Don't have time to read thru 30 pages of posts, so apologize in advance if this has already been mentioned herein....but did anyone take note of Cindy's comments during the line of questioning about Dominic Casey and Suburban Drive "lookaround".....Cindy makes the comment that Dominic didn't find her because somebody put the body there after that! Guess that's going to be one of the defense's arguments!

I guess I was mistaken about how people feel about Zeneida. I believe there will be no money gained by Ms. Gonzalez. KC is indigent. The money he will make will be due to his exposure from this case. I think the fact that this suit will not garner any money, makes it feel like harassment. I guess knowing this makes me feel this way about the civil case. I truly think that this may cause problems for the criminal case.

I don't believe that KC has declared herself indigent and she is not being represented by a PD. Instead she has the services of a large and very expensive defense team. Before Caylee's disappearance, her parents were stretched financially even tho Cindy had a good job and George was also working at least part of the time. Since Caylee's disappearance, neither are working, yet they are still in their home and have not declared bankruptcy.

There are funds - we just don't what the source of them is, yet. IMHO, the challenge to Zeneida's attorneys will not be getting a guilty verdict on the defamation. The real work will be enforcing the judgement by untangling the financial web that has been woven to provide KC a defense, support her parents and protect future income/assets from lawful claimants. I wonder if Morgan and Morgan has a team of forensic accountants on board ?

Funny how some forget that Casey had the nerve to counter sue!! Once she did that, all bets were off (IMO). The b**ls on her!! This ZG has every right in the world to want her name cleared. Years from now, people who remember this case will remember the name Zeneida as easily as they remember the names OJ and Jack the Ripper!

And there are people, even on WS, that will always believe that the ZG that's behind the lawsuit is the one who kidnapped and murdered Caylee. If someone casts public stones, you ablsolutely need to clear them publicly. And even at that, people will still believe what they want.

It was listed on ABC news what they had paid for the photos and videos thus far and of course NG followed up and said it on her show. Maybe google it?

She is going to be a nightmare when it comes time for the criminal trial. Do you remember her at the bond hearing? She was confrontational, avoided questions, answered with questions, wouldn't give a straight yes or no to a straight yes or no question and tried to ask questions to the attorney...

The judge had to admonish her several times in the short time she was on the stand.

I don't envy the prosecution or the judge but I will be watching with popcorn and milkduds.

I'll wash it down with a nice cold pepsi. No "kool-aid" for me.

Oh, I don't doubt the abilities of the fine prosecutors of Orange County. I have been nothing but impressed with them.

ABC news 20/20 is doing a story on Caylee Anthony tonight and interviewing the family including Casey. ABC has said that it is their policy not to pay for interviews but I think they are getting around that by paying to “license” the use of family photos and video. The attorneys questioning the A's should be commended for behaving professionally in the face of total disrespect and disregard for the rules of law. Had they not perpetuated their daughter's lies about Zenaida they wouldn't be in this position. Their behavior throughout this process is deplorable.

IMO, I think letters to the prosecuting attorney in the criminal matter urging them to bring charges of perjury and obstruction would be appropriate. Normally, perjury charges are hardly brought, but their conduct is so aggregious, they're almost casebook studies in the appropriate use of the statute. It's time to pull the tents down on the Anthony Family Circus and perhaps criminal charges all around will bring them back to reality.

Have watched just a portion of Cindy's depo and had to turn it off at the disrespectful, thumbing her nose at the law attitude. I'll have to read the rest because viewing it made me too angry.

If that was not a classic display of entitled narcissistic behavior I don't know what is. Better run to the psych profile thread.

I thought the atty from JM's office did an excellent job of keeping his cool. How he didn't reach over and throttle that woman I'll never know.

I was wondering if Fernandez appears on that paperwork? I can see what everyone is sayiung about the C being a mistake, but I was wondering about the Fernandez. You know Cindy and George can be mad at ZFG and her lawyer all they want for having to be there. But the only reason they are there was because of their daughter KC-she was the one who started all this. She is the one who is counter suing, she is the one who said that ZFG from Sawgrass took Caylee-she is the one who didn't call police about her missing daughter and went out partying instead. She is the one who lied to the police about everything. She is the one who is tearing this family apart. She is the reason for all this and more. And my feelings are-she is the one who murdered her own child. Its just too bad, they love KC more than they ever loved Caylee. Their lifes will never be the same, and it all because of KC-no one else.!!!

What is Cindy getting at with this? She indicated ZFG nodded in the affirmative that she'd signed the Sawgrass guest card as "C. Zenaida Gonzale" (no "z")
Is there a copy of the actual guest card in the discovery documents...anyone recall seeing it? I am looking and haven't found it yet.

ABC paid for the image rights of the videos and pictures ...... Thats why I was wondering when CA brought those up during her depo, that she was hinting we have more for whoever wants to buy them. I am glad people on here have notice the Anthony's (except Lee) arent working presently.

ooooh --- can't wait!!! I already have plans tonite to get some popcorn and a beer and watch the depo videos in their entirety so I can yell and throw popcorn at the screen.
