Gee, if I remember right....LP CHOSE to bail KC out of jail and LP CHOSE to have someone stay with her to protect his monetary investment. I do not recall JB "hiriing" him for these services.

It gets even better. If you remember those early NG and GVS shows when LP first stepped in with bond. They were all making the very clear observation that under no circumstances could LP or his people be covered by privelege,a nd as a result JB must be an idiot for setting this up.

I seem to vaguely recall some discussion that under florida law bail bondsmen are specifically exempted from being participants in Attorney Client Privelege. Although I may be misremembering that one.
