There was also some whispering at the prosecution table earlier while, I think AL was bellowing from the podium!

I heard... theres I guy in the 2nd row gray gray shirt with stripes ????? something about pictures....you need to tell him...Ashleigh Banfield said it was the attorneys talking..At the very end when C&G were leaving you see the female court officer looking at the Judge and pointing to the guy with the gray shirt. That guy never left the court room.

Maybe I'm referring to different guy in the courtroom......the guy I'm wondering about is not Paul K.

I'm sure to quite sure these pictures will be released. JB is working on fumes financially, and needs money. I'd guess a large tabloid would fork over big money for one picture.

But Judge S had already tried to avoid this. Now that they are pressing this issue again, he's trying to avoid this coming up on appeal. So, basically---*go ahead, JB. you got your photos. if they get out, it's your fault.* And--defense can't claim they didn't have enough access for their experts. That's my take. But, I'm not a legal expert, so I'd be interested in the opinions of WSers who are. Thanks.

I agree,

The Judge is basically going to give the defense whatever they ask for that is reasonable.

They usually do in Death Penalty Cases

They were laughing because JS asked who's courtroom they were in.. JS says he has never seen so much hand lotion.

Right as JS asks SA if this is their motion to strike you can hear him say " Whose courtroom is this? I've never seen so much handcream in my life". Everyone laughs.

Gotta say (forgive me if I haven't read through the whole thread) that my favorite phrase today was LDB saying that JB's whole motion was "a farce".

I think we should be allowed to be hooked up to an internet link and, depending on who is talking and what is being said, we could click on a little icon that would pipe applause into the courtroom. (Hey, I may be in fantasy-land on this one, but I'm not alone. The entire defense belongs in a fairy tale. The Brothers Grimm...)
