I think so too. And even if RK has a g/f who works at the jail, they'd need to prove she knew where Caylee was and tipped off RK. MOO

Wait a sec <snap>. Hasn't RK said all along it was his "psychic" girlfriend who urged him to search there and to go back again? Oh no, I don't like the way these pieces are falling into place. Frankly, that "psychic" girlfriend thing always seemed a little odd to me, but I figured anything's possible in this case. If this psychic girlfriend also happens to have worked at the jail, I think we have a biggggg problem.

Thursday, Casey's attorney said it's not in her best interest to tell what she knows about where Caylee is.

"It does her no good to show her cards to give the prosecution any advantage they have to put her away for life," Jose Baez said.

Hence a perfectly reliable source for recommending a nanny for an infant.

As funny as this is, it is very compelling evidence (to use a JB terminology) that there is the other JMH that no-one knows, the other ZFG that no-one knows and, Juliette -- the only ones in KC's inner circle who knew and can support her Nanny story but --- don't exist!!!!

I was listening to the clips on NG tonight where the 911 caller asks KC why she waited 31 days to report Caylee missing and KC says she was searching and using other resources.

There are no known resources that KC was using to search for Caylee ..... on this planet at least!

Its not a crime to not report - otherwise the PI would have charges against them - they dont . You can be sleazy without being criminal. What JB would be obligated about if KC confessed is to not ask questions of her where he knows she is lying. He would have to say if she was going to take the stand ( which she wont) she is testifying in the narrative. KC would just tell her
story.

They wont throw out evidence at the dump site - anything anyone said
would be hearsay and proving it would be very difficult

Stop worrying KC is toast - burnt black and inedible ...... Fear not

Enjoy the defense smoke - it has no merit and there isnt a juror alive
stupid enough to not think KC is guilty

JUst too much stuff points to her and only her

Her bizarre behavior screams her guilt

no innocent parent in the history of parents have acted in this manner

RK has a psychic girlfriend?

Wait a minute. I thought it was the man in the woods by the school with a shovel (this is begining to sound like a French lesson...the pen of my aunt sort of thing lol) who had the girl friend whose mom was psychic.

Does that make sense? It's late!

Psychics are just popping up all over the place in this case.

JB is going to grill AH over her testimony with clever questions to try to draw out inconsistencies and then try to claim AH is either not credible or, a liar or, get some snippet beneficial to defense or, all three.

It seems to be a part of the gauntlet as part of our justice system .... I have run the gauntlet and, as someone testifying with the truth ... the Defense can really mess you around and drive you crazy. Trip you up.

My thoughts are with AH that she can be strong, be truthful and, be consistent.

I hope her testimony makes JB & Casey both wish they were never born.
Would serve them both right in trying to discredit AH.

It is late, but that made perfect sense.
I'm thinking I may have missed something. Wouldn't be the first time.

When I heard this, I asked "What does Casey have on her? What could JB exploit to discredit her?"

And another thing is that RK first went to the area back in August, and called LE a couple of times. So that would date the overheard conversation back several months before Caylee was actually found. I think RK has already explained why he didn't return until December (his work schedule) and if he'd been sitting on a certainty that Caylee was there, would've gone back sooner. MOO

True, but KC is famous as a liar, so it's possible RK figured in August that she'd probably lied to her lawyer or the jailhouse gossip got distorted. Then along came the hurricane and months of high standing water.

As much as I hate this theory of why RK was so certain Caylee's remains were at the Suburban site, it explains something else that has never made sense to me: When RK summoned LE to the site in August, he was strangely content to simply send an officer into the woods without accompanying him--as if RK believed the officer would be as able as he himself was, to locate one important trash bag among all sorts of other bags and refuge scattered in the dense foilage.

Let's be honest here--if any of us had found that bag in the woods, we'd have gone in there with the PO to point out what we'd discovered, and I believe the PO would have wanted the assistance. Even if he didn't want us to accompany him--and assuming we HAD ACTUALLY SEEN SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS--we'd have plowed back in there ourselves to confirm the contents were merely trash.

On the other hand, if the only information we had was that Caylee's remains were supposedly inside a white laundry bag and black trash bags "right back there in the woods somewhere," and if we didn't immediately spot them when we looked there, then we might settle for standing back and sending a PO in there to search, hoping he'd find what we hadn't found.

When the neither the PO nor us had been able to locate the evidence, that would certainly dilute our sense of urgency, not to mention our belief that KC had been telling the truth for once.

All this is of course JMHO.

Nah---ain't true. If it was then JB would have jumped on that band wagon long ago.

No he would not because then he would be admitting that the conversation took place and that Casey did in fact confess to him where Caylee's body could be found.

  • #154
Back before Caylee was found and we all were guessing if KC confessed to JB and all that, I thought someone said if JB had info about where the body was then he was obligated to tell LE. If thats true and this story is true couldn't JB be in hot water?

Re my bold. Can you confirm that? I'm not sure that's accurate. TIA.

So let me get this straight.

KW is calling in tips and searching with a shovel because his gf psychic mother told him where to look. (Aug & Oct)

Kronk is calling in tips and looking because his psychic GF told him where to look. (begining Aug)

DCasey is searching with his shovel cause a psychic called him on the phone and told him where to look. (Nov)

All righty then! :D

Well, don't get all hung up on JB deposing witnesses - I don't know a lawyer who wouldn't. That is his job - to find out everything he can about everything and everyone. And even though you may hate KC and know she is guilty, she is still entitled to make the State prove her guilt beyond reasonable doubt and she is entitled to defend herself and take advantage of the Constitutional rights afforded her by virture of her status as a US citizen. One of those is the right to counsel which then includes all the armament in a lawyer's arsenal. Depos are SOP.

LP also said that LA was Caylee's father.

I was so curious after reading your post that I went and found that interview. I think the girl doing the interview said "this is thursday" so I think this was done on Nov 20th, just a few days after DC is out to the crime scene. You may be right, LA may have just told them, as MB says on the tape "this week has been the worst" or something like that. I actually remember thinking when I watched this back then "wonder why this week has been the worst"? Well now we may know. jmo

I'm pretty certain this was also the same week that Mark N resigned from the A's case. Anyone remember without needing to search?

Which one of the Anthonys is psychic?

I do.

Who Baez is talking to next week is making me give this theory more credence.

This is so not good. Who is Baez talking to next week that makes you feel LP's theory is more credible?
