Do you think this delay is because the Judge has requested the BC get there a.s.a.p. unless he is in the hospital? They still have the cameras up, but no one in the courtroom, this is highly unusual for such a lengthy delay...

That may be the reason for the delay. Maybe they are demanding that BC be there or someone to stand in for him. Judges do not like to postpone on the day of the hearing.

FYI...One of the local station's websites says that the judge is finishing another case and that that's the reason for the delay.
