Can you give me a link to that one? Do you mean to say that the fbi agent said she couldn't confirm it was coming from a decomposing body, then they did further testing and proved that it did?????????
This would help me a lot. Thank you so much for this post. that is huge.

You said you knew this case very well. :waitasec:

I know where the home is in relation to where Caylee was eventually found, but where exactly did you think the "crime scene" was, since you state "home OR crime scene"?

Don't know. Do you?

I sort of think the crime scene could be the home. If Caylee died in her home, then I was thinking Casey took her outside in a panicked rush. If she died outside, then maybe it was from drowning. The chlorine & pool shock could kill anything her body would have left behind. What's interesting is what the Body Farm does. They've been around for years. They can actually figure out which type of maggot would feed off of which body parts when placed in various temperatures and earth elements. They can even test the maggots, themselves, to figure out exactly what they ingested - chemicals and all. It's disgusting but certainly interesting to say the least. I thought the crime scene was at the house since the stuff Caylee was found in came from the house...then thrown away right by her home. Poor little Caylee. She's in a much better place now, at least. I'm sure she misses those who loved her.

You know, you hear of stories about ghosts that can't move on b/c they left this world unexpectedly and therefore have unfinished "business". I hope it's not like that with Caylee. I sure hope she's at peace. I really hope Caylee isn't tossing and turning wondering why people in her family don't just do the right thing for the simple fact that it's just the right thing to do. Then again, I'm not quite so sure I believe in ghosts...so who knows...

I knew she was dead on Dec 11th. Not before. I was talking about up to that point. Don't see the contradiction. I think the quote was in a reply to another quote that isn't in your quote. This is silly
But, I wasn't speaking about before Dec. 11th. You stated that on Dec. 11th you believed Caylee may be alive.

From my previous quote:

Curious as to what your opinion was on December 11th.

IMO...it's not silly.

Theres no heart sticker
Theres no dna
Theres no fingerprints
Theres no decomposing hair
Theres no matching duct tape.

The states case is falling apart before our very eyes.

Evidence leading up to the crime is very important to me.

Maybe before your eyes...but please don't include me! We (many of us) always knew that there was the likelihood that dna evidence would have been washed away in the six months of being immersed in water. In my mind, nothing has changed. Curious as to what your opinion was on December 11th.

My opinion was that she may still be alive.

Sorry you think it is silly. I'm just trying to understand. Please bear with me cuz sometimes I'm not that smart.

I could have swore you said your opinion was that she may still be alive on December 11th. :waitasec:

It is the states burden to prove she is guilty. The defense does not have to say anything. It is the states resposibility to catch the real killer.

Obviously that does not work in the court of public opinion, but it does in the real court.

BBM

Right. Like OJ.

OT..but perhaps a word to the wise...

It is Friday night and yet another weekend with little or no news is ahead of us. The last couple of weekends, it seems some of us (me included!) can get really involved in these threads and they turn kinda heywire, the thread is closed for review, and even though "it" is no longer her avatar, THE EYE (said lovingly) has to step away to get us back under control.

So let's be aware and keep up the good, clean debate this weekend and let JBean enjoy her beloved football!

Just a friendly reminder from someone who cares (and who is always watching for that eye over my shoulder! HA!)

Actually, I might have a little something for ya'll - at least those that like delving into the motions.

Baez filed a couple new motions this week, the media put up the motions themselves but not the memorandums of law and exhibits supporting them. I got them from the clerk's office (60 pages or so), but have to scan and upload them. I'll try to get them up tomorrow morning, before I go out of town tomorrow evening -

Well it does seem that this team continually demonstrates their compatibility with this client.
...and where are the docs the State requested? Has that not happened yet? Oh, right...they found their evidence in the evidence they've seen so far that the State has revealed. IOW...they have none and are h*ll bent on attacking the evidence they claim doesn't exist! OY!!

Are you talking about the Nancy Grace show? I will read the transcript tomorrow when they post it. Thanks for the info.

Ps.. Nancy Grace quotes the National Enquire a lot. I dont put a lot of stock in her show, but I enjoy watching it...
No...I believe it was in the news report.

OMG...this is like a season finale cliffhanger. Don't you know that there are WS hungry for any morsel of new info? Do you realize how many members will be sitting up all night downing redbull, coffee, and diet pills to stay awake in hopes that St. Muzikman soon would be there? I mean able to upload all new applicable docs. Are you really that tired? Respectfully submitting request for docs alluded to in aformentioned post. Peace.

Skimmed thru them, basically it's their reasoning as to why the Murder charges should be dropped, and why the DP should be dropped.

They reference specific other docs as exhibits that we already have - transcripts, etc - which I did not get copies of ($1 a page and all) but I wrote down the SA page numbers, so we could put together the memorandums in full. Will require a little sleuthing to find the other referenced docs, to see exactly what they're talking about. :)

Because... they cannot seem to differentiate between the crap they spout out to the media and the crap they spout out in court. In the media they don't have to back up their allegations so they feel the same applies in court. Did any of these characters REALLY go to law school? JMO.

Heck, they probably felt bad. To think that after all these months they've been trying to stand next to their daughter and express their opinion with regards to her innocence/guilt and then all of a sudden - BAM - the tape matches come back and it's the same tape they used on the posters. I can't even imagine what they're going through now that they found this out. Either way, Caylee still deserves justice. It's obvious that her grandparents absolutely adored her. When I look at the pictures of them with Caylee, it just looks like their sun sets on Caylee. KWIM? They should just do the right thing and tell the truth. Afterall, we all pass on someday. If they believe in heaven, surely they know they'll see Caylee again - right? Well, don't you think she'd be upset with them if they didn't do the right thing? I know I would.
Oh, JG...you have such a sweet heart. But, I think that George and Cindy felt the BAM! the moment they smelled the car.

At first I thought she was guilty of something. I figured the SA had nothing because she was in and out of jail. Once They indicted her for murder, I still thought she was guilty of something. On Dec 11th I thought she was guilty of killing her daughter. By the 19th of December? Well by then the doubt begin to start with me. Roy Kronk story begins to eat at me. Then in each doc dump there is nothing new for SA. Then new twist. Tapes, Dominic Casey, Jim Hoover. Then the judge sealing some of Dominic Casey interview. Each little bizzare twist begins to add up. Now I wasn't born yesterday.. If things don't make a whole lot of sense, then there is someone else in the picture. I have seen this my whole life.
Now comes this new doc dump and the SA has no physical evidence. Yes I still think she is Guilty of something. I am here to provoke thought and learn from everyone. When I post something it may make some people angry, but my goal is to get someone to post something that I hadn't thought of.
In the begining I thought she was guilty. Then slowly as docs begin to get dumped and the bizzare twist, I begin to question my own opinion
IMO...the Judge sealing DC's interview was due to the work privilege cited. I don't think that's such a bizarre twist...but the players you mentioned sure are.
