who's this guy?

  • #182
Boy, he sure doesn't want anyone getting a peek at his defense strategy.

  • #183
did JB just say "when the incident occurred"...then correct himself to say some bumbling thing???

rut---roow

Yep, he sure did!
He's making it easier and easier for the prosecution .. :D

If I were in Judge Strickland's position, I'd have to break and go in camera to take a shot of tequila or a nerve pill to continue witnessing this circus. His patience is this thin with Baez.

This is Todd Masculo...the attorney from Cali.

"Will we have to pay you, Judge, if you do an in camera inspection of the records?" OMG.

That was an unbelieveable remark. I can't believe he said that to the Judge.

JB has his other guy calling out OCSO and corrections...

Camera on KC as they talk about body being found. KC looks catatonic.

  • #190
Wow, "cruel, inhumane, unconstitutional" re the tape of KC

  • #191
What was cruel was how she left Caylee to rot in her car.

  • Todd M - moving on to Uncer & ... (sorry) motions
  • this is a 'video OF a video'
  • doesn't show a lot of the activity, i.e. KC was told she was going for med observation
  • states their was an orchestration to place KC in front of tv while channel 6 was unfolding the story
  • "this is cruel, inhumane, unconstitutional"
  • *uhm......................................................... CAYLEE!!!!!!!!*****
  • :furious: (sorry - who cares what's humane to KC - legal, or not?)
  • County responds... objection is sustained.

Did all the cell phone attorney and clients leave?

  • #194
He's not getting anywhere...:woohoo:

  • #195
Release of video would be "cruel and inhumane" per Macaluso. Uh, wasn't Caylee's death "cruel and inhumane"? I'm going to work, I'm just getting annoyed now!

  • #196
County says they're there to protect themselves from this attorney's allegations as to constitutionality of tape.

  • #197
No right to privacy in Jail...WTH?

  • #198
Now atty citing privacy rights (medical).

  • #199
I can't believe they are arguing privacy rights with regard to the jail video following their request to gain access to private phone records!

  • #200
Are any medical records, paper or computer records shown in the tape? I think not. It is just her reaction. IMO, this has nothing to do with her so called HIPPA rights.
