Yes, it was disturbing...ALL of it ! I think that watching these depositions of Cindy and George is not healthy, mentally, emotionally, it's just not good. I can't imagine what actually living in their house would be like, Casey may be somewhat thankful to be in jail...I think I would be !

You are so right...it is sooo not healthy. I didn't even try to watch GA's as I knew after the tidbits I saw on NG and the snippet of Cindy's I cannot watch or read anymore of them. ITA - jail would be mighty tempting if I had to live in such chaos.

Since Cindy dared bring up the subject of someone's not-so-perfect teeth, I couldn't help but notice her super-duper blindlingly white two front teeth. Those veneers are a tad tooooo white for the rest of her teeth. If you squint when watching her, she looks as though she only has two big, white front teeth. Oh well, it IS Easter.

After seeing these two - I actually feel some empathy for Casey and Lee. How do you develop into a healthy human being with parents like that? Smothering, arrogant, belligerent, controlling dismissive... I could go on.

Some of us DID have parents like that.

We got jobs and left the house. We learned normalcy from our friends.

KC didn't want to work.

I despise Cindy and I don't even know her. Just imagine how those who have to deal with her feel. You'd have to RESTRAIN me. Can they get her on perjury for this deposition? Saying that she had an address book, that LE lied, etc. Gad! I can't stand her! Argumentative bag!

So here we see how Cindy plans to explain away all of hr different stories, she says over and over again , That was a mis-statement, it was only x amount of time since my grand daughter went missing and I was going on very little sleep. As Nancy says, that is BS! The truth is the truth is the truth, tired or alert. Cindy was cold busted when he showed her the video of her lie that she told saying Zany had been talked about in their home for three years. I found it funny that she said Caylee talked about Zany's dog, when George already told the FBi in his interview that they would ask Caylee all the time how was your day with Zanny, and we would get nothing, a blank stare, as if she didn't know what or we were speaking of.

My impression of Cindy's deposition:

Cindy seems to be way way off in her beliefs on how the public views her and the facts in this matter in general. She seemed to think that folks viewing the dep would clearly form the impression that (1) Cindy is right, while ZFG's attorney is wrong; and (2) Cindy "won" the exchange with ZFG's attorney, who (Cindy believes) is going to come off like a "fool".

I got that impression, too. It's as if she thinks she's coming off as the "little person" who's not going to take it anymore. Norma Raye or something. Instead she just adds heaping coals to her own head.

It was so mean spirited Cindy making fun of Zenida that way. Absolutely hateful! Poor Brad, he sure had two runaway trains on his hands! It is very distracting the way that Cindy chomps on her gum, George and she even chewed gum during their time at the memorial so it must be a nervous habit. They were trying to cover for KC today, but it all backfired on them they came off as liars and without shame. If I were a juror and I had seen this, I wouldn't trust one word that came out of theri mouths! In Texas this would never have ben allowed before a criminal trial, so this is new to me (having a civil depo before a criminal trial).

There is some logic in having this trial first. ZFG's reputation was ruined by KC BEFORE KC was ever accused of murder. She's been called a kidnapper, and her injuries have been ongoing. Thank goodness she chose not to just lie down and take it. Cindy TESTIFIED in the prelim that she KNEW Casey had ZG babysitting Caylee for most of Caylee's life. Now she claims to have HAD phone numbers for Zanny. She says there's a Zanny but it's not this one on the one hand and then she says Zannie is JG or someone else. I can't remember ALL the people Cindy has tossed under the bus. I want to know which it is. Is there a Zanny, but not "this one" or is Zanny Jesse or (Annie or Amy? She can't have it both ways and that's what she is trying to do. In Cindy's eyes, Zanny is anyone BUT KC. Except we know that this is the only ZG in the immediate area of Florida. I just don't think KC, who lived in Orlando would have a babysitter that lived in Miami. I couldn't sell that to my dog...lol AND this is the only Nanny with any association to Sawgrass apts where KC so vehemently said that she left Caylee. There will be no plea bargain in this case; the prosecution would be total idiots if they agreed to a plea bargain.

Don't you love how Cindy claims that Caylee drowned in THEIR POOL where KC LIVED when she was in th e care of Jesse, who hadn't had a relationship with KC for over a year?

I have seen better behavior from preschoolers.

I think they are a bit obcessed with looks and material things. The way George gushed in the jailhouse visits..."hi gorgeous, hey beautiful."
Pretty is as pretty does, and Casey did a bad, bad thing...she is as ugly as they come because of it.

I know...I am just shocked...how mean. I can't even imagine how someone could be so cold and mean spirited...that was just ugly...just like you said. This whole thing with them is just sickening...and I didn't even think about the "hi beautiful" comments, but you're so right. They are soooo about the surface, yet still so very transparent.

Seriously, here is what I just do NOT understand...after watching those two unbelievable depositions, could those two seriously believe KC is innocent?

Cindy is alot of things, but she is no dummy. If she truly wants to get KC off, she HAS to realize the whole "Zanny did it" defense is not going to work. So if they realize/know/suspect that KC is guilty, why haven't they and the dream team come up with another defense? Why didn't Cindy and George go to that deposition today and tell anyone that would listen that there is no Zanny and there never was and you'll find out at trial who really did it.

I know this will sound absolutely crazy, but really, I only see two reason for Cindy and George to be backing up the Zanny story.

1. They believe it.

2. They want KC to get convicted.

I just do not believe if they know KC to be guilty, but still honestly want to get her off that they would go with the Zanny story to accomplish that.

i remember CA testifying that she and KC never had a fight the June night when KC left for the last time.....

HUH?! hasn't that been confirmed even by LA? I know it has been spoken of often by KC's friends, but hasn't this been confirmed by other family members?

I am in total agreement with your statement. Their basic personalities came through very clearly today, and there is nothing healthy there. I guess the apple really doesn't fall far from the tree. As for living in their house, can you imagine sitting at the dinner table with them? If they eat like they chomp gum, well, I shudder to think of them dining at the Ritz-Carlton. They clean up well, but the behavior is just not in sync with the look. KWIM?

That woman has NO call to criticize any other woman's appearance. Nor should she be whining about being taken to task for defaming the REAL Zenaida. Nor should she accuse the attorneys of being media 'hos-- though I concur, for the most part.

I'd LOVE to see her demonstrate one single virtue, or say one intelligent thing.

i think its a combo type thing

1. they are stupid
2. they believe it in a backwards kind of way
3. they are stupid
4. it makes them look hideous if she is convicted
