Casey’s Defense Interviews Kronk’s Ex-Wives

Kronk&#8217;s bitter ex-wives have accused him of almost everything but the Kennedy assassination and the 9-11 attacks, but they were not questioned under oath and the defense did not provide one iota of evidence to support any of the allegations, no police reports, nothing.

Sheaffer points out that, if the defense team repeats unsubstantiated allegations like this outside of court, they could be sued. They didn't during their morning network blitz Friday, which tells him they have no evidence to back them up.

Sheaffer says it's another indication that this is another media stunt without any evidentiary or legal substance.

Roy Kronk has gone from meter reader to scapegoat, anchor Bob Opsahl said.

Kronk's attorney told Belich that the defense team never raised these allegations during a deposition yesterday. Sheaffer sees that as another sign of a media stunt.

Filing and publicizing the latest so-called &#8221;Motion in Limine&#8221; by the Anthony defense team, which would now seem to include Brad Conway, lawyer for George and Cindy Anthony, is an all-time low on a grand scale, even for this crew. This so-called defense tactic, designed to shift the focus of blame away from their client Casey Anthony, is neither new nor unusual in this case.

As officers of the court, Mr. Baez, Ms. Lyons and Mr. Conway, have you no sense of decency? Stop these tactics. Our system of justice, its participants and the rest of the citizens observing this case deserve better.

For the first time, we're hearing from former meter reader Roy Kronk's ex-wives. Their testimony is part of a defense tactic. Casey Anthony's lawyers claim that there is as much circumstantial evidence against the man who found Caylee Anthony's remains as there is against Caylee's mom, Casey.

Investigators tell FOX 35 that Casey Anthony has been the only suspect in her daughter's disappearance and murder.
