Anthony attorney: No date set for Caylee Marie Anthony memorial

For a few moments on Friday, it seemed that a memorial service for slain Orange County toddler Caylee Marie Anthony was about to happen and that the little girl whose disappearance has captivated the country would finally be put to rest.

Not so.
"Until her remains are released, we cannot set a definite date," attorney Brad Conway said Friday night.

7:45 p.m. A family spokesman says First Baptist Orlando's memorial is not the family's sanctioned event, though there were talks with the church that never led to a confirmation.

7:19 p.m. First Baptist Orlando just announced it will host a public memorial service for Caylee Marie Anthony at 10 a.m. Feb. 10, 2009. It will be in the main Worship Center of its campus on John Young Parkway. The church is at 3000 S. John Young Parkway. The church's Web site is www.firstorlando.com. The church also released this statement from Dr. David Uth, Senior Pastor of First Baptist Orlando: "I believe God placed First Baptist Church of Orlando here in Central Florida to make a difference in this community, and to love this community. We believe our purpose is to be a lighthouse, especially in difficult and dark times. One of those times is now as we have all been saddened by the death of Caylee Anthony.

Questions in civil case against Casey Anthony released

The questionnaire in the civil suit against Casey Anthony was released Friday night. It's a list of questions attorneys want her to answer, and some of them are juicy.
Through her lawyers, we know Casey says the woman filing the suit is not the Zenaida she claimed she dropped Caylee off with. Casey's attorneys say they will not let her answer the 29 questions, so the debate over the questionnaire could easily end up back in court.
