George is talking about following Tony, Jesse, and Ricardo around. He states that he stopped doing it...

"I haven't been doing anything after the incident September 5th, so...or September 4th, so sort of just backed off".

What happened on September 4th?

Also wondering if anyone has found the photo of the cylinder-shaped bagged that housed the play balls. That was a shocker to me when I read that!

Personally, I don't think Caylee was placed in the freezer at any point, else I think the line of questioning in regards to the freezer would have been far more intensive. For me, it seemed as if SA was focusing on two aspects:

1. What type of food was stored in the freezer (that Casey might have stolen - see earlier post I have quoted below)
2. Something about popsicles, which I am still mulling over. I don't recall seeing anything in found evidence relating to a popsicle stick, so that part has me stumped so far.

I think Tony said Casey had "freezer pops" with her when he picked her up at the Amscot. I remember him being asked if they were still frozen and I think Tony was unable to recall.

So I think the SA is trying to possibly pin down something of a timeline for that day based on Casey stealing popscicles from that freezer.

To the best of my knowledge or recollection, this is the first time that entities involved in either the criminal or civil cases have documented George's statements in regards to his own use on the Anthony pc. As well, to the best of my knowledge, this is also the first time he has gone on record about his Google searches and his perception of Cindy's surfing behavior.

• George notes that he is "... not a real Google-type of guy" (page 301 - line 16)

• he further asserts that he never searched 'missing children sites' (which we already know are likely attibuted to searches done on July 15/16th thanks to JWG, JBJ, Valhall's, and other WS sleuthers research)
• George states, "... up until all 'this stuff' Cindy was never really a computer person." (... one can only surmise the 'This Stuff' = CAYLEE'S 'disappearance.')

I just have to pause here and acknowledge that the SA managed to get all of this on the record in a graceful manner.

When JB and his team atempt to cast aspersions elsewhere and deflect, the adept team has already got relevant testimony on record.

I struggle often in juggling my respect for the law and my desire to believe in the process of law over my own emotionalism when it comes to this case.

I have to conclude that I shouldn't struggle so strenuously, because there are incredibly intelligent people at the helm.

Yes but at the same time they are clearly going to try to pin those searches on (imho) either the "family friend" of Georges' who came and stayed with the Anthonys in the room the computer is kept in or on Jessie who he specifically mentions as using that computer and having access to it. The A's were willing to "admit" that none of them did those searches because that makes it all the easier to point to someone else who did.

Also, there was a jailhouse conversation he had with KC where he was referring to something he had done in the past. What was he referring to? He said he had never been arrested. But this would be something KC knew about if he was bringing it up to her.

I could be very hazy on this, but I remember the context of this conversation relating to KC's initial bond hearing, and GA was speaking of how everything is already pre-determined before the hearing, and how GA knew from experience (paraphrased). Whatever he was speaking of, I figure it had to do with something unlawful he did. (Perhaps him allegedly tossing his pops through a window per Rick P?)

Page 270 has an interesting question.

George is asked whether or not Caylee could pull Velcro apart. George does not know - has not seen her do it, but possible. He was also asked about manual dexterity and whether or not she was able to button / un-button things as well as snap and unsnap things.

I think I know why Ashton asked that question. Pulling Velcro apart is about as difficult as pulling duct tape off a surface, like skin. We know from the latest dump (an FBI email) that the SA is looking to do a computer 3D graphic showing the tape over Caylee's mouth and nose. I'm thinking the SA believes KC did this to suffocate Caylee.

It's possible the lone piece of Henkel's tape (Q-100) that was found away from the skull is the one piece of tape Caylee was able to remove before she died. It is damaged on one end. Folks have hypothesized it was due to animals. I think the SA believes it was due to Caylee clawing at it. :cry:

P. 10265 (from the last dump) has a picture of the tape.

Wowsers. I think you are right. I think it is not only the duct tape itself that points to a death penalty worthy offense - but the fact that they can prove that Caylee was alive when the duct tape was applied...


How George didn't catch on to the fact that SA was asking about Caylee's abilities in order to determine whether she could have escaped from the duct tape is beyond me.... or maybe be did have a glimmering of understanding what SA was getting at but had not been coached on those specifics so didn't have an adequately obscure non-answer ready....

Dont know if this has been brought up but did anyone else notice that GA told the media that KC and the family communicate through letters yet in this depo he says he has never received a letter from KC? Am I reading that right?

Yes you are. Both Cindy and George stated on the Larry King Show that they communicate with Casey by letter. At the time they were defending themselves for not having been to see Casey in such a long time. They stated that they write to each other all the time.

But no, he goes on through the whole interview, lying about soooo many details...and KNOWING that they all knew he was lying! Just UNREAL. I'd love to see all their facial expressions on video.

And GA tryin' to explain his backyard cement slab that completed all by himself. SA forced him to admit that this was done between July 1 to 3rd, GA began by saying his pour the cement in early June. Also said this was a project/home improvement he and CA talked about doing for years! Turmoil at the A compound HAD to have been nearly unbearable by this time, but GA leisurely sets (27) TWENTY SEVEN bags of cement in his backyard! And he expects all to believe that he took on this HUGE project while his daughter and granddaughter are missing?

I'll bet CA is sorry she didn't keep him in her loop a bit closer....he obviously was not PREPARED for some questions asked by SA.

Yeah I thought that it was interesting he was following around the people that actually took lie detector tests and passed and didn't bother to ask KC any questions. None of this adds up and after reading CA depo which took me all day and GA the more I am convinced that they cleaned up the car. George is the worst liar of them all and I can't wait until he is on the stand, wont be so nice. I am still waiting for results on the Little Green Clean maching and the Vacuum cleaners, I think maybe they have not asked about those because they already have the results and there is decomp in those machines. Something is not right.

Whew, just finished ga depo and some questions I have had from early on were answered even just little stuff like 1) A&H laundry det. found in trunk is the same they use @ home. 2) Caylee had 3 or 4 blankets she slept with (even though ga couldn't remember the pooh one) and a favorite stuffed animal Caylee bear. (iirc there were 2 blankets recovered at dump site pooh and another one). Wonder where balls for the ball crawl went to in the house. I also wonder if Caylee had any barbies as there were some found at the scene.

Hmmm, I think there was something in the FBI notes that were recently released saying that they got a message from OSCO not to bother testing the vacuum cleaners.

I can't find the handwritten note I believe I saw, but this report (p. 11 of 19) says that the vacuum cleaners (Q67-70) "were not examined" pursuant to a conversation with SA Jeff Ashton.

Ok...I'm a little slow on the uptake...but what "incident" was George referring to that happened on Sept. 4 (or 3rd)...supposedly the reason he slowed down his tailing of suspects? I assume this was 2008. Please forgive me if this has been discussed, but I'm still not through all the depos.

A number of people have been wondering about the "incident" George referred to as occurring on the 3rd or 4th of September. For some reason, it is the time he stops stalking his personal suspects. Going through the news articles from September 3rd and 4th, I've posted the events reported in news articles those days. What was George referring to? Take your pick!

YES! Why in the world did they not record video? Do you think it's possible that they did- but they are only releasing the audio? It just doesn't make any sense. You can tell soo much more when you can see.

I agree- the slab is Strange. That was actually the first time I'd heard that they DID indeed pour concrete. I thought that it was just pavers-- in fact I think Cindy said that in a TV intv.

That's a huge project to undertake in the middle of summer in Florida. Crazy. Not to mention while you've just started a new job and your daughter and grand daughter are missing. Strange.
