Ok here's the reason for no polygraph from the As....Not admissible in court. Why do it if it truely proves nothing? I can link you to a page with a quote by the FBI that states that the polygraph is no more than a co-ersion tactic by LE to get people to talk. There is no scientific proof of it's ability to determine a lie. All is proves is that a person is the nervous type or cold like a fish...that is all. Want the link? Also the fact that others lined up to take on proves nothing conclusive, other than thier butts weren't on the line.

Parents of missing children take them all the time to rule themselves out. It has nothing to do with court. No one is more nervous or anxious than the parent of a missing child, but the ones that have nothing to hide and who want to get to the truth, take the test so LE can move on.

If the records on Jessie had been blocked the defense and A supporters would have been screaming coverup and there was something to hide.Sadly ,a lot of people are paying the price for KC's actions,as well as the A's.
The Grunds have shown grief for the loss of Caylee and compassion for the A's. They have ALL proven they have nothing to hide. They don't have lawyers going to the media suggesting they may need immunity for ANYTHING.
The A's should be worried.Everything they did to help KC can be used by the defense to show THEY may have been involved in Caylee's murder,to show reasonable doubt. And again,if the defense tries to throw others, like Jessie ,under the bus ,I believe it will backfire and harden the jury towards the defense.

BBM

Thanks, MissJames. That's what I think too. The jury is going to be made up of people like us. They will conclude that all evidence points to KC as the guilty party. Anyone the defense tries to demonize will be seen as victims of KC, just as we see them.

Throwing people under the bus is not going to win over any jurors to their cause. Its going to create anger, not reasonable doubt.

You are right, Hollys G-mom. There are various motions to suppress. But your previous post sounded like you thought the judge could just suppress something/anything that he thought was not relevant. It is my understanding that no one made a motion to suppress. Obviously, the defense has no benefit from doing this. And neither does the prosecution (it only shows how well they've investigated all "persons of interest"). That leaves Jesse out there alone with his lawyer. $$$ It all costs $$$. I don't have the impression that the Grund family is any more well-to-do than I am and I know it would take all my savings to help my child if he were in Jesse's position. The more time a lawyer spends on a case the more it costs. I guess the Grunds had to weigh everything out and pray that it would be clear (as it seems to be to most of us) that Jesse's record of his life's experiences would speak for itself well. And I think that it has. I resent the fact that so many of Casey's acquaintances are having to bear this same burden ~ both the expense of the lawyers and the horrid expose of all of the intimate details of their lives ~ just because they knew Casey. Don't you feel some empathy for them, too?

Despite the fact that the Grund's had pics of Caylee,we haven't seen anything to suggest they SOLD her pics to pay for a lawyer, either. They simply wanted to share Caylee with the world.

We now know what kind of grades Grund received in highschool, what his ACT and SAT scores were, what every employer he ever had who was willing to answer questions to the police department thought of him, his salary, where he lived, where he was born, his birth date, his driver's license number, and so on.

Frankly, I'm disgusted on his behalf.

And yet we still don't know "the truth" about who Casey claims took Caylee and under what circumstances. The A's and JB say we have to wait for trial before the big reveal, and Casey ain't talking anymore.

Who's open and honest? Who's interested in justice for Caylee? Who wanted her found all along?

I think it's obvious. Why Casey, her lawyers, and her family can't see it is beyond me.

I honestly don't think there is going to be any "big reveal" at trial, and no one is going to buy JG doing it. It will be a trial based on circumstantial evidence. JB knows that, this is why there is LK Baden to try to prove the forensics inaccurate and A Lyons to try to avoid death penalty sentence.

BBM:
Yet everyone LOVES it when they contain documents that make the case AGAINST Casey!

I do! I really DO!!!!!:clap::clap::clap::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
It means the SA has a tighter case and KC will pay.
Don't you think the world would have preferred some horrible, deranged stranger off the streets?
The fact that Caylee had to endure such a death at the hands of her own mother is disgusting. But all roads lead back to KC,so yes,I want her to pay.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone checked to see if there is a Mariott Hotel close to Busch Gardens? The closest Mariott I can find is 12 miles away from Busch Gardens. Also unless Busch Gardens has changed drastically since I was last there, I don't remember there being hotels in the park (Disney, Universal, and maybe Islands of Adventure have those). There was another one about 10 miles but it is a Residence Inn which is usually extended stay.

I know this is not important really but it just struck me that I think Cindy said that Casey said they were staying at the Mariott in Busch Gardens and I couldn't even think of one within walking distance of the park much less inside the park.

Prolly because Casey knew Cindy would not check into her story/lies.

I know its not what you meant by this statement but, I'm glad that some horrible, deranged stranger (KC) is off the streets! :)

...and I do love it when we get more evidence that helps keep her there!

The Marriott is just around the corner from Busch. I stayed there while my DD had surgery at Shriners. However, when we attended an out patient appt in Feb this year, it had been sold and now has a generic sounding name.

Oh and it is on Fowler, which is the main road before turning left to BG not in the park itself. It had a regular shuttle to Busch, and you 'could' walk, but Fl heat would make that quite a hike.
So LE could easily check it and have more evidence that no one by any of those names stayed there during that time[God help any innocents who may have similar names and were there]. Just as they can check the hospital and the LE records for accidents at that time.Sweet

I too,would like to see that link,please.

Very well said Miss James!! No one gets pleasure seeing documents that point towards a mother killing her child! Unfortunately, that is where the evidence points. LE followed every piece of information given by KC-to dead ends! Whose fault is that? KC's fault! The labs did extensive tests on the evidence sent to them and even did testing on dead squirrels and pizza to rule out any other possible explanation! The results don't support KC and her lies! Whose fault is that? KC's fault!
Great sleuthers here did extensive research and searches of cell phone pings-not to delight in KC's involement-but to get to the bottom of it all so there is some kind of justice for Caylee!
If all roads lead back to KC-it's KC's fault! And yes-I want her to pay also!!

Until I read the transcript of CA's interview, I never knew that she hadn't read KC's "Everyone lies. everyone dies..." response to her "My Caylee is Missing" post until YM and EE showed it to her. p.7868

EE: That's why she wrote back what she wrote on the 7th?
CA: I didn't ever saw anything she wrote back, I never saw anything she wrote back so I never saw that comment; do you have something from the 7th?
EE: Well if if you have a way to research and read it before the press does, I would maybe strongly encourage you...
CA: I haven't seen the 7th response. I never saw anything I mean I swear of God I never saw anything from the 7th.
EE: Well this is this I'm gonna tell you what, take this as a shot across the (inaudible) that we are bringing you into the know not wanting you to be embarrassed as a grieving or a panicking family member okay, normally we would sit out here...
CA: Oh diary of Case.......is that on her Space?
YM: Well is....
CA: Is that on her space?
YM: It was.
EE: And you can interpret that some of the things as her response to...
CA: On the July 7th ...
YM: We look at everything.
CA: I know hey ...
YM: Everything
CA: I did not see this (Over talking......) are these words to a song?
YM: No.

Thanks for pointing this out. I hadn't noticed this before either. I am constantly amazed at how everyone tries to get CA to face reality, and she keeps ignoring it.

She reads the words, and immediately hopes they are lyrics that Casey merely copied there.

But they are Casey's words.

Sorry, but I am so skeptical that CA hadn't seen this July 7th entry by KC. She set up the space to "reach out" to her daughter. In my opinion, she would have been checking hourly to see if KC had responded to her. Her asking if that was words to a song make me think she had seen this and considered where the words came from. Faking ignorance is also bliss, I guess.

I cant get this link to work can someone help

It's a PDF file. Do you have Adobe Reader on your computer? That might be why it doesn't open.

Or maybe you just didn't give it enough time. PDFs take a bit to open.

I liked YM pointing that out to her..and then repeating it "EVERYTHING", but did she get the point? prolly not since she kept taking pot shots at LE.

I understand your skepticism but something tells me she really didn't know about this. It wasn't posted until the 7th of July

YM: Ok, so you you became really concerned that day?
CA: I was getting pissed. I was getting mad.
YM: Is it it is is that is that the reason you wrote this?
CA: Probably...probably because I wanted Casey to read it because at that point...
EE: That's why she wrote back what she wrote on the 7th?

They're talking about July 3rd. CA did connect with with KC that day through VM and heavy texting. I don't know if she would have thought to go back and look at KC's blog 4 days later since she did communicate with her on the 3rd and that was why she wrote the message in the first place...she was mad and wanted a response from KC. She got a response, several actually. I'll have to go back and see what was going on with CA on the 7th when this was posted to KC's blog. Seems to me a message like this would send CA off the deep end with regards to her concern for Caylee. That's the thing about liars, though. You never know when they're being sincere.
