I agree with you and I think TM does too. Tim said he wanted to go out there and shake GA and tell him HE was the MAN of the HOUSE. Which means that TIM felt GA was driving around because he wanted to ask Tim to help.

I agree.

How many people would act out like Cindy?
Demand someone to leave her house?
That someone trying to find her precious grand daughter?
I do not know a soul that would do that!
Honestly that is nuts!

Part of me hates to say this, but I suspect that while Tim's testimony will be crucial to convict KC, I also suspect that it will help insure that the jury does not choose the DP. His descriptions of her make her seem so far outside the psychological norm that regardless of mental health evaluations or expert testimony the jury will come to their own conclussions and simply will not execute a young woman that they percieve as mentally ill. You combine KC's complete disasciation from Caylee combined with the obvious insanity that is the family life, and they will take pity, guaranteed.

From the transcript...

So true. Bless Tim, I can't imagine how it would be to get the call to find a child and the most important people involved don't help in any way whatsoever. All CA wanted to do was perpetuate myths.

IIRC Cindy was upset because at the time, she still did not believe Caylee was dead. She wanted a search for a Live Caylee.I did not see her as perpetuate myths,I saw her as a Mom and Grandmother who's mind just could not accept her daughter would purposely kill her own daughter. Many parents have raised children that lie, maybe steal, party, but do not murder their children.I can not condemn her for coming to terms with this kind of a nightmare in her own time.MR.NeJames said this and a lot more when he quit.

What parent or grandparent would surrender such hope? Who is one person to tell another parent or grandparent when it is time for them to abandon their faith? When does a stranger have the right to judge another who has endured such a loss? The attacks made against them by some are deplorable. Let them be to do what they feel they must to find their beloved granddaughter, Caylee. Knowing this case as well as probably anyone on earth, there is no doubt that they do not know where Caylee is. Allow them to walk their own path.

ITA, passionflower!!

I think the jurors will be thinking about what they would do if their daughter/granddaughter was missing -- and wonder the same as many here do about the unhealthy dynamics in the A household...that is not gonna make KC look any less guilty.

No wonder the defense has tried to blight the reputation of TM & TES -- they *need* the public to think less of him & his organization before he takes the stand w/ what he saw going on in that house.

Like many defense strategies, this one will blow up in their face, too, IMO.

Not necessarily. She seems to fit the textbook definition of a sociopath, and the same held for Scott Peterson, and his immediate family (Jackie Peterson is alot like Cindy Anthony). He lives on Death Row now.
I think Joy Wray is the one who will be perceived to be mentally ill... JMHO:twocents:

IMO
George driving around Tim's hotel leads me to speculate he wanted to talk to Tim..about what??? I can only speculate...George was able to get Casey to come to the table to put a mark to a location or area on the map that MAY have helped find them Caylee, only to have Cindy blow up and cast Tim out of the home. I speculate that made Casey smile.
George almost had it, ...Cindy took it away.
George is hard to read. I would guess that, at that time, he might have been wanting to talk to Tim about the case, but who knows ? He slips back and forth so easily, one minute he's telling Casey to draw the spot, the next he's sending Joy out with TES to spy. I give up !

Im going to be vulgar here....I think GA's b@!!s were itching to be taken out and used, but once again, CA put a stop to that. He snuck out of the house, but just couldn't make himself go through with it. He is a sad, sad man.

I think I know what you mean, and I totally agree.........

JVM on HLN now saying that Tim will be on her show Issues tonight!!

Dispicable! Just Dispicable the way Tim Miller was treated by the Anthony's and the Anthony's not lifting one finger to help in any way shape or form to help Equisearch and it's members to even eat for God's sake. And to even sneak in the back of one site and stay maybe fifteen minutes...I am so mad that I am giving myself a time out before I say something that I will be banned forever.

Has the friend of George, the law enforcement officer from Ohio who was visiting, ever been interviewed by Florida law enforement that we know of?

IIRC his name is Jim Campbell. I think it was LP who told a similar story about JC. LP said JC told him "the person in that bedroom is the only one who knows where Caylee is and she is not telling." (paraphrasing) I have been waiting to for an interview with JC, but it has not been released yet.

CA preventing KC from marking the map is probably the only other thing she has done right since this all started. She did the right thing when she called 911 - not matter what spin she put on afterwards.

This time she prevented a whole lot of time, money and effort from being wasted. Why? Because there is no way on this earth that I believe KC would have marked Suburban Drive on that map! She had been lying her head off since she got caught. I for one will never believe that she would have done anything else other than what she had been doing all along, lie, lie, lie.

CA actually helped the investigation, although she didn't know it at the time. Would RK have gone there to look had KC marked another area? I don't know whether he was on Suburban before or after Tim made his first search. But even if it was after, would RK have gone back in December if he had heard that KC said to check out Kissimmee or some other area on the far side of Orlando?

So thank you CA, you did the right thing and it did help your precious granddaughter to be found, and you didn't even mean it!

I couldn't agree more with every.single.word.!!!

I truly believe in the beginning GA wanted badly to be loyal to Caylee - I go back to the FBI interview where he all but confessed that he knew that KC was connected to the (paraphrasing here) 'scent he recognized and that you can never mistake' and that he 'hoped that what was being said would stay between the 3 of them in this room' and that he 'didn't want to believe a child he raised could be capable of doing anything like this'. And now, THIS....circling the Holiday Inn where Tim was staying. Don't get me wrong, GA is an enigma in so many ways. I don't like everything he has done, by any stretch of the imagination. However, I believe, in the beginning GA was the only Anthony that was willing to face any sense of reality. I think he was purely desperate to purge his soul....for Caylee and himself. I can't imagine the inner turmoil he had to be dealing with - the fear and grief of KNOWING Caylee was dead, the intense anger he felt toward his own daughter....as if that isn't enough, having to deal with everytime he tried to muster the guts to do the right thing by Caylee, he was cut off at the knees by his own wife.

Like you said, TotallyObsessed, GA is a sad, sad man. Actually, I hesitate to call him a 'man'. Whatever the outcome, I truly believe not coming forward to be Caylee's hero will haunt GA until the day he dies.

No, it's sane.. and in complete control.

The hammer incident with Cindy happpened around this time, IIRC. There was lots of anger there. It makes me sick that they could have had the answers early on, but Cindy stopped the process. SHE was not going to have Caylee found, because that would prove her daughter to be a murderer.

One thing I don't understand... if Cindy wanted to stop the process, why did she call Tim Miller? Wouldn't it have been "better" for Casey if Cindy did as little as possible to draw more people into the search for Caylee?

Isn't Helen Davis the team leader that TM called in to help? In this email she clearly was not happy with him for not searching the area off Suburban. http://www.wesh.com/download/2010/0323/22918757.pdf Then in her statement she says she searched the area where Caylee was and found nothing. No mention of water. http://www.wesh.com/download/2010/0323/22918731.pdf

I believe that this is referenced in this JJ thread:

re: possible fabrications on a Texas Equusearch form by PI

One thing I don't understand... if Cindy wanted to stop the process, why did she call Tim Miller? Wouldn't it have been "better" for Casey if Cindy did as little as possible to draw more people into the search for Caylee?

Cindy called in Tim Miller and TES to bolster her charade that they were looking for a live Caylee. For several reasons, one that they could keep the $$ coming in, keep the focus away from Casey and support her private psychological defense of total denial. They knew the baby was dead when they smelled the car on the 15th, especially when Casey could not come up with Caylee.
In the beginning they wanted to hope that was not the case, and really tried to get to the truth, (remember Cindy’s frantic utterances in the 911 calls & Georges FBI interview) but all too soon, they knew she was gone, Casey was crazy, spiteful and uncontrollable enough to go off and hurt Caylee and that she was gone.
It did not take Tim Miller very long to figure out that these people were not being honest with him and that there was not really a live baby. He knew, from their abnormal grieving behavior. People who are truly inconsolable over the loss of a loved one, want anyone and anything done to fine them. Not one of them fit that scenario.

Tim sure took a beating from the Anthonys, I feel so bad for him when all he wanted to do was help.
He said this was the first case out of 1100 that he was not allowed to speak to the last person that saw the missing person.
He felt something wasn't right with this family.
That's putting it mildly. We've been saying that from Day 32.
