What does LP have against RK? He is bent on convincing everyone that RK was told where to find the body by someone in LE who overheard..even if this is true, so what? Why does that make RK such a bad person? It's almost like Padilla won't shut up about it b/c he WANTS the body evidence to get thrown out due to a violation of attorney client priviledge..grrrr

Caller Sheba from IL again? Holy frequent caller !

I think it must have been a potato pizza? :banghead:
Oh that's even more hilarious ~ as IF there would be enough potatos on a pizza to emulate the odor of a decomposing toddler. And wouldn't the potatoes already be cooked? :waitasec:

The thing is, even if JB challenges the air samples as junk science and that hair too with the death band, they are more plausible given that Caylee was found murdered as well as both CA and GA smelling decomp in the trunk -- especially GA. Didn't the cadaver dogs also hit on the car? JB can challenge one piece or pieces but how does he address all of the supporting evidence?
If only the cadaver dogs could testify in court! :D

Well, this is only my theory, mind you. I think LP is a buffer for LE/FBI. When they need attention away from something or somebody--they say bring you mouth over for a few. See---I think that LE/FBI has DC kinda in hiding---out of the spotlight. Now when we start asking questions about where is DC then LP comes on NG and starts bringin up Kronk. Attention taken off DC---good boy---Kronk ain't gonna git in trouble and defense can't touch him. Ain't gonna happen.------->How ya like me now? LMAO

Their handlers testifies for them. So they do. LOL

OK---------I can see that---are you saying they don't have any pride---they don't have a conscientious---they don't have any morals and all the other "they don't have"?

IMO, they don't want to assist in sending their daughter to the chair. They don't have any shame in it, its just what they believe they must do, and nothing anyone says will sway them, not even the threat of jail. They have both changed their testimony to serve the needs of one person --- Casey.

I expect her attorney to say the things that he does, its not like he's going to say things against his client, or voice his support to findings that don't serve his clients interests. His job is to protect his client's interests, and guide them through the legal process.

I'm so sick of people trying to dismiss the smell of poor little Caylee's decomposing body! How disgusting that they want to explain it away as "squirrels" or "pizza" or, now a "potato"!? Can't this baby get an ounce of respect or acknowledgement? It was Caylee! It wasn't squirrels, pizza, or a potato! It was -Caylee-! Her little body caused that odor--it is in this way, among others, that the murdered speak. I can't imagine how they can keep dismissing her in every way.

:furious:

I agree.......it's ridiculous the try to explain away that odor as simple, everyday garbage.

I think these claims are going to come back to bite the defense. I think the prosecution is withholding some crucial evidence. There's never been forensic results released on that stain on the carpet in the trunk of the car.

You know, to be honest, I haven't been able to figure LP out. I think he's a good guy with a big heart, that much I've decided on. His theories leave me totally confused though.

Totally O/T:
I have to share this. My husband's practically rolling on the floor. I just caught my 7 year old, autistic son singing in his best Barry White impersonation in the bathroom mirror: "I like 'em big! I like 'em -chunky-!"

In case you don't know, it's from Madagascar 2. I have tears it was so funny!
:)

Since when do they make Potato Pizzas?

Wonder how much they think that lil trash bag would hold. Wasn't it a bag from the gro. store? We always called them "t-shirt sacks". You know, white plastic bag with handles. There was pizza---potato and trash. Oh and Dr Lee said ham lunch meat---cheese (Velveeta?). What else?

Am surprised NG didn't talk about the pig flu. They did on HLN all day long.
