I know what you mean....I feel really let down because I thought he had a big heart....he's letting Caylee down which is even worse if he's just making up stuff on the fly. :(

Everyone knows how I always stood by LP, thought he was one of the good guys........well, THAT IS ALL DONE!
How dare he call Tim a liar? I am so upset after seeing LP acting so shady, his eyes were all over the place while he was speaking.

Top mom was ready to put a X on the map but Cindy stopped it...

Naah,
Never in a million years would the sociopath have done that . . . if she could drive Allen et al, all over Orlando, & lead them on a merry chase down the halls at Universal, only to turn around and say she really didn't work there now, she'll NEVER confess . . .EVER, doesn't fit into her fantasy world

LP is on the other side, that's for sure. I wonder what all is behind this change of heart ?

Really makes me wish Tony P would start posting here again ...

Yeah, I'd say we need some updated information on Leonard.

Thank you all so much for this thread! I had taken to recording the NG show and then watching it afterwards so I could fast forward. But I have become SO, SO tired of those simpering "congratulations on your twins" comments at the beginning of what seems like each and every call...........

This thread is much, much better.

Re: Tim Miller's statement about map, etc. Tim apparently expressed his frustration about this event to several people immediately after it happened. The newly released transcripts verify at least two people with whom he discussed his frustration that very night back at their hotel.

The only person from Padilla's crew who was in the house at the time was Tracey and the other gal who was there was with Tim - and I forget her name, but her transcript is in there - says she saw the map out on the table with Tim and Cindy looking at it. Did not see the actual incident, says she went outside to smoke and Tracey may have come out with her.

I would believe Tim Miller over Leonard Padilla any day, any where.

The thing that concerns me is, LP is expressing his 'opinion' on NG (media) that it didn't happen when TM did not state this in the media, it was his testimony under oath and the story makes absolute sense since TM was at the A's trying to scope the search location(s) and gain KC's help.

It is one thing to jibe at each other in the media, another thing to make statements such as LP did when he was only briefly in the home.
He could've used other language tonight, not being so 'absolute' that the event didn't happen, since it did come from TM's sworn statement. MOO

I too always thought LP one of the good guys, but no longer.

Ya'll have to remember the bad blood that went down between the two and take this with a grain of salt. Big honking grain.

I would say a huge pillar of salt

Yea, but wasn't Tony acting kind of odd when he left here in a huff and stopped posting? I forget what it was about now.

Can the A's be more freaking obvious? Especially Casey. I mean seriously! I am waiting for a video of her doing the murder to surface. It is ridiculous how idiotic Casey and her family are, and she still thinks she can get away with it!

I completely agree.

Even to the casual observer to this case it becomes quickly obvious that KC had no interest in Caylee, did not help the search, in fact her whole demeanor was counter to her daughter being missing.

At the same time, it is apparent and clear the A's are covering for KC.

These subtle (not so subtle with the A's) indicators IMHO are HUGE as to conscience of guilt and are major factors and considerations for the Jury.

Even if you set everything else to one side and try to see if this family and KC are acting in ways that seek to help LE, find Caylee and, seek the kidnapper/killer --- as we have posted repeatedly -- there were no appeals to the kidnapper, no appeals to find the killer.

The observations of this family in action speak volumes, never mind the evidence and testimony. They don't even try to appear correctly and are so obvious in trying to recreate history. They never cease to amaze me.

I know..:banghead: I just don't get it. They both knew Caylee was dead when they smelled the car. They knew then. What a joke they all are, even Lee, Its hard to watch them. When Lee gave Casey a hi five , omg I knew then they are all nuts. That poor child. :furious:

Justice for Caylee

Yup, I felt that way to. When NG would have him on I loved it!! He was a charactor for sure but loved what he had to say. BUT NOT NOW. Im :furious: to.

ITA with everything you said. It reminds me of another case, Darlie Routier. I definitely don't want to get off topic but just draw a parallel. Part of the testimony given was about her strange behavior after her children were murdered. She sprayed silly string at their grave site to celebrate their birthday. It was in the days after their murders. Her behavior was used to show her state of mind. Certainly KC's, and the A's for that matter, behavior during the period Caylee was "missing" and during her time out of jail will be used to show her/their frame of mind. Their behavior was NOT consistent with searching for a missing baby. IMO their behavior, coupled with the physical evidence is what is going to convict her. Jurors will not see her behavior as normal, no matter how the defense tries to dress it up.

Yea, but wasn't Tony acting kind of odd when he left here in a huff and stopped posting? I forget what it was about now.

IIRC, I remember at one point some posters were questioning his intentions; he seemed to be very complimentary toward the A's and speaking badly about the Grund family, raising some suspicions here at the same time that it was revealed that Leonard was still in contact with JB.

Also, it seems to me that Websleuthers were encouraging Tony to pursue action against JB for that notarized contract that was different than the one Tony recalled signing, although he seemed reluctant to do so. Again, this is all just from memory.

Perhaps the Padilla's were both keeping doors open with Baez, for reasons we couldn't understand at that time? JMO, sheer speculation.

the computer files being deleted right before the SW was served....was it the first SW after they found the body?......because Lee's girlfriend went over that at there moment ( to feed the dogs) and LE had to ask her to come out and had her leave.....

oh...and i remember she didnt come to the door right away either....

I am not liking LP's reappearance as a talking head in this case. IMO he is negating all the good he has tried to do for Caylee, all in the name of facetime. He needs to go home and heal from whatever is ailing him these days and prepare himself for his testimony. He no doubt has credible inside info that will convict Caylee's murderer and I fear that the more he opens his piehole, the more the jury will question his testimony. STFU Lenoard! REMEMBER CAYLEE???!!!!

Remnd me again, exactly what good was that? No really? From the begining he has meddled in an investigation and given a long leash to a rather apparent murderer, and the only reason seems to be to get his face on tv. What benefit to the investigation into the disapearence and murder of Caylee did bailing KC out serve? What purpose has his constant barrage of tall tales ever served. He is almost exactly the same as JW. He inserts himself into things that he does not belong in in order to inflate himself. And just to fully put this in perspective. LE has long suspected that if she had remained in jail she would have come clean a long time ago. If she had remained in jail she would not have been able to sell and exploit pictures, movies and artifacts of Caylee for profit. She would not have been able to further interfere with the investigation into her daughters disapearence. That $200k blood money deal with ABC. LP is what made that possible.

It will be somewhat interesting to see what happens to LP when he is on the stand being subject to cross examination. I am somehow betting that Mr. Miller will make the more credible witness, given his record of work, documentation and service to the comunity.
