Burris: defense will have to make a strong effort at sentencing to keep these sayings from myspace out of the courtroom. Show this isn't the product of a depraved mind.

Does anyone else feel NG is being a little harsh on the reporter, Drew? I think he was correct when he said some people on Myspace have weird and disturbing things posted on their account, because they think it is cool.

I love it when defense attorneys claim that certain evidence is prejudicial

Anything that makes their Client look Guilty is..."prejudicial"

Did they ever stop to think that maybe it's because they are guilty?

I guess timing would be the issue with admission of the pictures shown, if they were downloaded near the time of Caylee's death there might be a greater chance of getting them into evidence ?

I think the difference is some people might think they're cool but they don't go out and murder their 2 y/o child, if they even have any kids. I think that's part of the problem: Casey was and is way too immature to be a parent. And the other part is she's a sociopathic liar (even according to JG who called her 'diabolical'). MOO

I took it that she just didn't agree with what he said about it being normal for some people.

I'm a little confused about the pics. Guess I am a "free spirit" type, but kids are into that stuff. I have always watched them really close when they did the "dark side". Not so sure a little "dark side" is so unhealthy. I have a dark side---love horror movies/books---Halloween---dragons---crystal balls---skulls & bones---dark music---dark poems. But I like flowers---grass---sky---all colors (even black--dark brown)---pastel colors. But blood and guts are yummy. I never killed anybody. Not sayin it never crossed my mind with some of my exes. Not saying she didn't kill Baby Caylee. I just think she is Evil and I'm not. LMAO Should I delete this post? Nah! I do have to say it looks bad for her. Guess that stuff is all she had on her My Space other than real pics of real peeps.

My daughter downloads skull's, all of her friend's also do this. Thet are all good kid's, no drug's, drinking, ect. But, my daughter is a few years younger than kc.
