CA's problem is... she thinks she's smarter than OCSD AND the FBI, put together! :rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling::rolling:

Would you LOVE to be a fly on the wall when this is discussed at the cop shops?
Meanwhile, they are recording all this, and letting her weave the noose.

Like the time she kept refusing to bring in credit card receipts that you KNOW they had already got from the banks.

BBM
I sure would

I have to go back and re-read this entire thread but wanted to ask one little thing. I caught a post earlier today that stated Casey had told Cindy I think, some story about Juliette having gone to their house to pick up stuff for Caylee and clothes for Casey. Is that right?

If so, could someone clue me in about that? I know I've missed some things but get here daily almost all of the time.

yes, a phone can be without service or disconnected within 2 seconds.
the key point is she never received a call from caylee or her phone
records would show receiving it, and police would have tracked down
who's phone it was. she was so used to no one checking out her lies,
she assumed police would believe her every word.

Well we all know there was no call from Caylee/Zanny, that wasn't my point. I was asking hypothetically how it works. Are phones automatically shut down when there has been no payment or you run out of minutes. I have called phones a few times where it will say "this number is temporarily not in service"(or some such thing) to give the owner of that number time to pay or add minutes. I very much doubt that a number could be "in service" one second and 'no longer in service" the next second BUT I am thinking it would depend on the type of plan you had. I think it would go to 'temp. not in service' for a given period of time. Thats what we need the phone company expert for. KWIM? JMO

Here's the post I think you are looking for: (post #192)
(I just went to the top of this page and clicked on "Search this Thread" then entered "Juliette" to find it.)

What happened to the Teddy bear?

Cindy told Yuri in the last part of today's released Cindy interviews that KC sent Juliette by the Anthony house to pick up Caylee's teddy bear and more of KC's clothes on July 3, the day Cindy was trying to meet up with KC at Universal.

I don't think the teddy bear was at Tony's.

I don't think it was found with Caylee.

What did KC do with it? Ricardo told LE that Caylee had two favorite toys she took with her everywhere. One was a teddy bear, the other was mama doll.

Casey was given JB's number at the jailhouse by another prisoner or from a business card that was left on the desk. She did not have JB as a lawyer prior nor have his phone number committed to memory.

Just want to clarify.

I'm not so sure I believe this either. I believe you that that's what KC claims as to how she found JB but I think he may have been sent to her. By whom I don't know. If we find out what that off camera session was about, it may shed some light on my speculations.

An interesting aside - fellow prisoners sure are helpful to one another - referring lawyers, sharing phone cards and who knows what else.

Oh, no. Jeff was found and questioned. He doesn't HAVE a child, did not know KC well in h.s., and has only seen KC ONCE since graduation.

They ran into eachother in a restaurant, spoke for two mintues, and each joined his/her friends.

CE's response to JH confrontation by LE? "It's a DIFFERENT JH."

So.. looks like there are clones of the Jeffs and Juliettes. LE just has to sort through before finding the right one.

Can you even imagine? Now this would really tic me off!

About the evidence for DNA that JB took from the A home in Sept . [with KC's permission] He turned it over to LE months later, and it included a Spiderman toothbrush.I'm wondering if this could be a reason for at least one of the complaints filed against him with the FL Bar.

If someone sent JB to KC they weren't doing her any favors IMO.

On the 3rd doc, There at the bottom it says as part of the evidence taken from the home -- "Forensics DNA Testing "Technologies"....
Anyone know what that might mean? IS it a book on DNA or?..
Those were items turned over to LE from JB.JB took the items from the home and had them tested. What you see at the bottom says copy of FAX report cover from Forensics DNA Testing Technologies.

Got it, it's hard to read

I honestly don't think there is going to be any "big reveal" at trial, and no one is going to buy JG doing it. It will be a trial based on circumstantial evidence. JB knows that, this is why there is LK Baden to try to prove the forensics inaccurate and A Lyons to try to avoid death penalty sentence.

Merc I believe you are spot on, JB knows he can't get her off. AL is there for one reason and one reason only: to keep Casey off of Death Row. That is what she does, it is her specialty and she has a darn good record for doing just that. I think she may succeed, too. JB knows that this is the best he can do with this case. The only people who think Casey will get out of this a free woman are Casey and her parents.

Yes, that's the one. Thank you so much. I have watched so many of the tapes and followed the posts here but I totally missed that. How many people did Casey give keys to? Zanny had a key. I thought that was pathetic, now this?

From Cindy's interview with Melich and Edwards

YM: Did you did...did you do anything after you went over to Universal she said you (overtalking)

CA: Yea while I was at Universal she knew I was there.

YM: Uhm huh. (affirmative)

CA: When I came back to the house Caylee's Teddy Bear was gone and a couple of Casey's things were gone and she told me that Juliet had come by and picked up some stuff.

I am optimistic that she will have to plea....If AL feels the pulse of Florida right now, she might find they are awfully mad at the rate of crimes against children in their state. The people local to KC are angry at her (see protester vids), as well as people from all around Florida, in other potential venues (I have family and friends in other areas of the state that are tired of the pedo/filicide and molestation stories throughout their state)-Floridians may be ready to make an example of KC regarding their further tolerance of these crimes.
This doc dump is another tool taken out of AL's trial toolbox-no more alluding to JG as the murderer-not successfully at least. The A's have not been sympathetic victims. The longer it takes to get to trial, the more money Florida spends, which people are also sensitive to right now.
By the time this gets to sentencing phase, AL may not have anything left to salvage.

This is exactly what I think.

It may be terrible of me to feel this way, but I hope AL fails and KC gets the needle, though it's too humane after what she did to her precious baby, in my opinion.

Oh Please (respectively said)...the "others" gave information about pot etc - very personal information - openly gave information, suspected of involvement initially even on here all because they knew KC - IMO a whack job who, along with her family pointed and continue to point a finger of guilt at everyone she knows, ever knew as the person or persons responsible for Caylee's Murder. The butts of these people were on the line to totally clear themselves with LE and Media by any and all means possible.
...and I strongly suspect they would have done anything at that point for Caylee. It speaks to their moral character IMO.

  • #338
wow,....that new Cindy interview says it all....Cindy does not see casey as a seperate human being,Cindy sees casey as part of her.If Casey killed Caylee then Cindy killed Caylee and Cindy cannot face this....and Cindy can not see that truly she has killed Caylee by not letting Casey go....Casey never became Casey...she was just an extension of Cindy .....

...oh,and about the JG info...it just proves even more to me about what a sensitive, sweet guy he is...he had problems in the academy but he was trying hard....I used to believe KC confided in him and that's why he quit....now I think she just gave him that whole my parents are getting divorced and I'm having problems spiel and I believe that stressed him out enough to quit...I honestly feel without kc he would have had a chance...I do believe he still cared for her very much...

I believe you are right. The main obstacle I see is JB is still running the show.If AL pushes ,she may get fired, just as the first DP attorney. Then they would ask for another extension ,blah, blah ,blah.
JB has KC isolated and is controlling what info she gets IMO. If he wants to push this thing all the way to court KC would probably go along.
