When Cindy stated that lots of people watched Caylee,so many that she didn't know half of them that amazed me. As a grandmother I would have been furious that my grandchild was being passed around like a rubber ball.

GA says no one else ever watched Calyee except for GA, CA, KC and Zanny.

Thanks JDzWife and everyone else that answered! I thought that was the case but read another post somewhere that claimed Cindy finally got mad and admitted to it. But of course not; that woman will never admit to anything.

There was a part later in the depo where the lawyer came back at Cindy and threw the argument on the 15th as a part of his question.Cindy was fired up and said yes to the entire question,but then said their was no fight.For a second I thought the lawyer "gotcha".

The prosecution now knows that Cindy will perjure herself in court and can proceed accordingly. This civil depo was really illuminating on so many different levels. It is so obvious that these people are still really hurting, and I can't help but remember the words, "the truth will set you free." If only they could cast off the lies and deceptions and simply allow justice to be meted out without impeding it, I think that they would find a very welcome peace. They need to lt Caylee's death not go unpunished. There will be many years to administer to the needs of KC, just as her needs were met by them for so many years before. But they really need to accept the truth so that they can move forward in their grief. It seems they are stuck in the anger phase right now.

I am really sick to death of hearing Cindy in this deposition say that she did not know she was recorded by OCSO, especially after hearing in the tape of KC released on April 6 where she too says that Cindy was not told she was recorded by OCSO.

In this deposition, the Morgan attorneys show Cindy a portion of the video of OCSO's interview of Cindy. I went and dug up *that specific OCSO interview video*, and just watched it (yet again) to confirm that Cindy was told by Yuri Melich that she was being recorded. The video is here:

Not only does Yuri tell Cindy she is being recorded, but he actually holds up a tape recorder and shows it to her before placing it on the table in front on her. He explains, not once, but twice, that he is recording. Even with all that, he also asks her if it's okay with her that he records, and she says "Yes".

I don't know how it can be any clearer.

She has ABSOLUTELY no respect for anybody. Not LE, not the Judge, NOBODY. What kind of person is HER mother, I wonder. I know SP came off is semi-normal in the LE interviews.....so it must have come from CA's father????

It might not have come from either of Cindy's parents. Some people just turn out to insensitive jerks no matter what their upbringing.

I agree and looking at her behavior yesterday, I think CA is going to eventually get in trouble herself for her flagrant disregard for the court/justice system. Will probably happen when she's called as a testifying witness in court on the criminal case. In that setting, the prosecutors will be allowed to question her in a very aggressive, accusatory manner designed to get her mad and spit out the truth. If defense counsel then questions her, prosecutors will get to pounce on her even harder through cross examination. She'll be yellling, screaming and trying to question the prosecutors right back and the judge will have to admonish her or issue a contempt of court. "


Question: Can Cindy and George be dismissed from testifying in the criminal case if they are deemed hostile witnesses?

After the display of flagrant disregard to answer questions asked by ZG's lawyer to both C and G Anthony shown on the Nancy Grace Show last evening The Judge in the criminal case is going to have his hands full if he gets these two on the stand and I have a feeling its part of Baez's plan to play games and interrupt court proceedings with the court/jury by getting C and G on the stand.

The Anthonys: Too much hostility directed towards others who have disrupted their disfunctional way of life, people who think they are above the law and have trained their children that the law and justice are the bad guy!!
In Denial: don't believe their daughter killed their grand daughter. Lashing out at all those who have scientific proof that their daughter is the killer.
Passing the Blame: Trying to blame others for their troubles when they are the only ones responsible. JG is an example- reasonable doubt you know.. and George Anthony is the only one who could have given that information to his family ( law enforcement backround knowledge) to claim that dear daughter couldn't have been the childs murderer.

Psychiatric Profiles: I would love to get a hold of Cindy's counciling records just to see her diagnosis. It couldn't be pretty. She seems to be a very combative woman who blames everyone for her problems and refuses to be responsible for them herself.

It's impossible to know where it came from--not all maladaptive behavior is learned. Since we don't know, I hate to think of Poppa--the loving GGF we saw snuggling Caylee and singing to her so softly only she could hear---as the root of this. I don't think it's a fair assumption to make. The man is living, and from what we have seen, loving--in fact, among the few who loved Caylee without demanding anything in return.

Brini, it's actually a truly scary thought that this particular woman cared for others. She's a nightmare, a narcissist and the true example of WHY KC grew into who she has become.

Cindy is trying to portray their family as something out of a movie script. They all got along beautifully. They never fought or had even minor disagreements. Their daughter took wonderful care of Caylee. They had a nanny (a perfect 10) NOT a babysitter as the common folks have. Casey had a boyfriend, JH, that every mother would want for their daughter. Casey's Prince Charming swooped in on his white horse and was planning to carry her off into the sunset. :blowkiss: They were all going to live happily ever after until the evil nanny took Caylee away. I wonder how she explains why the nanny took Caylee. Did she offer a reason in the depo?

Their home shows how much Cindy loves material things. Cindy cares more for outward appearances than she did (or does) for her family. Yes, she worked but I believe that her main concern was buying everything and anything to dress up their home so the world would think they were rolling in money. Caylee's room is a perfect example. In reality they were one step away from living on the street.

Their lives are bull s**t perpetuated by Cindy. They disgust me! I had to read the depos because watching them makes my blood boil!! :furious::furious::furious:

I guess I just keep holding out hope against hope that there was at least ONE someone in Caylee's life who was genuinely loving. It makes me feel better---even though I know it could very well not be true.

I've only read page one of this thread today (too early to have the stomach juices churning) so I hope I don't duplicate another's point, here goes:

Are these depositions necessary? What do GA and CA have to do with what happened as Sawgrass?

Although it stinks that an innocent woman would get dragged into this awful scenario and I sympathize with ZFQ, doesn't she draw more attention to herself by staying in the forefront versus had she faded into the background?

At the risk of sounding disrespectful, is the fact that ZFG was dragged into this quagmire the only reason she has not been able to hold down a job? Does anyone know her credentials, perused her resume? Does it prove longevity and devotion to a job/career? If not, this whole thing may be overkill imo.

Considering the above standpoint, I can understand the Ant's anger but not their behavior.:crazy:

As a grandparent and parent, I just want to take both Cindy and George and beat the sh@t of of them. I am so sick of the lies and mistruths, and trying to save their butts and KC-no thought of Caylee at all. They have no respect for anyone. I hope they all end up in jail. And in general population.
