yes, what was the whispering about?

  • #142
That he wanted to say Hello to him, I think.

  • #143
Sounded like he said he wanted to talk to him...

Okay, if JB can "personally deliver" the CD's, why couldn't he fly in his expert to simply view the disc without making a copy, so that the CD images are contained and controlled in one location? I wish JS had not granted this; it completely overturns the original decision.

Just because the photos have not been leaked - yet - doesn't mean they wouldn't be.

Judge
As it stands right now, if you have an experts out of state,

dang! lost it!

Guy in a striped shirt in the second row.

Who is that bald guy (not JL) who is going to to talk to Judge S. GA gave him a pat on the back. ??? What is that about?

  • #149
I thought something was said to Judge Strickland about the guy taking pictures or something like that...could be wrong, but I thought that's what I heard.

Is it Marinade DAve?

did they cover the check/fraud bit????

Hear the whipering. I taped it going to replay it.

I did...sounded like LDB and other prosecutors.

ETA: Oh, I guess you were talking about the Judge whispering.

There was also some whispering at the prosecution table earlier while, I think AL was bellowing from the podium!

I am not liking the motion being granted, but IMO, it's for the best. Judge S ensures they can't use a * "beyond the age of technology" and out of state experts lack of access* for appeal.

Thank you 2goldfish! Worked like a charm...except I have no idea what they were talking about. What was today "about"? Sorry WS...my brain can be so slow to understand...

Didn't the judge say something about a man in a gray shirt seated in the second row?

Another by-product of the motion being granted will be the pictures leaking, which I have no doubt will happen and JB will be ripped to shreds by Judge S.!!!!!!!!!

I saw it for a few seconds then Fox lost the feed. Long enough to see GA wearing shorts in Court ( is that OK in Florida?) Cindy and Jim Lichtenstein, media coach, and Casey playing with her hair. Thankfully JB is not being allowed to open his mouth. Now where is that video?[/QUO

In Hawaii, most all of the time they wear this kind of garb, I belive their state congress does as well, luau shirts and all.

Maybe same in Florida, but I would think South Florida (Orlando is not always as hot as one would think, it gets cooler and rainy). That written, to me, I would still have dressed approriately if I were GA (and if I were a guy!), to show some respect.
