Plus what would be her excuse for taking pictures of that particular area and not others, assuming those are the only pictures she has.

Exactly. If she had taken other pictures of other areas then okay....coincidence. However, with her connection to the As, to me anything that she says or does is suspect.

Wasn't she the one that was hanging around TES and LP during searches, taking pics and on her phone? I assume to keep the As informed as to what was going on.

Oh, I see someone above says that they think it was proven already that these pictures were not the exact area so prove nothing at all.

IIRC somewhere in the docs there is an interview with JW taken by Det.JA .It was done in the car at the time she showed up with the pictures and while CSI was recovering Caylee's remains.I'm not sure about the pics, but it seems like JA was able to determine they were taken in a different spot.Close, but not the same .
AND ANOTHER THING....I believe volunteers with TES agree to NOT take pictures.

Respectfully BBM, MissJames. You are correct. While I was volunteering at the table where the searchers turned in their paperwork and we gave out the bracelets, we were asked to tell the volunteers to even leave their cell phones in their vehicles while they searched. TES didn't want them to be able to use them in their camera mode. (The team leaders all had communication with TES in case of . . . well, in case of anything.)

Looks like she has lost some weight.

Looks to me like she's about to split a couple seams.

Few more pieces of auto equipment in that trunk of hers?

Little puff under the chin... Nope! I think she has gained a bit. Esp. in the back porch.

Going back to LP and his contract with Baez. My mind is a little blurry, maybe someone can help clarify these issues.
Was it not clearly stated that LP was there to "BOND" Casey out of jail or his Nephew and then LP came in the picture? Doesn't Florida have certain rules and guide lines that fall into place for surety agencies/bonds men? Didn't they have a problem at first and had to call someone from Tampa to step in since the Bond Company was out of Cali?

Bottom line is that the contract stated that LP and crew were "NOT WORKING FOR BAEZ, THEY WERE THERE TO BOND CASEY OUT".
I don't understand how that can be over ridden by an oral agreement, not that I believe there is one.
Regardless, majority of the time an oral agreement means nothing.

Hmm interesting. I tried to do a quick search before I head to work.. if it relates to any psychological disorders... psychosis, mania, etc..

I'll try to work that into my searches, thanks!

No S/S of mania or psychosis. No S/S of neuro dysfunction, either.

No evidence of nystagmus.

A tranquilizer would make her sleepy or passive.

Anti-depressant might do so too, or make her thirsty, or even rev her up.

I don't know what you guys are seeing, but if she was my psych patient, I wouldn't have anything to report.

I see nothing that is not WNL.

KC isn't the only person to use a bodyguard while out on bail. Madoff had bodyguards. Lots of defendants have bodyguards.

Are bodyguards/security services USUALLY covered by attorney/client privilege?

Help requested from legal experts...

I thought the Anthony's or Baez did hire "other" body guards for the Anthony's? Not Padilla but someone else, or am I thinking of another case? I could of sworn that I questioned last year who was paying for the new body guards?

Folks, if she had a psychosis, mania, or any other serious psych impairment, the courts would not have her participating on her case with her attorney.

Just had a thought: wonder if Casey placed the garbage from TL's apartment in the trunk of her pontiac to implicate him. Probably not but.....
You just never know with Casey...seriously.

What does the defense hope to gain by postponing the check fraud charges? There has to be a reason that they want it postponed other than that the murder case is more important.
And yet they have all taken on new cases and continued to attend to all of their "other" duties? Please...it is nauseating to say the least! If Jose has time for new cases then he has time to take care of the ones he already has.

OHHHHH of course they shouldn't have the check fraud trial now! It would be DISTRACTING!

How are we all so blind?

:puke:
I second that vomiting and raise you bleeding ears!

Anybody notice that "Today Show" producer is still hanging around with G&C?
And what have they got to smile about?

http://www.wftv.com/slideshow/news/20491731/detail.html

So that is who he is .... Sheeze, good thing I don't watch that show cause I would have stopped now knowing that is who it is. Wonder why he isn't keeping a lower profile?

Smile for the money .... she tries hard for the money to make things right ....... (changed a word :) )

Weren't those the "Something" (I'm blanking) Angels who provided their services to the family for free? Big burly guys in shades if I remember correctly. I am not sure if they were just protecting the family or Casey as well, the minutiae of timeline is far gone to me now.

I agree she seems very somber, as if she is finally accepting mommy and daddy can't fix this. She didn't even give her usual smile to JoseB when she came into the courtroom.

"Poor me. Nobody has made this go away. I am SOOO inconvenienced!"

I think even the average Joe knows verbal contracts are a no no! Any lawyer should know that if it isn't in writing, signed AND notarized that it doesn't exist in the eyes of the law.

JB is, imo, no lawyer....

You're right. There were two or three other bodyguards, large big men, who escorted KC back and forth when RD or LA wasn't available. I remember seeing some of them when KC was getting out of jail and "hugging" JB under the umbrella.

Anyone remember where those photos might be?

I recall other body guards as well while Casey was out on bond and the situation was getting out of hand with the Anthony's and protesters. My understanding at the time was the Padilla's were there as bond agents and their presence was to protect their investment.

Gee for modesty purposes, which we know KC doesn't have, it dawned on me that Tracy or CA would have to personally be in the same room with KC when she changed clothes in a room which had a window or possibly she was required to have another person with her at all times to prevent "harm" to her. Either by CA or herself -- take your pick. Does this make sense?
It does make sense and I do not doubt that this was the case.
