Lee sent Annie a myspace message on july 3 saying Caylee was missing and that no one had seen Caylee or Casey in a while. It's on page 13 of the linked document.

He also sent messages to over 30 people according to wftv and local 6.

Neither do I. They had the license plates of the car KC was driving. They could've contacted LE and explained why they were concerned. There were plenty of reasons for them to worry.

You can't send someone on a wellness check if you don't know where to send them. And I don't know if they would have gotten very far even reporting concerns to LE. Casey was an adult, no prior history of anything and she was texting her mom every day or every other day saying they were fine. Claiming they were in Tampa, the beach, amusement parks, ect...If Cindy knew where they were, she would have went to check on them herself. She sent Lee out one night to track Casey down, but Casey ran before Lee could get there. I just don't think it would have been as simple as calling Children's services and even if they did and they tracked Casey down, it would have been too late anyway.
