I know, she lost me within two seconds. The last thing I remember is something about the body still being in the car when Casey left it at Amscot (I blanked out after that). It was then that (for some strange reason) I started thinking about Sheba from Illinois and what she was doing...

I should have trusted my first instinct on Leonard. I was even mad when his relative came on here and said he was talking to the defense, because I thought surely that isn't true. Well, I guess it was.

ITA Now I am beginning to wonder if the whole JBP Dive search wasn't an attempt to draw TM and the investigation away from Suburban Dr..:waitasec:

I wish I would have kept count on how many times Leonard has said recently "it didn't happen" when he was not actively there,and never has anything to back up his statements. That's not good..

I don't believe anything LP says now, wish NG would not have him on again. What's the point?

I was just staring at the picture you have Essies of LDB and thinking how exhausted she (and the other prosecutors) must be with this case.

At this point, I put nothing past Leonard.

I am not liking LP's reappearance as a talking head in this case. IMO he is negating all the good he has tried to do for Caylee, all in the name of facetime. He needs to go home and heal from whatever is ailing him these days and prepare himself for his testimony. He no doubt has credible inside info that will convict Caylee's murderer and I fear that the more he opens his piehole, the more the jury will question his testimony. STFU Lenoard! REMEMBER CAYLEE???!!!!

True. LP built a following and a spot on NG and now he is asserting his opinion authoritatively but no-one there who can counter it. He can say whatever he likes and even if he is challenged he uses his presence at the A's house as credibility, when he was outside briefly (like the protesters).

He has said "it didn't happen" a few times now.

Didn't LP say early on that KC had told him to get out of her house and he remained in the trailer outside the house until she went back to jail. If he is not inside the home he does not know what they may have talked about. For all anyone knows Tracy could have been in the bathroom. We do know from a taped interview around that time that TM was visibly shaken because of an encounter he had had with CA. JMO

As I understood it, her theory was that Caylee was still in the car trunk when Casey left it there, supposedly to make it look like the "kidnapper" had done it.......but then the body was removed by someone else before the car got home. I couldn't really figure out though if the theory was implying that the body had been removed at the tow yard or by GA on the way home. :waitasec:

I'm hoping that this case is the end of such media involvement with bounty hunters, searchers, and all sorts of characters becoming involved other than just quietly doing their duties. It's become all about everyone of these people instead of the murdered child. Heck, they're all right and it's only their own opinions. LP said from the beginning that he thought it was an accident when he wasn't accusing everyone else, and Cindy had her right to get angry at a non LE saying that the baby was dead and accusing her daughter. And, TM was doing what he felt he needed and giving his opinion. It's really all been and still is very ridiculous.

Well, he and Miz Nancy will fall out for sure, because if he's on the defense side, and she's strictly Casey-did-it... they'll butt heads, and she'll tell him off. On camera. Somebody asked what he is ill from. It's the KOOL-AID!! He drank the bad Koolaid and it made him sick!

ITA. If all Nancy Grace has is the likes of LP to discredit Tim on air, she is in sad shape. And if all the defense has is people like LP who can't decide what side of the fence they're on and are crazy to boot (not saying he's crazy, but he definitely doesn't know what in the heck he's talking about. Is anyone sane on the defense? I mean seriously), then Tim Miller is going to come out looking like a gold star for the prosecution. Guest Cathy states the new evidence released today a computer expert told LE that they searched CA computer and found site about how to make cholorfoam and neck breaking and that sort of thing which was an unusally large file that appeared to be deleted right around the time of the SW and also 2 websites on comupter ...how to get ridofstuffcom and druglibrary.com

Can the A's be more freaking obvious? Especially Casey. I mean seriously! I am waiting for a video of her doing the murder to surface. It is ridiculous how idiotic Casey and her family are, and she still thinks she can get away with it!

The thing that concerns me is, LP is expressing his 'opinion' on NG (media) that it didn't happen when TM did not state this in the media, it was his testimony under oath and the story makes absolute sense since TM was at the A's trying to scope the search location(s) and gain KC's help.

It is one thing to jibe at each other in the media, another thing to make statements such as LP did when he was only briefly in the home.
