2009.01.21 Document Release: What's Missing?

I have searched through the doc's and cannot find any report on Luminol tests IN the house. Anyone?

I saw no reports on the specific use of Luminol inside the house. There is a report in the docs on them blocking out the windows and using a specialized light (presumably ultraviolet) to look for stains.

I'm pretty sure bleach denatures blood so it is unrecognizable by standard testing.

I *think* (but am pretty sure) that bleach takes away the DNA aspect of the blood, but would still make the blood turn up in luminol testing. :)

Not sure, you could be right. I remember in the Gainesville murders Danny Rolling used bleach to cover his tracks.

Ditto on that. Good to see you Muzikman.

eta...almost didn't recognize you without the Alice Cooper avi. :-)

Alice is still up on my profile page. It scared some people, seeing it on threads I posted on. Good to know that AC can STILL scare people! heh

I contacted CFNews 13 earlier today, they did put up the Text Messages but had the wrong link for a while. Fixed now. Bummer that they're redacted....

We are still missing pages:
3121 -3130 (10 pages)
3132

If anybody finds them on another site, please post a link here.

I've been extremely curious about Annie's interview with the detectives, too. I do recall reading in an interview that Annie and Casey were best friends, and that they'd had a falling out of some sort, and they were no longer as close as they'd been. I've attempted to go back and find the source, but I can't seem to find it. I believe it was maybe one of the tattoo guys, but I can't find it. [Does anyone else recall reading this? Can you help me out with a link?]

Supposing what I believe that I read in the past is accurate... (big supposition, I know, since I can't find the link ;)) I think that it's possible that Annie was ripped off by Casey, not just once, but many times and looked over/forgiven, due to some lame excuse. I also believe that there was a final "ripoff" was pretty huge. When the truth of her ripoff came to light, Annie told Casey to **** off for good, and Casey moved on to more gulible pastures. Casey didn't work in over 2 1/2 to 3 years, used her parents as constant sitters, took her parents' car as her own... I guess what I'm getting at is that perhaps the reason that we've not seen hide nor hair of Annie's statements/interviews is that what she has to say is pretty darned incriminating and absolutely true. I'm guessing that when Casey's trial rolls around, that Annie will have a ****load to say, and none of it will be good.

Many of the statements from her 2007/2008 "friends" attested to the fact that Casey was a "recent" friend. Various folks from different crowds didn't know each other. Casey kept in touch with all of them, but made a point that they'd never cross paths. When news circulated that Caylee was "missing" via text message, the various people whom have never had any contact, wind up getting together to search, and due to their love of an innocent little girl, regardless of how they feel about her mother, and then compare stories...

In one of the jail interviews, Casey is told by her parents that Annie is the one who designed/made/handed out a particular T-shirt about Caylee, and Casey most unconvincingly states something to the effect "Annie is awesome" or "Isn't she awesome?" or "She's awesome." I can't recall exactly what at this time, but I do recall when I watched the video thinking, Casey doesn't think anything about this is anything other than a pain in her 🤬🤬🤬 and how much she wishes everyone who visits would stop asking her questions trying to locate her "missing" daughter.
Does anyone recall the date of the fallout between Annie and KC?
Thanks!

I'd like to see what the testing of the maggots revealed.

Was there a list in the documents about the sprayers and that silver hose looking thing/sprayer taken from the home?

If it could be considered in anyway "exculpatory", or tending to cast doubt on casey's guilt, then it must be produced, whether used at trial or not. As far as when they have to produce evidence and witness lists, that is usally determined by either state codes (I don't know FL law, anyone?), or by thye judge.

Awesome info,thanks gitana1!

My husband clarified the silver hose looking thing taken from the home - he has used/seen them at work (government space worker). It is a "sniffer" - used to take air samples to look for certain chemicals or odors that can be harmful (in his environment).

They had it with evidence though, not with the tools they used or took in so I wondered if it was in the home and they removed it? Members of LE (who used to be employed by LE) might have one or might have "obtained" one - but I can't imagine why anyone would want one??? I think it was LE equipment...

Just my opinion :)

Could some of the missing pages contain photos that they don't want released to the public?

Great work as usual Muzikman...just finished reading. Aaack! "
🤬🤬🤬* boyfriend I have a hotel in COCOA"????

Nooooo, don't EVEN tell me she was coming HERE to MY TOWN!!!! Blech, ugh...besides if you are talking about Cocoa and not Cocoa BEACH, there are only about 2 hotels even IN Cocoa - and I don't know if I would stay at any of them - they are older than me!

Some interesting info and 1 page not redacted that will take a little research...looks like a 3 minute+ call with mom on July 15th around 1:30 PM but mom didn't get her to come home or go get her before what? 5:30? More good stuff to think about -

Thanks MM!

My friend, a nurse, told me peroxide will get most, if not all blood out. I am sure there is always trace amounts left.
imo
