In the motions set to be heard Friday, the two sides accuse each other of everything from lying to the court to posing for inappropriate pictures at the crime scene where Caylee's body was found.

What is this all about????? Did I miss something?

I have him on in the background and all I can do is roll my eyes at him. If it wasn't homicide KC would have had no reason to not report her child missing or lie to LE after Caylee was reported missing.

Why is JB allowed to make these statements? Am I to believe there is a child killer on the loose or that Caylee died as an accident or that someone else helped Casey?

I had to watch the part where LDB states she is there for the deceased child not the family "in the courtroom"...part two of the video's posted by Patty at about 7:16.
