I don't know what type or if they have any filters as far as people putting certain photo's on...as it is clear they don't catch them all and when they do they are removed...but if you go to search and put in anything that might have a sexual overtone...it will tell you that those are not allowed.

No filter is going to be perfect. Sometimes you'll get false positives. I've heard of people posting close up pics of baby faces or their newborn clad only in a diaper, and they get incorrectly flagged as . The filter gets thrown off by the large percentage of the pic that is in flesh tone.

On the flip side, applying a tint or color effect to a pic makes it much less likely a filter will pick it up as . If someone shades all of their pics blue for example that isn't going to set off a flesh tone detector. Or if there is a small amount of one's body that is showing, but it happens to be a "private" area, that may get through.

The bottom line is, filter's are not 100%. However, it is very unlikely that someone could get more than a handful of "" images successfully into their PB account unless they were taking deliberate means to bypass filters. And even then it would probably get caught and result in action against the account per the PB TOS.

But I believe the prosecution will use the many photos (over 1,000) to show that Casey took pictures of everyone in her circle and if they can show with a list of names that almost every single person in her life were photographed at one point or another and many holding Caylee - they can prove the absence of one very important photo, that of a Nanny who took care of said child for 2 years, that of said nanny who Casey claimed to sleep over her house, to play with her children, to vacation with - the missing photos of a woman that she spent almost 80% of her time with.

The photos will be used to show that - as well as how many times this mother photographed herself partying it up.

Another very good point regarding the photos. There is no possible way that Baez can say anything is not relevant since he doesn't have all of the discovery yet. I always forget about the darn Nanny! It's as tho she never existed or something!

Are you suggesting that the large number of KC's images that were hosted on sites (PB and/or others) and are at the heart of the court motion would almost certainly not contain nudity?

You'd be surprised just how much is thrown out as irrelevant. Often prior crimes are inadmissible. The images are being released as part of the Sunshine Law but my guess is that they'll never be admitted into evidence at trial. The Sunshine Law is very legally problematic.

That may be, but certainly ALL the photos that she DELETED after Caylee went missing, or whenever those "hundreds of photos of Caylee" were deleted, should be admitted into evidence quite easily, as they will go to show what she was attempting to "erase" from her life...and if many of those pictures were of Caylee with her at parties, well...I think that will stand on its own merits.

I supposed someone else murdered Caylee and put her in Casey's car trunk for at least 2-3 days, then went back to Casey's car and took her out of the car trunk and dumped her in the woods. Then somehow after June 16th a dead Caylee managed to call her mother on the phone on several occasions.

Yeah, the invisible WONDER NANNY who also was able to telepathically guess all her passwords and change them and then sent her a psychic communication what the new passwords were...:woohoo:

And in addition to the pics themselves, there is also the fact that according to her friends there were hundreds of pics of Caylee in her accounts and after she "went missing" Casey deleted them. I am curious as to what she deleted. I can't imagine if I had a truly missing child that I would delete ANY pic, no matter how bad or blurred and would want to hang on to as many as I could and would want as many pics as possible out in the public domain so that her face could be spread far and wide in as many different outfits, expressions, moods, lights, whatever to find my child. All of it goes to motive.

Perhaps what she deleted was what would show she was guilty of child neglect and abuse at a minimum, and perhaps actual evidence is in those photos: ie: Caylee WITH the blanket, or a pic of the blanket laying around the house or the car or someone elses house...maybe pics of Caylee in the clothing she was found in, or who knows until the photos are viewed. One thing is certain, they should be admitted as they are relevant.

It could be either way. I'm not entirely sure how PB operates, but I believe some images are auto deleted by the filter and others are flagged for manual review. I know users of the site can report offending images as well.

Yes, that is exactly what I'm suggesting. There may be some mild or partial nudity, but there won't be anything explicit in these contested photos. PB and/or others would have purged anything like that. At worst they may show KC partying it up or in an inebriated state, or give motive or insight into her state of mind.

If LE found explicit pics, they harvested them from an off-line source.

These two sections of your post are exactly what I was getting at. If she wasn't trying to erase her old life (like that journal supposedly dated foe '03 that had all the pages ripped out in the beginning) they were pictures that she thought were relevant enough to delete them. Maybe a combo of both. Just when I think I can't dislike her more...I think about her and then the level somehow seems to rise.

IMO, how Casey behaved as a person before Caylee was murdered, is what led to Caylee being murdered. For instance, the fight that Casey and Cindy had on June 15th was about Casey stealing money.

The manner in which she carried herself for the months or even years prior to the killing of Caylee are very significant, I believe also.
Partying.Sleeping with multiple different guys.Partying. Never working a bit. Partying. Stealing from family, and from friends. Partying. Lying to everyone with those huge fantastic lies about her life. Partying. Her thousands of phone calls, and her thousands of text messagings back and forth.
And all that partying!
When would she have time to be mother of the year anyway!???
I believe all of her actions as partgirl, and all of her non actions as being a loving, nurturing mother are proof positive that she was too busy and too preoccupied for Caylee.

I am not sure on a link, but I have seen the type of software run.

basically the Photo web sites run bots that look at pictures in their databases. What they are looking for is essentially subtle colors, and color shades. It is based on and very similar to how the Military has been evaluating satelite and aerial reconessaince photos for decades. They can spot marijuanna growing from space because it is a slightly diferent shade of green then other vegitation. Just a diferent application of the same technology.

If a picture is showing certain shades of color over a given percentage of the picture it is flagged for review. The shading is weighted based on the shape of the picture. There are also certain specific color shades that are all but unique to hardcore sex images (such as certain shades of pink).

So when the bot finds an overly pink/fleshtoned picture it flags it for a human to review. They look at it, if its nudes it gets deleted.

In their defense, if they are on anti depressant meds, or anti anxiety meds chewing gum helps with the dry mouth that is a side effect. And can damage teeth. When I was working as a dental nurse, we used to write letters to our patients school/work saying that it was a medical need for them to chew gum if they had been told they couldnt chew while working/learning.

Nothing will make me think any less of her than I do already do. Well, I have to say that if she had Caylee with her at the time she was having her A$$ being photographed then that would make me think less. Am already sick of her and her family. Poor lil Caylee has been put on the back burner with these people. I don't care if they are involved in any car part scam or drugs or anythang else. #1 What kind of basis does KC have for being so angry with her family?
Because they havn't broke her from jail? sent her a file in a cake? I mean come on! I understand that she is all about herself, but my brain just does not register.

#2. The family. Why do they take this. Just think. This is years of emotional abuse by her to her family members. These people jump through hoops for her and are like sad puppy dogs that are ignored when the owner arrives home. They are sitting in those seats W-A-I-T-I-N-G for her to turn around and acknowledge their presence.

Oh, it makes me sick.

Everything is moving way to fast around here...all the boards...Caylee, Haleigh, Politics, Games, Parties etc...A girl can not keep up with this madness and still get the laundry done!!

Regarding your post, it's funny(not really) but, often times in families where there is severe dysfunction, that is how it seems to work. It is sad that none of them could acknowledge the dysfunction and get some help before Caylee was killed, do to it.(imvho)

LOL...totally OT, but when I was growing up I heard many whispered conversations between my older sisters and their friends. When I asked them what giving head was, they told me its when you take off your head, and give it to someone else.
