momtective - The East County News is a local newspaper, regional version of the larger Daily World newspaper out of Aberdeen, has been covering Lindsey's story actively.

Just to make sure I'm straight on this: The poster who posted the SW is a friend of the homeowner whose property was searched. The items that can't be viewed on the copy have purportedly been transcribed by the poster/friend. The explanations for the items are supposedly given to the poster/friend by the property owner. Is that right?

I do feel really bad for these people if in fact they are totally innocent. Just wanted to throw that in here.

i would to if they would have just stayed quite....why hang out all your dirty laundry for the world to see....and i mean the whole world can view it...why draw attention to your self....and trash others from the search center....makes me really wonder what is going on there.....most people dont want to be in the public eye....

if that would of happend to me.....i would have made one public statement....and thanked LE for looking every where for Lindsey....i would acknowledge that my property was large, and on one of them there was an abandon house ....that there was a problem with people going in and out of there....and glad that they were looking into it....i would state i would do anything they asked of me to help in the search for Lindsey......

but thats just me.....it wouldnt be easy....but the world is not fair...but when it comes to a missing child....you put up with being put in a uncomfortable postion...

im so glad that this forum is ran soooo well....and we dont have to put up with carp like that....gzzz

yes the owner of the forum has be friended the home owner, the home owner is a poster on crime forums and has been conducting searchs......that is what is said in the forum....

some of the SW is scaned and you can read what is on there

some of the SW is scaned and you cant make out what it says

the names have been blackend out

and the fourm owner dictated what was on the SW and what the owner said about the items...

looks to be a scaned original SW that was left with the home owner...and then the forum wrote out what was on there and their thoughts on it....

but again...who knows....but the news did report that it came from the home owner and was posted on a forum and then they linked the forum....

Sooo, it has NOT been made public yet. I'm not diggin it.

Why doesn't someone contact lead det. in the case and ask if the SW is public or not, can they email u a copy. Best way to go. If the SW is not public, we can't trust what we are finding on the net, because they shouldn't be posting it and compromising case. We must do what best. It's not hard to make a call and found out...who's gonna do it? I will if y'all get me the contact info, if not, someone get on it!

Need an answer on this, if the SW should NOT be public we need to pull thread and edit. For real.

Hi - You are mostly correct. However, this is not a long standing family friend who happens to have a website. This is Independent Crime Forum Site, and the owner is the one who is in direct contact with this family, as well as is the one who chose to post the SW along with commentary from the SW recipient, and in addition, includes her own running commentary as well .

I know this isn't the point you are making, but isn't the amount of money you generate from your site through advertisers based on the amount of hits you get on your site?

I have deleted all posts (if I missed one, alert) to what is posted on net in regards to search warrant.

Until it is released publicly we should not discuss the contents...we don't even know this is real.

All posts I deleted are only 'hidden', one click and they can be back. We have to be sure y'all LE is OK w/this being on our pages.

I looked at this early release of the SW docs as trying to trump the Judicial system. I think our poster Kalekona stated the SW's were said to be released Oct 1st. Here it is Oct 2nd and still not official release of them.

There might be a reason they are still not released. I did postulate i a previous post that maybe the evidence did not correspond to the probable cause attested to by the affidavit of the officer which is referred to on the warrant itself.

I think it was a case of this family protesting too much even though they might not be involved. The law has to take it's own course for the truth to come out IMO

i contacted officer someone transfered me to him... he is giving the info to the district court in about 20 mins then it should be released, he said he didnt know how long it would take...but it would be today....and that the news reporters are all waiting in line...wanting the afadavid sp? he said that is the real info that people are wanting....and he really wishes that the home owner had not of posted their copies of the SW and is soooo very happy and pleased with how we here are careful and respectful to LE and have waited .... can i post this info
