2009.11.12 Mallory Parker's Depo *read it here*

I agree. Remember how it was so important for KC to be released from jail so she could help with the process of locating Caylee? Then, the first night out, it sounds like the whole clan didn't even mention Caylee's name. Unbelievable.

Exactly...also, what grieving Grandmother would be busy preparing a dinner (sit down almost formal sounds like) for 10 people when their precious grandbaby had been kidnapped or .... whatever they thought had happened at that time. And, no one dared mention precious grandbaby's name at the dinner because they wanted to keep it "light" and they were all so thankful the baby mama had been released from jail so they were having a low-key celebration, complete with baby mama attorney and his spouse.

OMGoodness!!! I have never in my long life heard of such and grown people, who I assume to be of, at least, average intelligence tell this mess.
:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Unstinkinbelievable....always, MOO

I believe your comments are primarily on point as usual Chiquita, but Mallory actually described what she and the family were feeling as "sheer panic".

True but nothing had been solved by the time KC was bailed out the first time so imo they should have still been in panic mode at that dinner!

Haven't read the entire thread, only page 1 so if someone picked up on this I apologize in advance.

After reading this carp, Mallory's depo it only confirmed my first impression of her. Not good. Anywho, also confirmed for me that JB with wife in tow to attend the homecoming party of ICA, ??? Caylee who ??? absent, knew from that day that Caylee was murdered. What attorney allows his client with a child missing to party hardy? Only JB. My blood is boiling hot. They knew, they all knew Caylee was gone.

What are 1st foundation docs? I must have missed this.

I might be getting my wires crossed on this just a bit, but I vaguely remember it was only a matter of days or it could have been hours after Caylee was officially missing that the kid finder couple came and CA and maybe GA as well went right to an attorney to draw up docs to start what I thought was the 1st foundation, maybe this was the only foundation, but there was heated debate over it because they were taking in donations before the tax exempt/non profit status ? or whatever it is called came into effect. I thought they had closed that one and then refiled and had another foundation set up, but I could be wrong. :waitasec:

ok this is my absolute last post on the car; and the phone call and was MP there.

I found in my travels back through the annals of time

The infamous waste phone call was made at 1:06PM 7/16 So, that puts MP at the house at 1 PM on 7/16. Now I still haven't found an exact time but I did find that the car was collected on 7/16 as well. Since ICA was being interrogated at Universal and subsequently arrested around noon 7/16 - I don't think they got the car until later in the day. But I can't find the exact time.

So, I'm sticking by my "FOUL" call on MP's depo and not seeing or smelling the car. I do believe the car was there and she knew it.

Now, I promise not to say another word about it.

:) I know you don't want to say another word about the car...and, I'm just going from memory (which at times is compromised) but...I "think" LE picked up the car about 2:00 pm on July 16. It's covered in one of Cindy's depos when Yuri calls her out because she had claimed in an interview that it was 3 or 4 days later and he specified the day and time. FWIW and MOO

lol

See ya about 11 pm my time :)

More than anything after reading this depo I'm so very saddened. Caylee never had a chance and it appears that no one wanted to risk disturbing Casey in fear of upsetting her highness.

I think the whole lot of them are stark raving mad. To sit at a table and not utter one word about a missing two year old to make Casey feel "special" is utter lunacy.

I'm more driven to seeing justice for Caylee than EVER before!!!

This might sound harsh but I hope this "family" never has any more children to harm. All of them are severely emotionally "off". This is just not the type of family a young child should be around, the dysfunction is absolutely astounding.

that's cool - ok so if the car was picked up at 2 and ICA called at 1 - then MP was there when the car was. I just knew she had to have been there. By her saying she wasn't she didn't have to answer any of those "pesky smell" questions about the car.

Guess she also forgot to mention she went to feed the dogs or was at Hopesprings when Caylee was found. I had a very hard time reading and the problem with the scrolling I didn't see that information in her Depo. Maybe it's a moot point for now?

lol! Oh that kind of foundation!
All I could think of was a building permit for a patio or something because there was talk that the A's had been involved in doing some landscaping during July 2008!

I'm going by memory too but from what I recall Yuri was pizzed at Cindy saying in interviews that went out on TV that the car was not picked up for 2 days, Yuri called her on it in her LE interview and he broke the time down and it actually turned out to be in less then 24 hours - confronted with her lying she then turns on the waterworks and says "I'm a grieving Grandmom" by way of deflection. Sounds just like Casey. I know at the time this made me so mad as she couldn't just admit she had lied to the press and the public then made it all about her and her grief to get out of the fact that she was caught red handed lying.

Ok - I admit it - this car thing has me going.

I went back, way back into time. According to this:

http://www.wftv.com/download/2008/0717/16907762.pdf

this is the original arrest affidavit - and I'm noticing the dates are screwy

CA called and got the ball rolling the night of 7/15

This extended over into the early morning hours of 7/16 (YM states he got the call at 0045 7/15 - 0045 is 12:45AM - that can't be it had to have been 7/16 at 12:45 AM)

So, this puts her galavanting around Orlando in the morning hours of 7/16

Her Universal trip was started at 1230 hrs 7/16 (pg 4) They picked up ICA and took her to Universal

AH is referenced on pg 5 - it states AH was picked up at the airport by ICA at 1430 hrs 7/15 in AH's car.

ICA date and time of arrest was 7/16 1633 hrs (4:33 PM)

So ICA made that call home around 6ish I would say (or she called around 4:30 when she was booked)

So that puts MP at the house on 7/16 at approx 4:30 PM - the car was still there.

I haven't found that yet - but I'm going to go look. IIRC LE collected the car the next morning 7/17

BTW - this original arrest warrant is worth a new read. Its been 3 years - wow - sure helped "refresh" my memory.
Thank you, thank you. I am not going crazy.

Why didn't the prosecution ask her about the car smell?

****, my mind is getting old and can't be trusted.

Beginning page 45, line 18 ~
Q. Did you know the name Adam Lynch?
A. No
Q. Or Ryan Pasley?
A. Yes
Q. Who is Ryan Pasley?
A. A friend of Casey's. I believe he lives in Jacksonville.
Q. Have you ever met him?
A. Yes
Q. When did you meet him?
A. I met Ryan just months before Caylee went missing. . . . . He and Casey
from what I understand from what I gather from what I was told were kind of off and on and they were going through an on phase. . . . .

Woe.be.gone -- Thank you! I don't trust my mind either, which is why I was asking about RP. My short term memory, especially, is just awful.. lol

Yeppers .... and, in all of her attempts to distance herself from the A's - she seemed mighty cozy with George and Cindy on that "all expense paid" cruise they took.

IMHO

At least both names are there - it's not like we're just pulling names out of the air!
It's good you questioned me though cuz I don't want to be misguiding people in case it would matter.

I believe that BigMomma was referring to CA filing applications for the fictitious name and tax exemption for the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation.

I believe your comments are primarily on point as usual Chiquita, but Mallory actually described what she and the family were feeling as "sheer panic".

Yet they sit down and have a happy dinner? That is not panic no matter how you look at it. It sickens me and saddens me that Caylee was a nonentity to these people! So what if Casey gets upset! Caylee was a helpless two year old who couldn't defend herself or survive on her own, and pleasing princess CASEY, who was more than capable of taking care of herself and surviving, is more important? What is wrong with this picture?

Seems more like they knew Caylee was dead, and everyone just wanted to move on with their lives and cover it up like Caylee had never existed. My heart has never hurt so bad for a child before! I didn't even know Caylee and apparently I love her more than her whole dang family ever did!

I'm glad I didn't bother to read this depo. My blood pressure is up just reading comments about it! I do agree that she has a flat personality and apparently is desperate to fit in with this family, probably because Lee is the only love of her life. But I don't agree that this family felt panic. Far from it. If they felt any panic, it was fear of Casey getting caught and exposing their lies and dark secrets, not panic because of Caylee!

I believe that BigMomma was referring to CA filing applications for the fictitious name and tax exemption for the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation.

That makes total sense. All I could think of was a foundation for a patio. I hadn't known they had to get a permit!

BBM. Yeah, like Casey does? lol! Thanks again for looking it up. The pdf on doc stock isn't work for me at the moment, for some reason.

It wasn't asked in the depo. I just got home from the baseball game, they lost, the ump and I had a few words about my photography. I'm tired, was gone for 9 hours, hungry and now pizzed after wasting my time reading Mallory's poor excuse of a depo.

What I would really like to know, and don't have the brain cells to do right now, is how do ICAs text mags match to Mallory's storytelling? Any does anyone remember if Mallorys phone records were pulled by LE?
