Gee for modesty purposes, which we know KC doesn't have, it dawned on me that Tracy or CA would have to personally be in the same room with KC when she changed clothes in a room which had a window or possibly she was required to have another person with her at all times to prevent "harm" to her. Either by CA or herself -- take your pick. Does this make sense?
Perfect sense.

Looked to me like she was rubbing her eyes to CREATE tears.
It gave me indictment day flashbacks it was EXACTLY the same. Her tears, or whatever she is rubbing out of her eyes are for HER and nobody else!

You're right. There were two or three other bodyguards, large big men, who escorted KC back and forth when RD or LA wasn't available. I remember seeing some of them when KC was getting out of jail and "hugging" JB under the umbrella.

Anyone remember where those photos might be?

If I remember correctly wasn't Jim Hoover one of the volunteer body guards.

I recall other body guards as well while Casey was out on bond and the situation was getting out of hand with the Anthony's and protesters. My understanding at the time was the Padilla's were there as bond agents and their presence was to protect their investment.
That was always my understanding as well.

:)This was after LP and co. exited the premises.

Yes, and I remember LP saying he was concerned for the situation with security (i.e., protesters) getting out of hand just before he and co. left. It is doubtful they saw their role as that of security.

Well now it appears the defense wants us to believe TL was the nanny or TL knew the nanny and helped her dispose of the body LOOONG after KC was in jail. Geesh.

Yep! That's TL! A 5'7" to 5' 10" female nanny who is a 10.

Caylee was hidden at his apartment the whole time. KC just overlooked her.

THEN, TL planted Caylee's body on KC's car.

KC didn't see anything strange in THAT, because the dead squirrels had already let KC know that they were planning a pizza party in her engine, that would extend all the way to the trunk. (Crasher overflow).

I have to say...if he has even remotely a case...he should sue the pants off of her.

That was always my understanding as well.
...and I thought that guy Hoover offered his services as a bodyguard...when was that?

ETA: oops...see it was already stated

Found an article about the "Guardian Angels" who were protecting the family & home;

http://www.wesh.com/news/17510650/detail.html

"Meanwhile, the Guardian Angels were on patrol outside the home to try to keep the peace for frustrated neighborhood residents, but they're also involved in the new investigation."

and here is one from February;

The Guardian Angels is a safety patrol chapter with volunteers who help ensure that citizens can enjoy their communities without fearing for their safety.

That was always my understanding as well.

Yep! Generally, the bail bondsman's job is to se that the prisoner doesn't rabbit. That's about it.

I think even the average Joe knows verbal contracts are a no no! Any lawyer should know that if it isn't in writing, signed AND notarized that it doesn't exist in the eyes of the law.

JB is, imo, no lawyer....

Yep! The old saying is that a verbal contract isn't worth the paper that it's writting on.

Unless it's "palimony," and you are in CA.

I love how selective GA memory is. He can be so exact with certain days and times and clothing, however he cant remember how long LP was in his house, how much the bond was, where he was etc, such a joke, such bs, its so obvious, ...

Does he remember bringing home a gun to coincide with KC's return home???

My impression today was that someone has been talking to KC about her behavior in court. (AL probably).

She didn't do the b@@bie lean into JB's arm today. She didn't smile big at him while leaning into his personal space.

I don't read anything into her physical appearance today. She is a sociopath and will reflect whatever she thinks she needs to reflect and if she cries it's for herself~ for whatever slight or frustration she is having at the moment.

I personally can't wait to see her face when the guilty verdict is read. And again when the sentence is handed down. That is the lasting image I want to carry in my mind of KC.

Just my humble opinion, and two cents which is what it's about worth too.

NO S/S of psychosis or mania are evident, at all.

Maybe situation depression, AEB decreased care of her appearance.

Folks, if she had a psychosis, the courts would not have her participating on hr case with her attorney.

You are hearing horse hooves and looking for zebras.

Amen!

As I recall, Baez provided the bodyguards when KC got out of jail (two or three huge black guys), LP and I believe RD were also there to assist in getting KC safely into the car. There was another bodyguard that drove KC back and forth to Baez' office who was connected with the surety company; he also testified at the bond hearing that KC would not be a flight risk. I cannot remember his name, but he was a tall, slender white guy. I don't believe JH was on the scene while KC was out on bail, but I could be wrong about this.

Just had a thought: wonder if Casey placed the garbage from TL's apartment in the trunk of her pontiac to implicate him. Probably not but.....

Suspect they've just given up on JG. TL is next on the shot hit list.

I'm still catching up on some video I missed, but here's my take on Casey today. LKB isn't there and AL doesn't seem to care what she looks like, so therefore, having Casey in make up doesn't matter to her. I do think she, in a very no-nonsense way, may have talked with Casey about the seriousness of what's going on and definitely seems to have reined in the socializing between JB and Casey in court. Casey's crying in court today didn't seem to have anything to do with what GA was testifying too and I didn't see any real tears either. The only thing I can think of regarding the timing would be just seeing him on the stand could've reminded her that things weren't all that bad when she was at home ~ compared with where she is now. MOO
