I can't see any tears..she wipes her eyes alot but no tears...anyone else?

I think she may have allergies. My eyes look like that when they act up, too, but NO not a single tear.

I saw that, I think something is going on with her mental state. Seems like she has been recently crying a lot from the looks of her. I am not convinced it is fake but probably isn't necessarily over the loss of her daughter. More than likely she has either met inmate big Bertha or it has hit her that she might not ever get out of jail/prison.

I don't think it's fake either. She gets tearful when face to face with her father and I do not think it's manipulation. For whatever reason (has often made me wonder if perhaps George IS the one who got rid of Caylee's remains and she and he are the only ones who know it) she is able to dissociate from everyone and everything BUT her dad, IMO.

Lawyer: Caylee Remains Put In Woods After Casey In Jail
23-Year-Old Accused Of Killing Daughter Caylee

POSTED: Friday, August 21, 2009
UPDATED: 12:59 pm EDT August 21, 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The defense team for Casey Anthony, who is charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, said in court on Friday that there is evidence that proves Caylee's remains were placed in a wooded lot after Anthony was in jail.

"There is substantial evidence that we've found ... that the body or remains of Caylee Anthony was placed there after Casey Anthony was locked up," said Todd Macaluso, a defense attorney. "It proves that somebody else placed the remains in the area."
Macaluso did not disclose the evidence.
Well, if JW is their "substantial" evidence-good luck with that!! Better have more than that to offset the mountain of evidence the SA's got!!:furious:
Oh...so the nanny waited months to put the body there...where did she have the body before that? That body was way too decomposed to have been there for a month. Forget about all the rest of the proof that poor Caylee was there for much longer.

I do recall JW claiming she had proof (photo's if I am not mistaken) that the body was not there and her claims of that area being searched. I have always questions what the big roll the white markers/pavers would play in the case. I wonder if the defense turned over the photos and statements from JW? I know she will not be a great witness for them due to her mental state and history. But if she does in deed have pictures of that exact area and if the body was not there then I see this as a problem if they can produce these authentic photos with the pavers/markers, shrubs, trees and other in the photos. I don't care much about her statements...but the photos I would like to see if they carry any merit. Here is another thing that I think may come up. The botanist has stated that the body was there, what if the body was and then moved and put back? Is that possible? Not that I believe that is the case, but if it is possible I see the defense running with that theory as well and creating more reasonable doubt.
IIRC somewhere in the docs there is an interview with JW taken by Det.JA .It was done in the car at the time she showed up with the pictures and while CSI was recovering Caylee's remains.I'm not sure about the pics, but it seems like JA was able to determine they were taken in a different spot.Close, but not the same .
AND ANOTHER THING....I believe volunteers with TES agree to NOT take pictures.

Can I ask what George was testifying about? I missed that part, too. :(
The defense, somehow, mistakenly, believed that George would make their case for them on the issue of Mr. Padilla. He was questioned in regards to the "security" that was supposedly provided by Mr. Padilla and co.

I don't understand the ruling on Tim Miller....
There was not an actual ruling on this yet. He is granting something but he did not expound on what that might be.

CA looked as if she has been crying and like she wanted to hug the perp. Perp didnt even give her parents a second glance. Shook hands with everyone else and left.

As usual.
Not to show any undue kindness or consideration for Casey, because I have NONE, but a perp in custody is not allowed to touch ANYONE, I would say shaking hands with the attorneys is the exception. She could not hug her parents even if she wanted to but she could speak to them or look their way or wave.

As for my own take on the hearing: WOW! Just wow that they are reaching as hard as they are. The defense very obviously does not have a leg to stand on and they are doing the spaghetti on the wall trick again. Their suggestion that a cadaver dog be used on Mr. Lazzaros auto and then Mr. Jay stating that Casey HAD Mr. Lazzaros car for one week during that time period seemed to shut that right down. Them wanting to know AL's pings so they could determine if HE was ever at the location where the remains were found? Are they KIDDING? It makes me extremely happy that they are reaching so far out into the realm of the inplausible, because to me it means they are up against a wall and have nothing to go on. As for shutting Padilla and company up? Did everyone hear the state talk about the things that Tracy (the female BG) had told them in HER statement, not things she heard but things that she SAW? Like the cutesie messages from some guy on MySpace? I think this is the exact reason why they want to shut down the entire crew, because the female gave them incriminating information, even if only circumstancial.

They won, in a sense, the motion on Tony's phone records, although the time period was shortened from January 31 down to December 18.

They won, in a sense, the motion about Tim M. as he will be certified as a material witness in all likelihood, but they did not seem to win the broad scope of info that they were seeking.

They will lose the Padilla and company motion is my bet and this will be a HUGE blow to the defense.(IMHO)

They will lose the check trial date motion, as their is NO reason why that should not move forward, and busy attorneys is not a reason. As was pointed out so eloquently by the state, if her attorneys cannot adequately represent her in the matter then she should seek new counsel who CAN.(also IMHO)

ITA.....so much for any kind thoughts about being "re-baptized" and telling the truth from now on!!!

ETA : He ought to be ashamed of himself!!!
In Session cut off part of GA's testimony with a "break" .What do you think he was lying about?

Plus animals drug parts of Caylee off while there was still enough flesh to hold her together in sections. All of the bones that would have been part of Caylee's breast area were drug off together. A leg was dragged off as a unit.

According to the documents, in Florida's summer climate a child like Caylee would have skeletonized after only two weeks.

Caylee's bones were found distributed in a way that they could ONLY have been found TOGETHER if there was still flesh to hold sections of bones together. That means Caylee's body was left at suburban while there was still flesh, before liquidation or animals or insects or anything else.

So basically, saying that someone else left the body there after KC was arrested and in jail, should be a moot point. She was not arrested until Caylee had been missing for a month. Her body would have already been a skeleton by the time she was in jail. And with only bones, the skeleton would have either been intact or not distributed the way it was.

Someone else could possibly have put Caylee's body there but it would have had to have been long before KC was in jail the first time and most likely within 2 days or so of her death or around the 18th to the 20th of June and KC was not in jail at that time.

What a laugh  First and foremost, if and that is one absolutely huge IF, Macalouso has evidence that will exonerate KC completely, the SA brings charges and convicts said person(s) responsible for Caylee's murder; he best get his feet over to the SA's office and hand it over. Second, if Macalouso has said evidence and has had it longer than one (1) nano-second, then I will pay for ML (the lawyer from FLA who appears on Fox and HSN) to represent KC in a malpractice suit against JB, LKB and AL.

Then we are going to Disneyworld, courtesy of Mastercard.

But of course, it ain't gonna happen and I get to keep that last dollar in my bank account for a long, long time. :)

I agree. But I was thinking of a different part of his anatomy:rolleyes:

JW....wasn't she up close and personal with the As in the beginning? Why exactly was she at that location and taking pictures anyway? Do people who search with TES regularly bring cameras and take pictures of locations they search? Or was she not searching with TES? And since she was one of the As Caylee is alive supporters, why would she be searching for a dead body anyway? I think that if this is what the defense has, they better (and SA of course) do some research on her connection to the As and the timing of all of this.

Plus what would be her excuse for taking pictures of that particular area and not others, assuming those are the only pictures she has.

In Session cut off part of GA's testimony with a "break" .What do you think he was lying about?
Rather than he directly lied, he attempted to NOT say the truth. He stated that he did not attempt to eavesdrop on his daughter and Tracy's conversations, although the question was not did he eavesdrop it was could he have heard them if he wanted to? He tried to BE a defense witness instead of trying to stick to the strictest truths. He used tactics, such as, HE did not see how something was relevant etc...The "rebirth" debate will certainly rage based on his testimony today...:bang:

Well now it appears the defense wants us to believe TL was the nanny or TL knew the nanny and helped her dispose of the body LOOONG after KC was in jail. Geesh.

Don't forget RR0004, he was hit with that 91 page document that we just saw yesterday. Did he say he didn't get to read it yet as he only received it this a.m.? Or was he referring to another document.

IMO - it is not unusual for a judge to take matters under advisement - the judge I work for rarely rules from the bench on extrodinary matters - that is, something out of the common everyday. As JS said, some of this stuff is uncharted, simply by virtue of LP and crew coming in to bail out KC, who exactly they were working for, what services they were supposed to provide, etc. All of that has bearing on what law applies here. I think in a case such as KC's the judge is playing it safe by checking his notes, referring to the briefs and case law, and doing his research before making a written decision.
Smart.

Yes.
There was expert opinion in one of the document dumps stating that not only the plants, but the way Caylee's bones had been distributed by animals (with bones from certain sections of Caylee's body together) shows that Caylee was left at Suburbia way BEFORE KC went to jal.

How, supposedly, did AL get possession of Caylee's body? And, the laundry bag and plastic bags from the house that the body was wrapped in?
