I am in shock that he told attorneys he was speaking to all three of the females in his house at the memorial.......poor Caylee. He should have lied and said it was for Caylee....oh, that precious baby!

Imagine...he took the baby's memorial to preach his loyalty to someone other than the deceased......boggles the mind.
And not only someone other than the deceased, but the very person charged with her murder! :furious: MOO

I have to agree with you, I was holding back opinion on Lee going through with depo today myself. I would have thought more of him pleading the 5th myself.:mad:

Can't plead 5th (LA has no musical ear) if he is not defendant. Aside from that, it is civil case.

Different rules, different states. Federal case would also shift rules.

Nope. The only 5th LA belongs to is lower fifth of class. Honestly....he never thought to ask KC usual things. Look at his comments, oh that's a good question at least 3 times. And other d'ohs from the "detective" as styled by ZFG attys and LE. (One would think he'd get a clue :crazy:)

Not intending at all to give you a hard time or be difficult--from what law peeps on board have said, depos in civ are different. Ask Chezhire, Nancy Botwin, phoenixbunny1, or impatientredhead. They know. :)

(I am thinking about yet another play on 5th...anyone know a good vodka brand aside from Stoly or Ketel1?)

Cheers.

ITA!! It was Caylee's memorial-it belonged to no one else!! LA and the rest of his family have the rest of their lives to tell or write KC and tell her how much they love her! :puke: I think this was Lee's way of appeasing KC since, according to JB's statement from KC, cremation and a memorial without her is not what KC wanted! LA and the A's are not that stupid-they are conniving but they are afraid for their own :behind: cause they can hear that bus coming round the bend!! IMO

Sometimes I think this family is a Gov experiment gone terribly wrong. Could be on that other planet people do key walls and have cell pony's.

This is all just a game of Simon Says but instead of "Simon" we have Casey Says and all the Ants are playing.

Casey says ZFG stole Caylee. Everyone else spouts the line...

Casey says ZFG stole Caylee at Sawgrass. Everyone else spouts the line...

Casey says...

:clap::clap::clap::clap:

:woohoo::woohoo:

kool aid again>>.........

I don't think the Ants believe the crap at all. I think they have all done something in one way or another and now they all have to get ONE huge story together to cover all their a$$ es.

I think JB has been taking messages back and forth all this time to the Ants so they can get that big story down pat.

I think you may be right, but for crying out loud you would think they could come with something better than this!

Good grief this story CANNOT possibly get any weirder!

Are you confusing the 5th with the 9th?

I don't want you to think I actually went there. I found the pic and made the poster. It comes from the transcript. "What really happened was I went to plan charred park."

Well, ok, I take back that compliment and give you another one instead. Well done, very dramatic and appropriate. TY!

Lee never asked Casey WHY her story changed versus Sawgrass and Blanchard!

**thud**

I'm under the impression he really didn't care, remember KC could keep on lying to him as far as he is concerned.

Depos in civil vs. criminal are different because what is at stake is simply monetary (**generally**) in civil cases.

But, Let's assume Lee had actually been the one who kidnapped Caylee, do you think he would have been able to "plead the 5th" then (even with him being here as a witness in a civil case)? I sure do! So never underestimate a person's ability to plead it.

You weren't following.

Zanny set the password.

Im asking WHEN not WHO? If that password was changed on the day she killed Caylee at the house, on her computer IN the house at the time, thats pretty darn incriminating.

You mean like "the voice inside her head" kind of thing? Oh, I would love for the defense to try that as a defense. They could eat her alive on that one.

Yes but it's already a bit incriminating to claim a non existant person did something?
