This all would make a LOT more sense if, while Lee was chuckling about the fact that KS admitted telling a bunch of lies, he said she lied about the nanny's actual name too. That her name really was not ZFG but another name that she could not tell for fear of Caylee's life. Then KS could apologize to ZFG for falsley using her name, and later say that the sitter's real name is Zaneida Corrales Garcia and she's involved with drug lords and .... well you get the picture. If dopey was smart, she shoulda told Lee that the person who forcfully took the baby from her in Blanchard Park was not named Zanny, but no, it looks like they're gonna stick with the original story - it still was a ZFG but not THAT ZFG.

What I found surprising was that LA didn't mention anything about KC demanding AL's phone number on her first call from jail (aka not wanting to make her look bad). I mean that really was the sole purpose behind the call. He kept saying KC was mad because "no one would listen to her" when she really seemed mad that no one would give her AL's number!

BINGO! That's ALL Casey wanted and Morgan was trying to get Lee to say it but Lee would not go there. I was yelling at the computer, "SHE WANTED TONE'S PHONE NUMBER!"

Every time LA speaks proudly of "our family," I hear, "our coven."
Sad to say, I think you're right. I have tried, and I mean REALLY tried to understand where this family is coming from. They just DO NOT make any sense PERIOD!!

And this may not make any sense to anyone but me, but Lee's laughter could be his "You know what I mean?" Using laughter as a way of saying "I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I'm sure you've done this, too."

~looking for my tinfoil...

Oh it's like "he he he" ... not "ha ha ha" ... I get it.

Snipped

Hey there, Mac-- Did you also hear him describe Casey's stunned shock/lack of action at JBP as Casey being in "stasis"? He used both words correctly (although, I had to look up "stasis" and I'm a freakin' writer) LOL

Many here think he's not very smart--that he uses big words he doesn't really understand, however, I disagree on both points. BUT here's a sharp contrast that makes him seem crafty or sly to me, and it's this: He does have a good vocabulary, yet he also makes a few glaring grammatical errors, i.e.: "Where else would she have went?" And "Her and Caylee" And "I don't know where she's at..."

I know the obvious explanation would normally be that he uses "big" words he doesn't understand to make himself seem smarter than he is, but I think he is smart. I also think there's nothing completely "normal" about this guy, and his speech patterns don't jive with me. They're evidence of something--just like his inappropriate laughter--but I don't know what that "something" is. LOL.

He actually scares me more than KC does.

He laughs at the wrong time, he says inappropriate things (and laughs some more) He really gives me the creeps.

I want to tell Mallory to run as fast as she can away from him.

Ok...I'll ask again 'cause it's making me NUTS...when did Casey "officially" change her story?!!

I disagree. "Smart" people become aware at some point in their lives - usually along about the 9th or 10th grade, I'd say - that they are speaking English incorrectly. Now perhaps this is because everyone in their family speaks that way. I am talking about usage like "I seen her yesterday" and "Where else would she have went?" "Her and Amy went to the store" etc.

But "smart" people stop using these incorrect phrases once they are taught the correct phraseology. This is why we have classes in school called "English".

I have been with people at family gatherings such as weddings, christenings, birthday parties, who come from families who use incorrect English and that particular person uses correct English. And they use it ecasue it is the correct way to speak English.

So what I am saying is that I have a tendency to think that someone who reaches their mid to late twenties (or beyond) and hopes to make it anywhere at all in the world of business and employment should have learned to speak proper English by then.

And if they haven't learned to speak proper English I don't think they are very "smart". And neither do many others.

~all I can say is that if he sticks to this exact story at the criminal trial ... he is going to look like road kill when the State finishes with him ... there is NO WAY they will be so nice and seemingly understanding. I, personally, cannot wait!!!

I'm sure he was checking its length.

:liar::liar::liar::liar::liar:
LOL! Did anyone happen to notice if it was longer in Part 5 than in Part 1? He was definitely telling some fibs!

I don't think JM's done with the depo...so someone, QUICK!! Mail this question to JM! Ask him to ask all of the Ant's this question - one by one. Let's hear their answers...or should I say...their lies, or silence. They haven't looked for Zanny. They know she doesn't exist in the real world.

Shoot, I remember Cindy saying something like she would bang on doors until she found Caylee. By any chance did the media film her while she was out supposedly doing this?

Oh no, they couldn't have let anyone actually see them searching - that would've endangered Caylee, remember. They could only say that they would be searching - somewhere - or that they had searched - somewhere else.

EXACTLY- Not to mention- hey big "investigator" how about sharing the story about the kidnapping taking place in broad daylight at a popular public park? GRR!!

Yeah, and at LUNCHTIME no less, right? Wasn't that what Lee said?

HHHHHHHHyeah RIGHT!

Did anyone else take note of the way the questioning went and the answers given by Lee? I found some to be very damming, to bad they can't be used in the Murder trial. Or can they? Anyone know. I only read part of the depo so far.
Anyone else recall a while back what Padilla had said about the new story about ZFG and Blanchard Park that Casey had told the family, he also said other that caught my eye just from this PDF alone of the deposition.

Take note of pages 16 and 17

Take note

Question 12 page 57-58:

12. Q Did you ask Casey why does Zenaida Gonzalez want our baby?

17.-22 A (Lee) Casey's explanation on why Caylee would have been taken was to the extent of that Zenaida didn't think that Caylee should have been with Casey, for whatever reason, and that she was ...that she was taking Caylee from her for a period of time to teach her a lesson. (LEE:I do remember that for sure)

Take note

page 59 9-12.
9. (Lee) but when she's out, you know, I have been trying to do everything that I can from July 15th to that point, also. so it was also kind of like I could have used all this information a month ago.

page 59
15 Q Now, what kind of lesson do you think she was--when she said she's trying to teach me a lesson

18 A(Lee) I couldn't speculate. I have no idea.

pg 83. Even though Lee did not answer the question..he still stated that he did go into a bar and found Casey some time between June 15th and July 15...

"IMO".My conclusion of part of the depo from above is that Casey admitted to Lee that she was the so called Nanny. How many times have we not heard Casey state that she didn't feel she was a good enough mother. How many times have we not heard CINDY STATE THAT CASEY TOOK OFF WITH CAYLEE, MAYBE TO GET BACK AT HER? HOW MANY TIMES HAVE WE HEAR THAT CASEY WAS JEALOUS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CINDY AND CAYLEE?

And there is more I am sure I just have not had time to read the rest..

Did anyone notice that when Lee was relating anything Cindy told him, he would say, "My mother claimed..." or "My father claimed.." but everything Casey related to him, it was "My sister said...". Hmmmmmm. Why would he do that? Casting doubt without saying it on the veracity of what his parents say?
Lightbulb moment! It is an evil plot! KC and Lee are in this together, and have been from the start! They wove this convoluted web, casting suspicion everywhere, and on everyone, awaiting the moment during trial when they can break down,in tears, and admit they have been covering up the evil done by CA and GA! CA is really Zanny, GA is really Samantha. CA and GA are adjudicated guilty, given life sentences, and KC and LA ride off in the sunset, to live a life of fame and glory, leaving behind the oppressive mother and ineffectual father to rot in jail for the rest of their natural lives. I can see it now......

Oh, no, Diz, they wouldn't have had any time to plot because according to Lee's deposition, they only had 6 or 7 minutes of private time during the entire period KC was home on bond! :rotfl: :rotfl:

The entire family tries to use big words ... occasionally even correctly, sometimes they even make up big words ... Here is a big word for them ... can you say overcompensation??

It was testimony given under oath by penalty of perjury... unless a judge rules parts of it inadmissible, due to various objections ... it can be used in KC's criminal trial ... and might even be used for charges against LA if any ever materialize.

I really think they need to depo a few of the WS members who live in Fl. We've all been listening to the same things the A Klan does, but for some reason we hear a lot more than they do.

What Morgan should have done is present Lee with the certified transcript and asked ... is this accurate?
