I totally agree...That just goes to show you how much of a thief he is...Just knowing he went under the cover of night to go into these peoples homes and steal them blind,,,I would love to just smack him silly....Home invasion scares me worst than anything as I had a very close case of my friends almost getting killed by 4 drugged up crazies, 2 years ago...I say hang him high....Lindsy has lived off of his thievery and she should be ashamed of herself.......

Southern, I can see how frustrated you are. I was that way about the JonBenet Ramsey case. I promised myself I wouldn't get that emeshed in a case like that again. I can see you are a very passionate person, but you have to pace yourself with these cases (know what I mean?)

I think Lindsay gets too much "caring" and I don't know why. Let's see, her grandfather helped her get the m/h she was living in and then she allows her theiving, druggie husband, his druggie father, his theiving and druggie mother (my weak spot), NayNay and God knows who else to live there around HER CHILDREN!!!

WHY do we have concern for her? She lived with the druggies, she used the stolen stuff her husband brought home, she is no innocent!!!

Thanks for the understanding,,after rereading some of my post I feel like a fool going on and on,,,but Haleigh and her precious pics stay with me as did Caylee....I promised my hubby today I would NOT get involved again with a case of a missing child again...I find it so hard to grasp, the overall actions of all those who were in this childs life everyday...Now that she is gone, they just go on with life,,making it just a blip on the radar, like she wasnt the sweet precious child she was, dont even mention with special needs...Then when you add more children to the mix,,ie" Jr,or croslin kids, and the way they are exposed to all the lowlife stuff,,well it just hurts my heart.. the language,,all the adults speak makes me puke,,,cause you know the little ones think this is normal ,. hearing it all the time. Just look at the "F" word being bantered around like its not filth.....This all goes back to the parents and grandparents.....None of which made sure Haleigh was well and safe..

I assume Padilla flew Lindsay and kids up to Timmys for the little vacation. She is probably wearing a wire getting info for Padilla's book. How nice.

Tommy’s wife, Lindsay, also called me from their house Tuesday to check in after flying her children up to visit, taking a week’s break from Palatka, where she has been struggling to find a nursing job and visit her husband in jail. She said she’s eager for Tommy to take a lie detector test his lawyer, Jim Werter told me last night, has been arranged for next week.

Okay Art, I have to wonder about this--didn't she move to Grandpa's condo in Flagler Beach? I don't quite understand how why she needed a break from Palatka since she doesn't live there?

Maybe Lindsey is discussing with Timmy and Chelsea what Tommy told her in his "serious" letter.

I don't really think this as I don't think Tommy has anything serious to say. He still makes cracks about how he could get into Lindsey's car when she locked her keys in it and stupid stuff like that that show he has no remorse. I used to feel kinda sorry for Tommy- I just feel like a chump now.

Home invasion is so scary and I never thought about that. Tommy likes guns... was he armed during these escapades? What would he have done if someone woke up?

I agree home invasion is a very scary thing for all involved. How violating. In my opinion though, Tommy is not scary, cowardly is more like it. The way the police report of the burglaries reads, it sounds like he preyed on his own neighbors, one of which that was out of town. Many of the neighbors stated that he could be seen walking up and down the road in the middle of the night...
snip~ I retrieved the items from the Croslin residence and shed in hopes of identifying where the items had been taken
from. Several neighbors on Tyler Street indicated to myself that Hank Croslin Jr, aka Tommy, was often seen
walking up and down the roadways late at night so they believed any other items that were recovered would be
from the immediate area
. As a result of further investigative endeavors I discovered the residence at 111 Tyler
St had its rear screened porch door cut open as well as a rear window pried open and also a broken locking
mechanism from an exterior shed.~ end

Whether he has a gun or not , he scares the poodies out of me...We have only seen him in his conversations with his Dad and wife,,,both of whom know him all too well...Just like we have seen the many faces of Misty, we have not seen all of his faces,,,and I doubt very seriously if he would talk to anyone of us in the middle of a robbery if we caught him in our home.....Many didnt think Misty was a 🤬🤬🤬🤬, gangsta type until she got to jail....NO, I sure wouldnt want to come across Tommy.....Anyone who would go into anothers home (santuary), and take what is not theirs has no mild demeaner.....I think too many have been duped, after watching him talk to his kids...He is not that person on the outside,,,trust me,,,or he would never have gotten hooked on drugs, and robbed people. None of the Croslins love anyone but themselves.....

I dont know how old most of you are,,,but I do remember the "creepy crawly" that the Manson gang used to do...They would go into peoples homes and rearrange their furniture, eat their food, and steal from them..When the people woke up, they would realize how close they were to death, after finding out this was the same gang that killed Sharon Tate and so many others....People who would go into anothers home, has no mind of getting caught ,,usually they are on drugs, and they dont care what they have to do....to get something to sell to buy their drugs..

bbm..imho..i suspect there are a few in the cummings clan that just may have the answer to your question...for certain.. I feel the cummings are more knowledgeable concerning the subject than any of the croslins are despite the croslin's inability to stay out of trouble with the law... ...jmo

em, you go girl

I think Tommy has a cold creepy voice and that it's so weird that he'd go into people's homes at night while they're sleeping and wander around at night. Some of the things he took might have been things his clan needed at the time, but some things were not worth much and just plain weird. Such as a blender and golf cart battery. Plus, who steals towels. To me, it seems more like a very odd compulsion or something that someone might do before coming back and doing something really horrible.

Maybe Lindsy is going to Massachusettes to see if she would like living there, check out job prospects incase Tom gets serious jail time. I would think everyone in the area knows about her sister-in-law and husband's arrests in Flagler County also. Finding a job MAY be difficult because employer's may think of her the same way many here on this thread do. Other employees would talk behind her back, maybe try to get questions answered etc. - constant reminders of the drama she left in Putnam County and is trying to escape. JMO

Plus, Tim/Chelsea love Tom as much as she does!

Looks like she'd get right to work as a nurse instead of continuing to hang around the family. I don't buy that no one will hire her either if that is an excuse. Nursing homes are usually desperate for nurses and many wouldn't even know who she is. I don't necessarily trust that she wouldn't do a lot of covering for Tommy, but do feel sorry for the kids.
Unless people follow the case really closely, they will not know who she / what she looks like. Her pic is not on TV much at all. So I agree with you. She may not be able to get a job there in the local community, but she could drive an hour away and would be perfectly able to get a job and people wouldn't recognize her.

You make an excellent point.

Southern, please don't feel foolish. Thank God we have posters like you who are passionate about their feelings and not afraid to speak their mind. You make some very good and solid points and I'm glad you are here.

Why do people call Art H to "check in"? Does he pay them to stay on retainer or something? why would they want their business in the street all the time?

Great catch! Remembering the KP & AH relations, I am thinking that media liaison and public relations have always been one of his specialties. JMO

I agree totally
In her position right now it would be in her best interest to just go by her maiden name for employment.

I agree with you, Levi, and wonder why she has not found a job by now...Even going to a diff county..Just today in my town's newspaper, they are screaming,,,please apply asap,,,,we NEED nurses...But then,,.I wonder how being a part of that family is going to affect Lindsey's abilities as a nurse...just because she has a diploma that does not make a compassionate , dependable nurse.....Living in this family as long as she has, I personally find it strange she would go into this field...this is all MO of course, but knowing the drug history of most of them and especially her other half (hubby) and his criminal life, I wouldn't want her treating me. She couldn't even keep her own children safe with a drugged up daddy, at the bus stop...passed out with a baggie of drugs...Based on her my space way back when,,she seemed to enjoy ol maryjane along with everyone else....

Does anyone know if she ever passed her state boards?

Does anyone know if she ever passed her state boards?

Yes doobiedoo she passed her state boards. But it can take a while to get the results back.

I think a bigger issue with her getting work anywhere that she is known is that there would be a worry about drugs going missing.

So if I were her, I would get a divorce, change my last name and the last name of my children, and get somewhere else.

She can vouch her license, which takes about 6 weeks, to any state with the exception of Texas and California.

I am hoping Lindsy reads here and gets a REAL grip of what real people think in a society who despises theives in the night and druggies...all of which has been her life IMO,,since she met the Croslins...As we have read time and time again of the unlawfull acts of every single one of them...Lindsey had to have known about Tommys drug use,,and yet she allowed this creep to drive her son to the bus stop, while being drugged up so bad he passes out at the bus stop...Godd Lord,,what have these kids been living in, with a Dad like that and all the other crap, that their Gp,,,Lisa and Hank sr, have stolen, gotten arrested,,gone to jail,,,and then Lindsey takes her kids to the jail....Does she not have any sense of what this is going to leave with such young minds,,,she is as bad as TC for exposing those kids to all the wrong things in life....I get so angry from behaviour like this,,,I could spit up a tree.....ok, I could do worse but that would just get me zapped from our favorite martian keeper....
You know...my number 1 theory has always been that Ron did something to Haleigh & Misty was covering for him. That's what explains everybody's rotten behavior, after the fact. But, I have wondered how far Ron would go to #1, keep Misty, & #2, to cover his druggie lifestyle. That brings me to my #2 theory. While Misty was having her wild weekend, Ron wasn't exactly being a stay @ home dad. He supposedly held some 🤬🤬🤬🤬 up for drugs & maybe some money. Word gets around fast in the drug culture, so Tommy was probably very aware that this stash was in the trailer. Misty, being a blabber mouth probably told him. Months after the fact, Tommy placed himself @ that trailer. If he got there, & saw that 'nobody was home', or if he knew that Misty was passed out cold, what are the odds, that being the thieving, druggie that he was, he just walked away? Slim to none, I think. The temptation would be too great. If after getting in, Haleigh woke up, anything's possible. Then to protect his own hide, Ron went into cover up. Because it was his stolen stash, & his teenaged girlfriend-babysitter, & his tennaged girlfriend-babysitter's thieving, druggie, 'molesting', brother. These are the people that those kids were exposed to. If this did happen, I have no doubt that Lindsey knows or @ least strongly suspects. She has shown that she has no problem looking the other way & covering for Tommy. Her being gone right now, doesn't impress me. She has proved time & time again, what her priorities are. I don't know who actually knows the whole truth-maybe just 1 person. All of these people are capable of evil, & they all may be sitting around, suspecting each other, & covering for each other & their own lifestyles, because that's what [unusual people] do. But...if Tommy is responsible, he'll never tell. He seems desperate for everyone to keep their mouths shut, so he can squeak through the system.

WOW! I always thought it was an accident caused by RC/MC fighting and Haleigh getting between them (that or the drug theory.)

However, I never thought of Tommy as doing whatever was done to Haleigh. First of all M/C lies all the time. Do we really know if this is true that "he messed with me when I was young"?

Also, I find TC to be kind of goofy, not too good at anything he does (maybe with the exception of dry walling.) He seems to really love his kids, and I think he really cared about Haleigh.

Your theory is a good one though, you're a real detective!
