Anyone who thinks girl is KC should lay* out a list of matching features that they are certain were not digitally altered. It's even possible that Photoshop tweaking could make a person look more like KC than their actual face does.

The eyebrows are all wrong in the BJ pic. Kc always did a really bad job of plucking, but then theres always airbrushing, I guess. And the , oh sorry, woman in the BJ pic looks like she's had her lips done. And the hairline is different.
I dont think its her.

The lips wrapped around the burito are very different to the lips wrapped around the other....er...prop.

I'd really like to know the order of events that day ( don't care a bit about Baez and his whining...irrelevant IMO). Is this how they broke the "news" to her? Standing in front of a tv watching LE investigating the scene? I have to say IF that's the case then it's pretty cruel...not that I think that any emotion Casey expressed at the time had ANYTHING to do with Caylee....but, if they told her that way, still cruel IMO. (and no, I haven't totally lost my mind!)

I would like to know the order of events as well. If they delayed JB's visit so they could film her viewing it on TV maybe he has a complaint. But if that's jail policy to send them to the medical unit, too bad. No special treatment. I just hope the jail did everything 'by the book' so to speak because Baez is going to try and get her off on some silly technicality.

Yesterday, JB said KC had 4 different accounts, some filtered (his word) some not with over 2,000 images. He also said that the media does not have copies of all of these. The Sentinel attorney said that they have images that have not been published.

I heard on CNNHDL yesterday that KC took Caylee to the "no clothes party", while CA thought she was at work. This is the first time I have heard that Caylee was at the party. Anyone else?

I had heard that..but I'm unsure if it was rumor or what. I remember AH's name being associated with saying Caylee was at that party..again it could have been a rumor. I do also factually remember one of the Lake Vaj residents that posted on W/S saying that Caylee was NOT at that party. JMO and how I remember it going down!

i was under the impression that she was waiting in the medical area for some unrelated reason, but in view of a tv broadcasting the remains discovery and was filmed because it is a public area that is always filemd.

i did not think this was a setup, like dragging her in front of a camera in front of a tv that they knew was going to replay the discovery news any second.

im pretty sure it was taped as a matter of procedure and it is purely coincidental (and lucky) that her reaction to breaking news was "caught on tape".

I've been wondering that same thing. I thought I recalled it being JB who broke the news to Casey, but apparently that's not the case.

I think you're discussing the fact that JB WANTED to be the one to break the news to KC. I distinctly remember him whining that he wasn't able to get to her first.

Also, I think everyone(not you in particular CW) is confusing the fact that when the remains were found there was no positive ID that is was indeed Caylee. At the time it was said to be the remains of a child, period. When Caylee was positively ID'd I believe the Chaplain at the jail told KC. This is what JB was whining about although it's simple procedure that a jail chaplain breaks the news to inmates regarding death.

I have a completely different impression. IIRC, it was said that prisoners are taken to the medical area when "news is coming" (sorry, I can't remember who said that or when). There are always cameras there, though.

I just LOOOOOVE how the defense's only strategy is to take the "us against the world" approach...
