely said GRAY - that is a fact
and i provided the link to the transcript

He said "I noticed something that Looks White and there was a uh like a Gray Bag down in there"

scroll down 21-23 its there in black and white :p

I don't see ANY results from ANY DNA tests in the documents. Does that make it simple? The point the original poster made was that it was suspicious that the results from the others were in there but not Lee's. I don't see those results. I don't see any results from any tests.

I've been through this whole thread and don't recall anyone saying all the other DNA test results were back...it's blatantly obvious we don't have the crime scene DNA results, the labs probably haven't finished them all.

The test OCSO asked for was re parentage and was done months before Caylee was found.

There is ALSO nothing to suggest that LE ran tests to "see if Lee was Caylee's father." That is NOT referenced in any document. It was also not an NG "bombshell.:

Now, please take this to the Parking Lot.

PAGE 44 of the FBI document specifically asks for the test. It's been referred to many times in this thread...you must have missed it. Another poster has also posted re the notes that the parentage test results were separate.

Momtective, I found that odd, too. I hope the defense doesn't try to use it to make the Sheriff's Office look bad.

Lee ALWAYS finds things investigators don't.

That is why he is considered the best at what he does.

It will be brought up during Casey's trial in a way that makes the sheriff's office look less like experts.

IMO

The gray bag and the white thing were in different locations.

Everybody in the family's DNA was compared with Caylee's That's routine, and it's just that simple.

That's how they know WHICH family member touched WHAT, and WHO was involved in the crime.

Lee's was taken later than GA or CAs.

It is certainly not routine to test all family members against a murder victims DNA.

Re who touched what....has nothing to do with testing DNA against a victim. I don't have time to give you a DNA 101 lesson, but in brief, in order to test whether someone touched something, you would compare their DNA against any DNA found on the object you think they touched. If you do a google search you might understand what we are discussing better or perhaps someone has time to explain it in more detail for you.

I really think it was a My Little Pony. I am positive I saw a picture of Caylee with My Little Pony horses in a You Tube tribute video. Caylee was standing behind a table (like a low coffee table) and there were several My Little Pony horses on the table. I will try to find that tribute video, but I have watched SO many of them.... I'm sure I saw that picture though. I remember thinking it was a picture I had never seen.

I maybe losing my mind but if I remember correctly it was a Mr. Potato Head collection that Caylee was standing w/???

Hmmm, I was able to save the docs from WFTV, maybe try it again.

Otherwise, try this.

Thanks,

Now I can't even get the docs to load to view on WFTV site. Just comes up as a blank page where the it used to be. GRrrrrr.
From what I have read Welsh does not have the full set on their site so that is why I always go to WFTV for them. Maybe they are having problems and it will work later.

Hiya, newbie here but long time lurker. I just had a thought about the gas cans that were "stolen". My husband's father owned a used car lot when he was a boy and his job was to clean the interiors of the cars. He told me a long time ago, that the best way to clean a stain out of carpeting is gasoline and a fork. Pour the gas on the stain and let it set for a minute, then take a fork and scrape the stain and funk out of it. Worked like a charm too, although i'm not sure how it would work on a decomp. stain. Just a thought...

ITA! So maybe that's why the Sheriff's Office forensic experts went back to the car and found hair that we are speculating could be from Lee and his asst? Do you think? That would make them look less than professional too (I hope)! Thus the contamination report?

Hmmmm - good idea Jolyanna!

welcome:)

Maybe Casey was just being a smart as$ - who knows, you know??

Ya know I've thought that many times with so many things she's done. IMO she always got away with so much, she thought she could spit in the face of LE too.
Wrong, like she said in her jailhouse tapes, I'm not in control any more. I left that at the door. Something to that effect.
But surely admonished mommy for not getting her out. :furious:

I'm wondering about those cloth letters (possibly iron-ons). I'd love to know what letters they were....what they could have spelled. If it did come off a shirt, it wouldn't really do much except to show that it was from Caylee's clothing. But, if the letters were put in the bag with her, that's weird and I'd love to know if they would spell anything when arranged.

Someone earlier said: Zenida or ZFG :xena_banana:

Welcome newbie smolea!

That is VERY interesting! This could explain the butter knife found in the trunk maybe? Maybe she just grabbed the knife because it was closer/easier/whatever than a fork???

I certainly can't see her cutting anything much with a table knife/butter knife!
