2010.02.10 - 2010.03.15 ~Robyn Adams's Transcript

  • #101
I listened to that 2nd call twice and I didn't hear that. :waitasec: Granted, I had a couple of interuptions, but I paused the tape. Not saying it isn't there, I could have missed it.

Like AZ said, we knew that from the FDLE and Yuri Melich's transcript summarys. Well, I take that back....I knew that Dad had turned over the letters to Robyn's attorney for a handwriting analysis, I assume it was per her request.

It has not been posted yet, 11 a.m. be here or be a Kathi Belich...

From this link page 8 & 9

"After a chaplain informed Casey Anthony of the recovery, Casey Anthony told Robyn Adams law enforcement had found the body of a small child with a baby blanket inside a black garbage bag. As a note, the information regarding the baby blanket and black garbage bah was not made known to the jail chaplain so Casey Anthony had knowledge of items only the suspect, certain law enforcement personnel and the certain medical examiner's personnel knew."

WOW this is a nice little piece of info!!!

The one thing on these tapes that really has me :waitasec:....is how many times Maya is mentioned in them. That does have my hinky meter blarring right now.

Let me preface this by saying I am a very spiritual person and pray often, so PLEASE, NO OFFENSE intended toward anyone, but I have seen enough scripture quoted in those letters and now hearing inmates praying non-stop, that it is leaving me feeling a tad cynical.

I for one do not think that it plays on Robins credibility, because when the letters were shown to her lawyer the lawyer said they would not help. So I'm thinking this stuff was told to LE knowing it would not help her sentencing therefore why lie about it?

I am obviously on information overload considering the past couple of days, because I didn't know her attorney had told her they would not help her get her sentenced reduced.

ya know, I am sure this probably isn't 'right' - but if she comes across as credible and cannot be impeached, I really don't care if she gets a reduced sentence. Happens every day for much less serious crimes.

A butterfly flaps its wings in China and what happens in the USA?

First, a little digging I did. Andrea Armas (Nice website - not! Who points their finger? ) was not Robyn Adams attorney originally, it was a court appointed attorney.

As a matter of fact Andrea Armas (a former state level public defender) was Robyn Adams THIRD attorney.

Andrea Armas is a mid-level rate criminal defense attorney (IMO) which is WHY you suddenly see William Bryan - her fourth attorney AND a FORMER US Prosecutor take over and offer the proffer where Robyn Adams spills the good stuff AND under oath (cough, cough, bull fizz.)

p.s. You all would be interested to know I called the US Clerk of Court and found out a certain Michael Walsh did a little pro bono work for Ms. Adams after she was sentence (as indicated in Casey's letters).

You all remember Michael Walsh right, Terrence Lenamon's old law partner, did work for casey? I though this was WebSleuths - not KathiBelichdoesnotsleuth

Sooooooo.

Baez and Co knew and understood their client was exchanging information/meeting with another inmate, at the time it was happening.

Before you get too excited you might wanna read the [ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5030903#post5030903"]WTP blanket thread[/ame] starting 'round post #268 to #297. Quick summary being that this information may have been available to Casey via her atty(s) between 12/11-12/14.

isn't your run of the mill jailhouse snitch in it for something else? I don't see why we must put a halo on R. Of course she wanted/wants something. However, she WAS able to elicit statements out of Casey in her own words that are, while not necessarily NEW, at least telling in the case. The letters imhoo will not be a new nail but will certainly cement a few in jurors minds once they hear these letters and from R herself if she is to take the stand.

((also, during the trial cannot wait to see Casey's reaction to R taking the stand or the introduction of these letters that R was supposed to flush after reading))

Are you an Officer's wife?
She's a Police Officer's wife? :waitasec::waitasec:

How can anyone trust persons who are in positions of authority, who elect to dishonor those positions? To use the position for personal gain, to think you can outsmart the system, to conduct oneself unlawfully while in affiliation with a badge that represents protecting the public and upholding laws, to me is worse than being an 'honest' criminal. I have no sympathy for people who use our systems for personal gain, get caught and cry, cry, cry. It's called corruption, no?

A butterfly flaps its wings in China and what happens in the USA? it creates a hurricane (known as the butterfly effect or chaos theory)

Okay so what you are trying to say is that it is your opinion that either
A: these letters are all a set up and TL gave information to Robyn, to help her get off? and that TL inserted himself into KC case for this purpose?
B: You think KC is being a martyr so Robyn can get out?

OR what I am totally lost on your theory here, Casey is the one that referred the attorneys to Robyn, and it is my understanding from the letters that KC was talking to Robyn before these attorneys.

I disagree. Actually, at first Robyn simply thought she had someone on her hands who needed uplifting like she did. She mentions this more than once in the early notes. The perp played on that.

It's only later that Robyn begins to realise how "HUGE" this case is and then begins to wonder if perhaps the letters may be of value. However, she clearly has a crisis of conscience about it when she writes:

Moreover, Robyn was approached by LE. Robyn was hesitant to "betray". IMO, all she wanted at the beginning was someone to talk to- there were only the two of them in that block. Even Silvia Hernandez validates this in her own deposition and describes in detail Robyn's depression and daily tears over being torn from her kids.

Yes and she believes that she was sentenced to ten years "just because she smoked pot".

I crashed right after I watched you beeline upstairs. Thanks for the laughs/entertainment.

Proof that they were allowed to get together and talk?

So RA says that "Shannon" was a ficticious name. In todays Doc Dump a Shannon is listed as being a guard at the time. I am thinking Shannon may not be so ficticious after all!

  • #117
Shannon was what KC and RA called guard Sylvia Hernandez. (her name tag just said 'S. Hernandez - KC/RA nicknamed her Shannon)

Yes I know what they SAY. I also know that Sylvia denies their claims in her interview. Page 262/289 in todays document dump lists a S***** Browning as an employee. :waitasec:

Even though most of what Robyn says may be true, it will be difficult to sell it to the jury. She is a convicted felon possibly looking for a lesser sentence in exchange for her information. I really wish that everything she said was in the letters, that would have been pretty concrete.

She states that if she had intended on using them to get a lesser sentence, she would have provided them before her sentencing. This makes it very credible IMO.
