Remarkable really that KC can remeber every little tidbit about Zanny, the matress, the videos, the hair straightner, footballs, other children in her care and their parents name but by Gawd KC can't for her own life remember Zanny's phone number.....

That is something I noticed in the arrest video. Previously KC couldn't come up with phone numbers for any of her good friends that she'd confided in (one of them being a guy she told her parents she'd had a relationship with previously and who gave her a tiffany ring!) or for her babysitter ZG whom she'd known for years and who KC trusted with her most precious possession...Caylee..........but boy did she call out JB's cell number right quick!! (I thought when she did that---Opps KC, made a mistake there girl!) JMO

Really, what was the inflatable bed for? there was no zanny

I've thought along these lines too. I've wondered, knowing there is no Zanny, if LE or the SA's have been able to locate receipts for when KC brought these items (air bed, straightener, videos, etc) or have located the real owners of these items (as she probably lifted them!) I SO hope so. I want to watch CA's face as it's proven in court that KC bought them (with CA's money) or she stole them from this person or that person. JMO

hahah...Awesome! Good catch, she's got her attorney's number committed to memory. Being in jail has taught her at least one thing. The first time she was in jail, she didn't even know her boyfriend's number, and she found out how hard that was to get.

She realized quickly who's number was important enough to her to memorize.

Casey was given JB's number at the jailhouse by another prisoner or from a business card that was left on the desk. She did not have JB as a lawyer prior nor have his phone number committed to memory.

Just want to clarify.

I thought we were talking about the 2nd time she went to jail. When she was arrested for Murder 1, when she calls JB to come to the jail so she can talk with FBI.

:blushing: ooops

I thought the statement about Casey knowing Baez' number referred to this exchange from the brief 10/13/08 interview;

CE: You know Baez's phone number off of the top of your head?
CA: No I do not.
CE: How can I get the cell number? Or his number?
CA: Um, I know his office number.
CE: What is that?
CA: 407..
CE: Uh-huh. (Affirmative)

Casey goes on to give the rest of the number, which IMO is clearly memorized.

I am not sure what you are saying. I am talking about the day in Oct that KC was arrested, the final arrest, and FBI and LE take her into a room. EE asks her if she knows JB's office number, she says no but I know his cell number, and rattles it off lickity split. I thought it telling that she was able to memorize his cell number after knowing him only a matter of months but not Zanny's or Jeff's or Jennifer's(so on and so forth) after years. JMO

You are correct, I had it backwards, she knew his office but not his cell. Either way she had memorized his number, KWIM? JMO

Absolutely! I just wanted to back you up :blowkiss:

Either way, office or cell, she had no trouble remembering his number. I wouldn't doubt she knows his cell number too, she just knows better than to let that slip, as I think the exchange suggests.

Bold is mine

I think in KCs case, she didn't know phone numbers because she relied on her cell phone to phone the people she knew. I know that I don't actually know the phone numbers of the people on my cell.

When you no longer have a cell phone, you have to memorize. KC cannot have a cell in prison, so she has to memorize.

ITA But, not only Zanni's phone number! Jeff and Julliette's phone number can't be found and they are supposedly the only 2 people KC told about Zanni stealing Caylee! How convenient!!
I guess it just goes to show that you can't trust those imaginary people to be there for ya when you need them!!:bang:

Oh, no. Jeff was found and questioned. He doesn't HAVE a child, did not know KC well in h.s., and has only seen KC ONCE since graduation.

They ran into eachother in a restaurant, spoke for two mintues, and each joined his/her friends.

CE's response to JH confrontation by LE? "It's a DIFFERENT JH."

So.. looks like there are clones of the Jeffs and Juliettes. LE just has to sort through before finding the right one.

You are still gonna know numbers for people you call often, over years.

I know I do.

Of course, when those numbers don't even appear on your phone bills, because the people don't exist.....;-)

I think CA knows how much KC thieves.

She's thinkin g she'll champion KC, to make the family look not so horrible. Then, when she comes home, they'll rehab her.

Or, she DID think that.

Now, I think it's dawning that KC won't get out. And, if she lies anymore, they might be able to share a cell.

Which would be karmic. Old saying, "Hell is two generations, one roof."

I liked YM pointing that out to her..and then repeating it "EVERYTHING", but did she get the point? prolly not since she kept taking pot shots at LE.

CA's problem is... she thinks she's smarter than OCSD AND the FBI, put together! :rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling:

Would you LOVE to be a fly on the wall when this is discussed at the cop shops?

Meanwhile, they are recording all this, and letting her weave the noose.

Like the time she kept refusing to bring in credit card receipts that you KNOW they had already got from the banks.

Ut oh PH--I know those words. They date us terribly. I LOVE that Carole King album!! Know the words to every song. LOL Look I said album not CD. :cow:

A college lover of mine used to sing that to me.

I knew we were hitting the skids when he started absent-mindedly whistling, 'It's Too Late."

Not KC's fault! It's just SOOO easy for the imaginary people to change their imaginary phone numbers! They can do it 100 times a day!:)

Why couldn't KC remember Zanny's telephone number? Because you can't remember something you never saw or heard.

I am still on the collection of miscellaneous items in the FedX box. I want to know where it all came from. Sheet, pillow case, Tylenol drops, medicine cup, toothbrush, bedtime book combined with the travel bed makes me think Zanny was the Pontiac while KC was "working".

The first baby sitter quit when she found out that KC was not working at all, but rather dumping Caylee off for free baby care while she did what she wanted. The second set of baby sitters, the Grunds, stop sitting when it became a constant of Caylee being left with them, day in and day out - even when they thought they were the grandparents. GA and CA had Caylee most of the time and KC was off doing her thing.

When ran out of convenient and free sitters, she killed the baby. This woman never "mothered" her child. Collages of baby pix do not a Mommy make. Poor Caylee, if she had been adopted by a couple who yearned for a baby, she may still be alive today. But, I can understand CA - I wouldn't give up my blood either. I think she bribed KC to keep the baby with promises of taking all the responsibility of raising her. Then she changed her mind and wanted KC to grow up and take charge. KC felt swindled.

Cindy must have meant a straightening iron, though, because LE swabbed the plug end for, I guess, DNA.

No, there was also straightener.

KC doesn't have to NEED something to swipe it.

Thank You . Sorry . I am not very good at researching .

Same here. Isn't it exciting though when you THINK you found something? The phone/address sites are not always accurate - I learned that back at one of the ping threads. :blowkiss:

Like when a two-year-old calls you from an imaginary number, then you call right back, and the number is already "not in service."
