I cannot understand his position. His inconsistant statements as well as his statements that simply do not make any sense. I am not the only one, clearly the interviewers were questioning his statements as well. Dc on the other hand seems to be fine to me. I am looking for the inconsistencies. He has clients to protect as well. I am looking to see if he lied to the police. I am not seeing it. Do you see it?

Clients to protect? His clients also wanted immunity before speaking to LE- just how much protection do his clients need? Can you imagine someone like Beth Holloway asking for Immunity or Protection from her P.I?

Dc was not investigating a murder. He was looking for Caylee. And yes, he is bound to his clients until the Judge overides those legal documents. The Judge may have done that by suggesting an investigative subpoena. Even if so, it does not mean there is anything there. IMO

Did he and the Anthonys think maybe Caylee had walked into the woods, placed herself inside 3 bags, duct taped her mouth and nose and died? Or did he think maybe she would be in the woods just playing and passing the time of day? He was looking for a body. Of course he was investigating her murder.
They knew she was dead. They smelled her remains in their own car.

I have a few times, but so far have not found any minority on there. When I see post on other sites like bozo and the lions or Jb is a moron, my own hinky meter goes up. There is a long list of things Dominic has done that are legally and morally wrong.

-Initially said he was on the phone with his sick daughter the day he searched Suburbun, then later said he was on the phone with the "psychic". Interesting that the psychic said her phone records didn't have this call listed, for some unexplained reason.

-Dominic had no problem forwarding the Florida Mall tip on to investigators, as if that was proof of an alive Caylee, while he never notified LE about his search (three times) of Suburban for a deceased Caylee. (see Dominic's interview with LE in January of 2009 for this information).

-Dominic plotted with the Anthony's, proof is in the e-mails, to frame Jesse G., Roy K., etc...He spent more time trying to implicate innocent people and looking up license plates (from people outside of the Anthony home) than he did following any real honest tips concerning Caylee's where abouts. There were no inquiries into Casey's story, the emphasis was on trying to find dirt on everyone else.

-Dominic refused to turn over certain phone records and tried everything possible to avoid questioning from the state. Why would an innocent man do this ?

-Any PI that makes up and distributes a list like this destroys the expectation of professionalism, as it pertains to Private Investigators.

I can respect the point you are making here. One of my issues with the tape recording are the motives for taping it. I think there might have been more than one motive behind recording that video, by more than just Hoover.

What I would like to ask you, NTS, is how do you justify the reasons for DC so passionately avoiding the depo? His opposition is so strong, that it forced SA to issue an investigative subpoena, ultimately hurting the defense since JB and Co. weren't issued an invite to attend the 'interview'. He was going to HAVE to testify one way or another, and I am sure his attorney advised him of that. If he had complied with the depo request, JB at least KNOW the same thing the SA now knows. It is pretty darn obvious that DC really, REALLY did not want to talk. WHY do you think that is?

Oh, there is something there. Read the last couple of pages of DC's statement to police. If he was looking for a dead Caylee he was indeed investigating a murder as KC had been charged at this time for Caylee's death. He is an investigator looking for a dead body. To say otherwise he would have turned his TIP over to LE as a possible credible lead. If LE did not look into the lead he then could have asked them if they would mind if he check the lead out himself. That would have covered him completely. All the other tips were turned over. The investigative subpoena is because there is a BIG something there. JMO

And, I think, if everyone were telling the truth....there would be nothing to protect and no reason not to give a deposition. DC is not worried about his clients....he is worried about himself. JMO

FYI: There is no way DC could have asked for permission to search the property as in his depo he admits his first contact with GL was that morning around 8am and she lead him to Surburban Drive. There was no time to contact the owner so he did not have permission to search. Something else on the depo which is intriguing. DC claims that he did not tell CA and GA about the search that GL sent him on. Then in CA's depo she claims never to have talked with GL or had any contact. GL claims CA sent her Caylee's teddy bear. So somehow these stories just do not match up. JMO

Well we don't even know if that is the first time Dc searched. He could have gotten permission in the past.

I agree there seems to be a 3rd person involved here. Perhaps Ca sent the teddy bear to Luke P? Who is the coordinator of the missing childrens network?

What Lawyer advised them to ask for immunity? Was it Mn or Bc? Does it matter? I think it is probably SOP. BtW, they did speak to LE several times. IMO

Seriously Cindy already admitted in front of police that she sent "her people" out there to look. What does that mean to you? Do you think that Cindy thought that Caylee was out there in the woods camping and having a grand ol' time? She sent "her people" out there for one reason and one reason only ... to look for a body. She (CA) said Caylee was alive so why send DC into the woods in the first place? I mean really, Cindy said Caylee was sighted in Texas, Georgia, PR etc


DC was looking for something as he stated "It should be right here" what was the IT? Could he have been told to look near pavers? The IT could have been a clue as to where the body was at. Note: there were pavers at BOTH locations (house and woods) and he was drawn to both sets for some reason.


About tampering: he poked the ground with a rod, tore open a black plastic bag and picked up a blanket. Note that Caylee was or had been in a black plastic bag and had her Pooh blanket. IF those would have been pieces of evidence then he would have been tampering or destroying anything that might have been on them. He has no experience as a PI as far as I am concerned.

PI's are licensed by the State of Florida and by doing so the State can pull their license at any time for doing "unprofessional investigations". While my husband was an ex-LE he would never, ever not notify LE when he knew there was a crime involved. It's professional suicide not to. It's called covering that mid point in back portion of your body should you happen to find evidence related to a crime. Also, unless you are trying to "cover something up" why would you not included police of your intention to search the area. That way if you found evidence to prove your client was innocent you would have a witness. If you have nothing to hide....why are you hiding????? JMO

And in keeping it on topic, as Ocso asked Dc if he sent them all the tips, my question is, is did Ocso send him all of their tips. For instance the 911 calls in August. Perhaps Dc heard the Rk 911 calls. I find that Ng has been able to obtain 911 tapes the very same day. I wonder if anyone knows the rules on that. Are those public domain? Is it possible that Dc just went down there and purchased 911 tapes? Or is it possible that Rk or Rk's girlfriend Mc called it in to Dc tip line?

Part of my problem is that D Casey and Ginette's time frames do NOT match up. D Casey claims he talked to her for the first time around 8 am. Ginette claimed that she called him much earlier in the am than that. Phone records showed that there was a call at 7 something am. Ginette claims that she told D Casey step by step of where to go. Phone records show that the longest the two talked was 2 minutes during the 9 am hour. 2 mins is not enough time to have someone walk towards a house, go to the end of a chain link fence, take however many steps she told him to take and then look around for the pavers and ultimately Caylee. It just does NOT add up.

Cindy may have tried to back track from saying that she sent "her people" there to that area of the woods but Lee told on her anyway. In Lee's depo he was ticked that mom had sent someone out to look for a DECEASED Caylee since it was the family's position that she was still alive and that no one should be thinking otherwise.

D Casey is either extremely blind or Hoover is extremely sneaky. How does one not know that you are being recorded on video when you turn around and LOOK at the person recording you? If D Casey really, truly did not know then he needs to look for a new profession. Hoover had little contact with the family, D Casey had extended contact with the family. With the family and all of their "mistruths" it makes more sense to me to believe Hoover. A family of liars is always going to go for a person who is more in line with their own beliefs. If a family is honest then they will go for a person who is more like them. In other words, D Casey and the Anthony family fit together like two peas in a pod.
