I've missed a lot, since I don't go elsewhere to discuss this case. So some of the people who were so adamant that they just weren't convinced Caylee was dead, and who derided all the lacking compassion other people, were really just stealth Casey supporters? Oh, well. Someone has to keep her in Cheese Puffs.

I've missed a lot, since I don't go elsewhere to discuss this case. So some of the people who were so adamant that they just weren't convinced Caylee was dead, and who derided all the lacking compassion other people, were really just stealth Casey supporters? Oh, well. Someone has to keep her in Cheese Puffs.

In fairness, I don't think that was true for all of the 'alive' posters back in the Fall. I do feel there were/are some stealth posters around in various places, but I also believe that some of the people who used to post here really felt very strongly for a long time that Caylee was still alive. Long after many of us did.

The thing is, if you only morally not legally need to call 911 if you find or know the location of a body then, to me, the line was crossed when DC was directed to go search based on markers and he was poking with a stick and digging. He was actively interfering with a crime scene not just looking.

Based on the allegation that the Judge filed a Bar complaint himself I am wondering if there was more said than just not calling 911 and he is duty bound to notify the Bar.

ETA: JH reported that DC said "Lets go get her ...... she is dead". That isn't confirming a lead or info.

What if they had found the remains? Did they plan to interfere with the crime scene, plant evidence to frame someone else or, move the body? Hmmmmm?

Does anyone involved down there - the Anthony's, BC, JB, Lee, LP, the PI's, KC's friends, LE, NG, Kathy Belich...anyone - ever consider going to that spot on Suburban Drive, sitting in the grass there, and think about the fact that a baby was tossed there in the brush and swamp and left to rot?

If they were going to interfere with the crime scene or plant evidence would there have been videotaping?

I think the P.I.s were going to be the heroes that found Caylee and make lots of $$$$$$$$ selling their video.

What was Baez going to do about it if DCasey had the psychic to use for his excuse? I don't think DCasey expected Cindy to tell the press she asked him to go look. Or Baez to file a motion that practically said the original Caylee location source was Casey.
