Curious...mountain of evidence against RK being involved...isn't that saying he isn't? At least that's what it means to me.

LOL RR..you are correct! Freudian slip perhaps? :waitasec: TY for my chuckle of the day!

There are approximately 100 to 130 abductions by strangers every year in the US. In 2001 the FBI documented 93 cases of abduction by strangers. Relative to the amount of abductions committed yearly in the US, abduction by stranger is rare. However, it is possible. So simply because RK did not know Caylee or any of the A’s, this does not automatically exclude him as the abductor. It is unlikely, yes, but it is also unlikely that a mother would murder her own child.
RK made multiple inconsistent statements to police (some consider this to be lying). RK was 100% certain he saw a skull on Aug 11th that was likely Caylee’s. He had the opportunity on aug 13th to prove it to officer Cain, but chose not too. Although he was 100% certain he waited 120 days to finally beyond any doubt discover the remains. RK allegedly told his son he knew where Caylee’s remains were, and that he was going to be on tv. Although he was not partying for those 120 days while Caylee’s remains were continuing to deteriorate, he was relaxing at home, watching NG, out buying a new car, reconnecting with his family, and he did all this with the 100% certainty that Caylee’s remains were still laying in the woods. He did not bring the police to a non existent nanny’s apartment, but he did bring officer Cain to a spot where he is 50 percent sure was the same spot, the skull he was 100% sure of was ultimately found. Nothing was found there at that time, nor was it found for another 120 days. The point I am making is that we are dealing with a circumstantial case. These circumstances are suspicious. When you add these to the testimony provided in the motion by the defense, well, it makes me wonder about RK.
This may all be spaghetti thrown at the wall by the defense, but it is sticky enough that when the judge rules on the motion whether or not to allow RK’s prior bad acts that he will have a lot to consider. As always my entire post is moo.
It's funny...and I guess how we perceive the same circumstances...but none of this makes sense to me. It doesn't tug at me and scream "YES. IT'S RK!!"
If only wishing for something did make it come true (never in a million years do I think RK actually thought he WOULD find Caylee when he set out on his journey), I'd have won the lottery already!

I totally agree.
Personally I do not hail Roy Kronk as This SUPER HERO!
He left poor Caylee sitting there for 120 extra days.
If I had stumbled on the scene and I am sure if any of you did.....I would of walked right back there with the officer and said it is right here!

I have many questions about Mr.Kronk.
...nope he's just an ordinary guy who did something good. Nice way of the defense to pay him back, huh?

Doesn't to me, either-But if you are going to go with a stranger theory, you could just as easily go with James Hoover (There is no evidence he was involved and this is a hypothesis that does not lead to any such conclusion):

-He was a stranger to the A's
-He began hanging around their house very quickly after KC was arrested
-He had almost a fetish for videotaping every aspect of the investigation that he could, even down to taping LA with the FBI
-Squirrely personality
-He "returned" to the scene of the crime (the A's home, presumably) and the scene of the remains, as many perps do
-He intended to make money or gain notariety with this "someday"
-He is from out of town

Still, none of it figures in as well as the current theory, that KC committed this heinous crime in cold blood.

...which is the reason I don't see this motion flying. Any word on when it will be heard?

I am not sure, but if I were the defense, I would retract this motion-It has gotten them what they wanted anyway, the media smear and jury pool tainting.
This is one of those motions that will put JS in a foul mood come trial time, IMO. I don't get the feeling His Honor is interested in a spaghetti throwing circus.

You know, as someone mentioned earlier in the thread.. even if RK was @ that location everyday searching just on a hunch or because something made him suspicious AND his motive was completely selfish (reward) OR even if he had been told the location by his gf, who had overheard something (you know that whole rumor thing) OR whether or not he actually saw a skull etc....NONE of that changes the fact that everything concerning Caylee's murder points right back to KC and her 31 days of unexplained behavior and LIES, not to mention the dead body of her daughter in the trunk of her car....
My point is even if RK were to be a piece of carp (not saying I believe that he is, just sayin for the sake of argument ) there is nothing that I have seen to make me believe for a second that he had anything to do with Caylee's murder..and apparently LE doesn't believe so either. Are we really to believe that RK wasn't investigated to LE's satisfaction anyway, but that LE did go to the trouble to test pizza in KC's trunk? (even though there was no pizza even in the trunk) Nah, I don't believe that for a minute, do you RR? Grasping I tell ya.. grasping. That's what happens when you are desperate! ;)

I still say Joy W will end up front and center at some point if the defense keeps this nonsense up. It's interesting too that in a couple of posts that I read it was pointed out that she had seen RK in that area on occasions. My question would be ...really? what was she doing out there all these times? (and of course I don't believe that she is guilty of anything more than...umm..having issues.)...

I would also like to discuss the points of the motion suggesting that their is some type of daisy chain of info to Rk. In the motion and other motions it is clear many are saying that Caylee wasn't there Aug 11th. I think there is something to it, without considering him the killer.

NTSmart - I found a open Daisy chain thread and just posted there. Take a look and see if we should discuss this there???

Maybe a mod can make the call as to where they want Daisy chain talk to be? I am too new to know, but trying to get the hang of this system.

you got it and thank you.
The thread you have linked would be the right place to have in depth discussion.
We just brought up the daisy chain and DC perhaps being the origin on another thread (FYI).

ITA - one of the biggest obstacles to even looking at anyone else is that if something happened like that and a stranger took Caylee, it would have played right into KC's hand and given her a reason to sound the alarm immediately. She would look to be guilty of nothing, certainly not of voluntarily giving her child over to a kidnapping nanny she assures everyone she's hired and known for years.

A total stranger taking Caylee would have immediately gotten KC all the sympathy, media and public attention and cooperation from LE, her parents and her friends she could have ever hoped for.

But she burnt that bridge when she acted pissy to everyone about being arrested "on a whim" after she took LE on a wild goose chase looking for an imaginanny she could not produce and no one had ever met or heard about except in passing. Because I think even KC realized it was too late for that kind of story - it didn't explain all the nonchalant partying, lies and money stealing that went on in the interim. If indeed a stranger had taken Caylee, she could have completely avoided being arrested at all if she had concocted that story from Day 1 instead of making up a lame, idiotic excuse after being confronted on Day 31.

Who is RK's current girlfriend? I mean to say that he said "we" were sitting in the air conditioning when officer Cain pulled up. I am surprised they didn't depose her while they were investigating Cain. If she was sitting in the car, she probably saw everything happen.

What is her name? Does anyone know? Is it just myth that she works at Orange county Jail?

Or is there a thread that answers this question? Please point me in the right direction.

Link please...what interview?

ETA: Just listened...can't here "we're"...heard "there"...played it numerous times. Is there a written transcript? I couldn't find one.

So, if Kronk is involved with Caylee's death then he must know Zanny since she's the one who took Caylee from KC at JBP! Kronk must have been waiting for Zanny to give him a signal of some kind! So all we have to do is get Kronk to tell us where Zanny is and then we'll have Caylees killer!
Puh-leez. What's next?

I have a question I loved to ask Kronk!
If he and his buddy's had the thoughts of taking pictures of the DEAD SNAKE,why did they not take pictures of what Kronk says he seen numerous times!
so many question.....
Maybe he didn't have a camera with him...

RK says we were sitting over there in the air conditioning.

I just happened to read it a little bit ago, so I thought I would pass it on to you RR since you asked where it was.
