Robyn;
Says Casey was upset over the way she was notified that remains were found on Suburban..that it was the Chaplain and not Jose (Garcia? i think Robyn said). That the Jail staff sent the Chaplin to tell her.
That Jose Garcia stepped out to go to the bathroom, Casey arrived and the Chaplin arrived to tell her while Jose was still out of the room (attorney's room it was told to her)

Robyn states Casey told her that the remains were found in a black bag with a baby blanket. Robyn does not know how Casey knew that information or who told her

1-2 days after the remains were found..Robyn was standing outside Casey's cell, talking to her and holding Casey's hand thru the "bean hole"??? (the term 'bean hole' also refers to the food transfer opening in a jail cell door) ..., Casey was crying and looked like she had been crying for a long time..

LE asked why she thought Casey was crying? Robyn starts to cry..she doesn't really know.. tells LE that she cries every day for her kids..

LE states that the DNA had not come back to confirm that the remains were Caylee...

Any info about any inappropriate relationship between Casey and her attorney..Robyn answers "No".

LE shows her a picture of Dominique? from Orange County Jail...asked her if she played a role with her and Casey and the letters....Robyn says The letters they wrote were always passed thru books unless they actually handed them to each other..

LE asking Robyn of the 25% she held back the last time..
Does anything pertain to Casey..or does it pertain to the jail side.. she says, Both.

Casey and Robyn began writing to each other..Robyn initiated communication..
First communications...Robyn would signal her, wave to her, asked her if she was ok...that Casey slept a lot. That she was praying for Casey...
People would yell at her in the jail..they were pretty harsh and yell bad remarks to her..
Not that she supported or was against her...she was in no position to Judge..she was in jail herself..
They started writing letters...both were in protective custody...they always used the same book, "Do Away With August"
Casey put note in book and motioned (when she saw Robyn next) to look at the book, robyn wasn't sure what she meant then the next day took the book and found the note.

At first they had, per Robyn, "generic" conversations..how are you? etc..
Robyn asked a few times if she could give Casey a book or to talk to her thru the glass because she couldn't hear what Casey was saying to her...she was not allowed to but after a while she was allowed to..Hernandez

She states that if she had intended on using them to get a lesser sentence, she would have provided them before her sentencing. This makes it very credible IMO.

Maybe you are correct....But, let's say she did approach her attorneys about this beforehand and she herself (without her lawyer's input) came up with this "out"-I am not sure that her attorneys could assume at the time that there was enough to help her out, nor that they felt it was a viable plan as far as helping Robyn in the long term.
If she had 4 different attorneys, they could have had 4 different views on whether or not this could help Robyn, maybe one of her early attorneys felt very confident that they had enough of a case already to get Robyn exonerated or convicted of a lesser charge, without going into this.
And it takes time to get a plea deal done and know it's gonna work. Her attorneys would have to be sure that the state would see value in Robyn's information....Contacts with maybe a bit of backscratching, lots of information collection and time.
A clever attorney, friend, family member or fellow inmate could certainly suggest to Robyn that she should state that if she had intended on using them to get a lesser sentence, she would have provided them before her sentencing. Makes it appear more credible, as you have noted. Like when KC said that if she wanted to be rid of Caylee, she would have just given her to Cindy....just cause she stated she would have done the "right" thing, doesn't mean she actually did.
I am not too sure Robyn would have to worry about snitch status, either. If it is said that even inmates despise a baby-killer, Robyn could make it known that her work with LE was an effort to take KC down. A very, very fine line in the "inmate justice system," but she could have decided to take that chance in an effort to help herself-Maya's stated reason for singing was, in a nutshell, this very reason-You don't befriend a baby-killer, and as soon as you know she is one, make it known. Doesn't mean Maya had not thought about the possibility of an assist.
I just have this little nagging voice in me that says that if Ms. Adams was so damn virtuous, why would she even associate with trash like KC on the fairly long-term basis that she did? She knew just as much about KC's case as the rest of us did, if they had access to the news. By KC's own account, people hollered some things at her while she walked the halls, so the inmate population knew exactly what she was. Robyn liked KC, which is gross, but when KC started to get annoying and wierd, as so many have stated she can be, Robyn was done and busy with her own problems-and perhaps wanted to start serving herself.

Robyn said she was at the OC jail between July 21 (2008?) to April 7 (2009?)
Robyn was allowed out of her cell at night and after everyone else had already showered..and she would talk to Casey.

FDLE "Were you ever in the same cell together?" Yes
Mostly the communication was thru the Bean Hole

taking a break from listening...

I seem to remember reading Robyn's interview a while back. This does not appear to be new information?

I was not sure if it was new or not..
this is a taped recording of her being interviewed, seems a 2nd time, by FDLE in prison.

So it isn't just our hinkymeters around here. LE is apparently curious about some aspects of how KC and JB have been seen to interact. That will make for some interesting squabbling in court. Does anyone want to bet that this one sentence will set off a flurry of rapid badly written motions from JB by Tuesday?

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere or here-I did not see until now that Judge Rodriguez signed an order allowing the Morgan firm to depose Robyn Adams.....I cannot wait to hear this, wonder when this is supposed to be done??

ETA-KC furthered her ZFG story with Robyn, another one in the basket for the real Zenaida...

What date was the Order signed?

Robyn was transported to Orlando and arrived on Feb 28 2011 for the Hearings.
She was not called to testify in Court and I don't remember the date she left Orlando but I think she was gone by March 3rd.

If the Order was signed before or just as she got her perhaps Morgan deposed her while she was here at the Orange County Jail.

Looks like the order was signed in May, 2010. I would hope he would have posted the depo on his site....but I don't see it :(

ETA-Here is the order-Also, Mr. Morgan has moved the ZFG case link to the "back burner" of links, it is not linked on his homepage anymore-For those who have not been to his site, you can sign up to receive e-mail when there is movement in the case.

i PRAY a jury sees this, especially the sentiment about ICA giggling about the bag of bones in the jay blanchard park, she KNEW it wasnt caylee! even when that search happened, on tv, ( i think it was nancy grace, i could be wrong) saying casey had no reaction..nothing. now fast forward to the discovery of caylee, and icas hysterics-we didnt even know if it was a girl or boy ( yet!) but boy howdy, she KNEW!i pray the jury sees;knows of this 180 degree reaction when caylee WAS found.. the hyperventalting, the "oh no!" scream...
i havent read thru it all yet.. someone made a comment, a drug dealer is one thing but a uncaring murderous mother( i use the term loosely in this sentence) is another...
ITA w/ that...

I hope Robyn gets to talk about this, too-I am thinking the video will never make it in, RA and Lt. TU (if her testimony about the incident is not objected to and blocked) will be the next best thing.

Unfortunately, that video has been suppressed...too prejudicial to the jury and does go to consciousness of guilt. I too wanted the jury to get the full picture of ICA's outrageousness...I do believe just hearing that this mother failed to report her child missing...that 31 days is the first nail in her coffin...JMHO

Justice for Caylee

IMO, that 31 days is not the 'first nail in her coffin' - it IS her COFFIN!:)...

Everytime I see the way JB and ICA behave towards one another in court, there is a strange type of familiarity that goes way beyond "client and attorney" imo. It gives me the willies so to speak!

Me too.. ugghh, ick. "Who's your daddy?" seems to fit. I think they both are in some fantasy world with each other, with heavily suppressed sexual undertones..
Have to go use mouthwash now..BRB.

Wouldn't be the first time she showed her undertones-or underbritches, for that matter-to another chick....but as Seinfeld would say, "not that there's anything wrong with that!"
