I'd be careful about putting too much weight into the paver theory (pun intended ).

Pavers do not appear on any of the evidence sheets released by the state attorney from search warrants at the Anthony's or material collected from the remains site.

If they were important they would have been taken into evidence.

Also, GA did seem to be cooperative in the initial stages when it was hoped to be a missing child case. He pointed out "disturbed soil" to LE and I think he would have noticed and reported missing pavers.

OK Where did the A's get the "money"???????? Seems GA had "just" started a job and CA was the only one working. She didn't make "THAT" much money. They had nice cars---nice furniture---Caylee had a lovely room---they certainly didn't look to be hurting 2 much. Would love to know where they got the lettuce.

yeah so would i !!!!!!!!!!!!!! me and my husband still drive around in an 88 chevy pickup. times are tough. would love to know what kind of money they make?

They were probably in debt up to their eyeballs, for the things that they had. By outward appearances, their upkeep surpassed their income... just probably the downfall of not being able to keep up with the payments had yet to really kick in.

They are borrowing against the future . . . . future movie rights that is.

I have 2 theories as to why JB has been deposing all these people associated with the crime scene. 1) To further their belief that the area had been cleared several times and Caylee had to have been put there when KC was in jail, or 2) LE overheard a convo and tipped off either RK or DC as to where the body was. This would allow them to try to get all evidence associated with the body to be thrown out at trial (although I'm unsure as to why they'd admit their client's guilt to do this, especially since they said it's just "junk science"). I'm leaning more towards this one b/c they also have been deposing (or trying to) several people who work at the jail. Thoughts?

OR, leaked it to P.I

Any information that was divulged to P.I. Casey while he worked for Baez was work product and privileged. HOWEVER, he IS a human being who also might have have been horrified over the thought of a two year old abandoned in a dumping ground.

P.I. Casey and Baez had a falling out in October. We don't know why. But what happened next might be a clue.

DC formally ended his professional relationship with Baez and officially began working for George and Cindy.

Maybe in a weak moment while Cindy was crying on his shoulder (or even while he watched Lee or George crying in their beer) P.I. Casey let his compassion overtake his professionalism. Maybe he could no longer let grandparents hold out hope when there was no hope. Or he wanted Caylee to be buried decently.

Within a few weeks of P.I. Casey formally ending his relationship with Baez, amidst rumors of a fallout, P.I. Casey was out searching for Caylee close to where Caylee's body actually was. Cindy's demeanor visibly changed. Her body was hunched over. She couldn't talk during the interview where the kidfinder lady spoke.

I think Cindy had just been told Caylee was dead and she expected P.I. Casey to find Caylee's body soon.

According to the lawyers on the legal thread, as an agent for Baez, P.I Casey couldn't tell anyone anything he found out that came from Casey & Baez's privileged conversations. But, I think it more likely that HE did than that LE was eavesdropping and KNEW Casey's location at the same time Baez did.

If LE KNEW where Caylee was they DIDN'T have to send a meterman out to find her. They could have looked themselves based upon "Caylee is close", Chris S.'s sighting of Casey jogging and needing to recheck Kio's hunch.

LE wouldn't send a THIRD party out to do their investigation. Especially one that had already called in 3 times and that had credibility problems with the cop previously sent out. I think Cain would have said RK was an overenthusiasist, overimaginative, over-reacting publicity seeker based upon Cain's responses to RK's calls.

I can totally see KC stealing her parents pavers to mark the "grave." It sounds totally KCish to me, selfish, ignorant, without any planning or fore thought. I think she wanted to mark it in case she needed to come back and move them for some reason.

I believe she told LA where the body was, and he told the PI's. I don't know if Caylee's remains ever would have been "found," if the PI's had gotten to them first. The states case was a lot weaker without the body, and remember CA was running around having pictures taken of other people's children back then, and claiming they were pics of Caylee.

Missed the show tonight. Any mention of Haleigh's case?

I wish that if LP has any real information about his theory he'd just give it to LE and let them investigate and stop trying so hard to push it on tv. Please, guys, don't start calling me a basher or hater, because I'm not -- I think I'm pretty fair and objective when it comes to the LP issue. But he matters nothing to me compared to how much I want there to be justice for Caylee. I simply don't understand why it is so important to him to make sure his theory gets widely heard. I truly don't. He appears (note I said appears) to have been out to discredit Kronk, for one reason or another, since he found the remains. He keeps insisting someone had to have told Kronk to go to the scene and that K's story is therefore a lie. He's tried out LA, the fellow employee or supervisor, and now a LE girlfriend in the role of person who told Kronk something. This latest version, which dovetails into some of the garbage JB is always ranting about, is truly dangerous. It doesn't seem in any way helpful to LE, but more a threat to derail the case. I just find this very upsetting, especially if it's designed to be controversial or interesting just for the sake of being so.

I agree w/ everything here, especially what I bolded. When LP wasn't on Nancy's show for a week or two there, I thought we were done w/ him, finally! Silly me, he's come back to stir up stuff again. I am very worried myself about what he puts out there unsubstantiated. And Nancy just fans those flames putting him back on her show. They know the A's and LE watch, or at least hear, about her show's content. Maybe not every night's show, but enough to know what LP is up to. I'm sorry, but I wish LP would stay out of the investigation.

Another thing about LP's theory......

I don't think that Casey would tell Jose where the body was anyway

Casey has probably told Baez LOTS of versions of what happened and probably most of it wasn't true. But, she was very, very bad at executing her crimes and actually may have included Caylee's body location in one of her stories. Casey liked saying "Caylee is close". Telling her lawyer the actual location might have been kind of a thrill.

BUT, IF LE went to all the trouble of eavedropping, why would they follow up their biggest tip with a possibly unreliable, possibly gossipy, possibly momento stealing meterman? What would prevent a meterman from taking pictures to sell to the NE? It isn't like nobody ever would do THAT?

Why would LE send its trained search teams to the airport and by where the man was seen from a bridge and where Casey's car was seen if they had overheard where Caylee was straight from the horse's mouth?

I don't believe LE told LP they eavesdropped.

It's crazy...sometimes LP seems so believable, and sometimes he seems way out there. Does anyone think he truly has inside scoops? Or, simply pulls things out of the air?

I like LP, but if this Daisy Chain carp is just his theory, I wish he'd just shut it! He's muddying the waters with that story.

Here's another one. The pavers in this picture, above the blue roof, are curiously placed. :waitasec:

zzzNEWS%2BCAYLEE%2BGONE%2B5.jpg

I thought the pavers at the remains site and the abandoned house were white...these are tan.

Has the lady that stayed in the house with KC ever been questioned?

LP was a BRIEF guest tonight. Despite NG having a substitute tonight, LP STILL only got his "15 seconds of fame". When, for once, I REALLY Wanted to hear LOTS more that he had to say tonight.
I've been posting till blue in face over the past few months that NOBODY previously searching was EXACTALLY in the right area. Close, but no cigar. Kio Marie included. And here's a pet peeve, correct me if I am wrong, didn't Kio testify that KC ONLY HELPED herself and others bury their dead pets off Suburban Drive. KC NEVER ONCE brought her own dead animal here for burial...RIGHT????
NG had a a SUB tonight. Mike Brooks. Was that his name? Anyway....

I get ticked off every time I hear that! :furious:

Me, too!

Hard to believe they all had a feast while investigators dug around for bones...Why didn't the a's go there and speak to the LE. That is what we would have done...couldn't eat a bite, but thats just me.

Good evening everyone! At the bottom of the screen it said a new document release is coming.

Even if I knew...even if I hadn't had the heart or stomach to divulge the information about my monstrous daughter's monstrous acts to LE...I couldn't have eaten when LE finally discovered my granddaughter's remains.

I imagine there would have been some relief involved--no more need to hold that secret--no doubt I would have wanted the discovery so that I could bury my beloved grandbaby and memorialize her beautifully. But relief notwithstanding, I would have been at the site of the discovery, holding my breath as each tiny piece of my tiny girl was recovered so that I could say a little prayer. And so that I could thank the men and women working so, so hard to give her (and us!) the peace that was so desperately needed.

I would be torn. I would love my daughter. But no matter how far along in the grief process I was, there would be no celebratory dinner----even if my heart did, in fact, celebrate the end of the nightmare of not knowing, it would still be far too heavy.

The Anthonys are inured to dysfunction. They have become numb to things that would make anyone else ill. It makes me wonder what else they had to endure from Casey over the years.

My understanding was that steak and lobster was served to some of the people at that dinner.

I don't remember reading that Cindy or George ate any of the food with gusto or that they even swallowed a bite. Am I the only person that has ever sat through a meal moving food around a plate gagging from nausea the whole time?

I also remember reading that the mood was somber.
