Not in a case this big. No way, no how, not in a case this big. He knows he would lose everything if he were to keep the body of a three year old child away from Law Enforcement.

With all due respect, that is your opinion and mine is based on just how much Jose Baez wants to be known in the "legal" world and he would never, ever keep the body a secret from LE in a case this big. It is huge.

And not only that, it would be too big to keep quiet and the reasoning behind keeping it quiet and away from LE is what? No reason could justify how stupid that would be on Baez' part.

If he wanted to know if it were found, the only reason would be so that he is not "shocked" by the news if it got out. He would want to be prepared.

This case was handed to him on a silver platter. it is of epic proportions. He is not that stupid.

It's not a matter of smart or stupid at this point. But more and more we keep seeing evidence that JB does not operate in quite the same world as the rest of his profession. You are saying that he would not cross a certain line, because we as a whole cannot envision a lawyer doing that. But more and more we see that the only such line that Jose operates under is "will I get caught?" and "I can probably talk my way out of it! It's not FAAAIIIRRR!". Keeping the body hidden is no more or less career suicide than repeatedly ignoring the judges orders or outright lying to the judge in open court.

As disturbing as that is I have heard the same thing. I cannot fathom that we as a society allow the legal profession to operate this way. It needs to be changed. It is sickening imo for someone to know where a body is while thousands of people are searching, and other children are missing. Unbelievable. Thank you for this info.

It is clear that criminal lawyers do defend many, many guilty criminals for the money and in this case for the money and the media attention which brings more money but there is always a price to pay for doing the wrong thing. My guess in JB's case, this will backfire. He is going to lose this case, he is not going to see the kind of money he is looking for in defending this case and his reputation will be mud to everyone but the scum that will crawl out to defend them.

Actually you are correct he is not deceased, I was refering to the previous lawyer he came in to replace. I just found it coincidental how many deaths there were on the defense team regarding that case but most importantly that OJ landed in prison anyway, which means he never really "got away with it" I guess everyone pays in different ways to which some aren't published.

DC or JB is not going to keep a body from LE if it is found. JB is capable of not paying his child support and a host of other things, but he is not going to put himself in harm's way by hiding a body and a being an accomplice. It really isn't necessary to have these theories implicating practically all who is involved with the Anthony family.

DC has already admitted that he was simply "spinning" the KioMarie "teenage hangout spot"... which we already knew... but from the emails... it doesn't seem that DC got any information about the Suburban Drive area from Ginette Lucas or Luke... AT ALL. In fact... it was an email sent BY Dominic Casey to Luke @ 7:51pm ****hours after he had already searched for the first time**** on November 15th, 2008 that DC sent Luke an email that reads...

Attached with this email is a map of the Area surrounding the Anthony home... thumbscrews on the location of the Anthony home... on an abandoned house... and "location Suburban Drive" which was in the wooded area.

Luke replies BACK @ 8:17pm on November 15th, 2008 and writes...

Will check it out Luke, all indicators are that Caylee Marie is close by.

I have questions about this because it appears... according to the emails between DC and Luke... that Luke either didn't know anything about this "Ginette Lucas" tip... or he was ignoring it? But why would he ignore it... when he was, for the most part, the inbetween-guy between Ginette and Dominic? Well.... until November 18th... when Luke's attention shifts back to Hopespring Drive when he asks DC about noticing any recent observations about moving trucks... green moving trucks or vans... this is when DC writes back... @ 11:20 on November 18th, 2008 and he writes...

1) Keith and I talked - my friend in D.C., a great person- anyway, anywhoo - he picked up something - there is a black dog around the area - I think I told you about a black cat - I could be wrong and its a black dog - about 10/12 pound white and beige dog digging under the house - where he digs is soooo close to the body. So if Dominic is seeing a two-tone dog - I think its a Scottish Terrier - I will let you know.

2) Pls. tell Dominic - that he has been by the burial site - he has walked right by her and the black animal and the little dog. I truly believe he's the one who is going to find her - we've got a team - now let me see what I pick up tonight.

Was this the only way they communicated or is it possible that there were telephone conversations going on in between these emails which would explain why they're so scattered. If so, and Ginette is not the one who led DC to the site, the only other possible answer is that CA sent him there but then why would he still believe at that point that Caylee was still alive....unless Cindy fed him a story...strange...he clearly said that he was going to get Caylee and she was deceased to other detective before that day's search.

I do believe they had phone contact, but looking at the emails... even leading up to the 15th... there is NOTHING to indicate that anyone was even looking at or near the Suburban Drive location... between Ginette, Luke and DC.

The emails on the 14th of November are DC and Luke making fun of Leonard Padilla's finding "doggy bones" which I don't find how they find searching a lake for a deceased child funny? DC wanted Luke to see if he could get with his FBI connections for the flight manifests for the Orlando to Atlanta sighting.

On November 3rd... DC thanks Luke for the information on the Teddy Bear Cindy sent Ginette Lucas and was happy that... according to Ginette that nothing "sinister" had happened to Caylee.

So even after Ginette had obtained the Teddy Bear and it was being sent back... she was saying Caylee was alive. November 3rd, Ginette was saying Caylee was alive.

This was AFTER her October 16th, 2008 when she wanted a map marked - she has a strong feeling of where they need to be... so it seems from the map (that I guess was sent) and the Teddy Bear... she thought Caylee was alive.

Anyways, just according the emails... leading up to November 15th... there is no indication that anyone was looking at the Suburban location... the first mention of the Suburban location... in the emails was not until 7:51 that evening and DC sent Luke an email with a map attached that showed the area. After DC had already searched the Suburban location the first time.

All emails right after November 15th, appear to be Luke still looking at different locations... Ginette doesn't email again until November 20th asking for DC to send him photographs of the area... that she may be able to tell him within a 3 mile radius where Caylee can be found. IF Ginette had already led DC to the Suburban Drive location... why would she need photographs to determine the location? It makes no sense?

All these emails were released during a doc. dump. Ginette Lucas was all over the place... Orlando Hi-rises... Tony's involved. Amy's involved. Amy's the nanny. Some Torress woman was the nanny. Caylee is dead. Caylee is alive. She is in Texas. Says the nanny is a "black woman." Tony was the one who actually gave Caylee to the nanny... who was actually a neighbor. Caylee's hair has been cut off. Drug dealers. Caylee has been sold in an illegal adoption... and on and on.

It's just awful what these people were doing and the amount of crap that was happening. So many people they were secretly harrassing. Luke is even worse than Ginette.

That is exactly what I thought when I read that! Wow! I have always believed that Caylee was 'stashed' under the playhouse for several days after ICA murdered her, and before she finally dumped her body. I hate writing that! I also believe she was in the trunk for several days too while she scouted locations, and finally was forced to get rid of her because of the smell. RIP Caylee Marie!

Don't the A's Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies)? two tone..black and beige (gold)
And digging under the house could mean the Playhouse in the A's backyard...

Thank goodness you guys are so quick on your feet-I thought there was something wrong with this statement, firstly that Scotties are usually black...your brain went that extra step (hello!)-that the two tone thing does describe a Yorkie.
Thinkin Ginette and CA did have contact and/or pictures passed back and forth-Or, GL is an Anthony groupie and saw pics herself before starting her "seeing" sessions...

Did anyone read the doc dump that totallyobesessed posted regarding DC's interview and what he had to say about what led him to the woods, what Ginette told him, who he was on the phone with, what he told James Hoover etc....It's just confusing because the emails really don't coincide with the information in this interview, there is alot of himming and hawing and I get the impression he is not being completly honest but he states that Ginette was the only tip he followed up on and that it was in fact her who told him where to search and was on the phone with him while he was poking around. Also, although the interview was hard to follow at times, he said that she talked about water surrounding the area, an abandon house which was actually there and directions from the fence and the road. In the end, poor Caylee was actually there so is he lying about Ginette and using her story as a deterant from the fact that Casey actually told Cindy where Caylee was or did this woman really have something to contribute...
