On Pg. 247 0f the first PDF Morgan is asking LA if the family was freaked out when KC told them she had lied to LE regarding the Sawgrass story and that the real kidnapping took place from the park.

First of all, LA states that his mother just listened and had no reaction. :waitasec:

Then LA states that her lying to LE makes sense! WHAT?!

IMO this family believes it is OK and even necessary to lie in many situations. The children (KC and LA) probably learned this from watching their parents.

We are never going to understand the actions of this family because they are playing by their own set of rules (or lack thereof).

As much as I 'm interested in the Forensic pyscholinguistics of LA testimony I found his hand gesturing throughtout the depo so interesting. Go back (I know it's difficult) and play his testimony without sound. His hands were all over the place as if he were the lawyer directing a response. You don't have to watch long to ask, "Where are those people who are educated in a persons mannerisms? LA was a prime canidate for observation!

Good point, KK. I also thought Lee's facial expressions and shrugs, particularly in the first hour of the videos, were much like his father's.

And OH, those SHIFTY, SHIFTY EYES of Lee's. One of the specialists I read or saw remarked that when a gaze shifts to the right, the person is probably thinking; when the gaze shifts to the left, it indicates deception. With just a few exceptions, Lee's gaze constantly shifted to his left.

Did anyone notice that when Lee was relating anything Cindy told him, he would say, "My mother claimed..." or "My father claimed.." but everything Casey related to him, it was "My sister said...". Hmmmmmm. Why would he do that? Casting doubt without saying it on the veracity of what his parents say?
Lightbulb moment! It is an evil plot! KC and Lee are in this together, and have been from the start! They wove this convoluted web, casting suspicion everywhere,and on everyone, awaiting the moment during trial when they can break down,in tears, and admit they have been covering up the evil done by CA and GA! CA is really Zanny, GA is really Samantha. CA and GA are adjudicated guilty,given life sentences, and KC and LA ride off in the sunset, to live a life of fame and glory, leaving behind the oppressive mother and ineffectual father to rot in jail for the rest of their natural lives. I can see it now......

Hey, sounds good to me. Nothing at this point would surprise me.

I have not read all of this thread, but just had to get on here and say that I find Lee's behavior at the deposition yesterday to be appalling! The laughter was totally innappropriate, IMO. I did not get the impression it was nervous laughter; I got the impression that it was a smirking sort.

I can't believe Lee was saying that Zenadia contacted Casey through texts and her My Space...and yet out of the hundreds and hundreds of texts, there is NO record of any text from Zenadia EVER in almost 2 years? Let alone from the time Caylee went missing?! Do they seriously think anyone would believe that? That Zenadia's texts mysteriously disappeared or the phone company records are wrong just for texts from Zenadia? If I were I the jury and I heard that I'd vote guilty right then and there.

Let's not forget that Casey specified the nanny's name is Zenaida Fernandez Gonzales. Is this the same name as your ZG in her 20's.

Do we even yet know that the ZG bringing this lawsuit is actually a Fernandez?

Did anyone else take note of the way the questioning went and the answers given by Lee? I found some to be very damming, to bad they can't be used in the Murder trial. Or can they? Anyone know. I only read part of the depo so far.
Anyone else recall a while back what Padilla had said about the new story about ZFG and Blanchard Park that Casey had told the family, he also said other that caught my eye just from this PDF alone of the deposition.

17.-22 A (Lee) Casey's explanation on why Caylee would have been taken was to the extent of that Zenaida didn't think that Caylee should have been with Casey, for whatever reason, and that she was ...that she was taking Caylee from her for a period of time to teach her a lesson. (LEE:I do remember that for sure)

pg 83. Even though Lee did not answer the question..he still stated that he did go into a bar and found Casey some time between June 15th and July 15...

"IMO".My conclusion of part of the depo from above is that Casey admitted to Lee that she was the so called Nanny. How many times have we not heard Casey state that she didn't feel she was a good enough mother. How many times have we not heard CINDY STATE THAT CASEY TOOK OFF WITH CAYLEE, MAYBE TO GET BACK AT HER? HOW MANY TIMES HAVE WE HEAR THAT CASEY WAS JEALOUS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CINDY AND CAYLEE?

And there is more I am sure I just have not had time to read the rest..

Sorry for quoting this all...but what really threw me was originally he said that he NEVER WENT looking for Casey....then it was oh, yeah...blah, blah, blah to the nth degree. He went from NOT remembering (lie, lie) to remembering a whole lot of detail. But, I thought he said he DIDN't find her that she was in downtown Orlando, but not where he was. I didn't read/listen to the whole thing (not for lack of trying, but it put me to sleep!)...did he say he had come across her another time?

That is the crux of the defamation case, Friday, and it can't be repeated often enough. Lots of ZG's running around out there, but how many ZFG's. And how many with a link to Sawgrass Apts in June 2008? There's nothing frivolous about her suit against the tart mom, IMHO.

I'd almost given up on this ever happening......Until this sham of a deposition!

Who is he to play detective during a criminal investigation which included the FBI???
Who is he to demand ANYTHING be shared with him they may have on his sister???
AND
WHO is he to keep such 'Bombshell' EVIDENCE from LE, the Sheriff's dept or the FBI ie: a kidnapping at a public park, threats to other's lives, first and foremost, the life of a BABY???

Bodyguards with bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, shared another theory with them about when and where the toddler disappeared.

The bodyguards shared the theory with CNN's Nancy Grace on Monday night.

Nancy Grace: What did she tell you Robert about leaving little Caylee in a park with numerous people?

Robert Dick: Well, basically, it just changed a little bit. The story is still kind of the same but instead of the sawgrass ...

Nancy Grace: The only thing that's the same is that the alleged Zenaida Gonzalez is there. Tell me.

Robert Dick: That's right, but she met her at Blanchard Park instead.


Dick is a bodyguard with Padilla. He said Casey Anthony changed her story yet again.

Investigators said she originally told them she dropped the toddler off at an apartment complex, but Dick said she recently said it was Blanchard Park.
