Yes, but now it is specifically KC who is making that claim (as well as claim GA sexually abused her as well).....

Which is interesting that KC seemed to "confide" this information to her "new friend" so quickly...?? Wonder if online speculation had anything to do with that? :waitasec:
They were just discussing this on NG's show (through a caller's question) and if any of it was true, why would she leave Caylee alone with GA if he had abused her. Good point! MOO

Do we get to read the letters ;)

NG is discussing defense strategies now, and just what the focus of the defense will be.

Susan Moss (regarding Lee) "she's got some nerve calling that guy a perv". :D

I wonder how LA feels given he has been so loyal to KC .... or is this par for the course?

KC left a path of burned bridges behind these letters, CA will still stand behind her with support based on shared guilt but who else would? Who is there as a supporter or character witness for KC now?

Nancy has Leonard on. Nothing in the letters surprise him. He says Cindy never brought chloroform home; didn't have guns in the house, nothing to harm Caylee. Now LP is talking about Xanax and "Zanny" ~ saying it was Xanax that was used to put Caylee to sleep. LP says Casey is crazy like a fox trying to twist things to suit herself; but knowledge about the black bag (Caylee was found in) will do her in. LP saying Casey wants to set up the molestation in case she needs it down the road.

LP actually made a LOT of sense that while this is pure KC and her lies, there are many half truths she is putting out there and seeding things for the future, in case they are needed. She is revising and positioning to make herself look better but also blaming everyone else........

Does anyone think George, after reading what she had to say about him and Lee, will deposting money into her account anytime soon?

I'm just wondering if Casey used Cindy's credit card to order the ingredients to make this knock out drug? That would explain why she refuses to turn those records over to LE.

The letters open a number of doors for the Defense ..... IMO.

Yes, Cyberborg, I agree but it sure slams a bunch of them shut also - LOL!

Yep .... as I said upthread .... if ever there was a time to seek a plea deal -- this is the time.

The Defense even felt the need to make an official media statement as damage control ... even though it did not even begin to help them.

KC is her own worst enemy ..... thank goodness!

Casey: "I'm the only person who has tried to protect Caylee through all this......" "The media has completely misconstrued everything I've said"

(oh really??? :waitasec:)
More like tried to protect Caylee from ever being found!

The thing that GA and CA have known about this since they were released to the Defense and they still showed up together for court to support KC

On a statement NG read from Jose Baez, he states that the fact KC and Robyn were allowed to communicate was "unacceptable". Really, Jose? But you could pass email letters between KC and her family, which was ALSO against the rules. Oh yeah - I forgot - the rules don't apply to you and KC and the rest of the A's.

Jose seems to have forgotten some of the key points ofm his profession. His client has the right to remain silent. However the responsibility to do so rests solely with her. The state has no obligation to prevent her from talking to anyone else to her or her attorneys benefit. The jails policies on prisoner comunications are there to service the jails needs for security excluswively. Not his clients or his own interests. And the jails obligations to anyone stop at maintaining that security. The jail found an infraction, will investigate and fire the employee involved for violating security policies. But it in no way has any impact on his client and her willfull comunications with third parties.

Well I sure wouldn't, nor would most of us, but George lives in The World According to the Anthonys. The same laws don't seem to apply to them and those in their orbit.

You know ... I know it's against the rules of the jail to pass letters and for the guard to assist, but I'm kinda glad he did. I feel a bit bad he was punished for doing something that could help convict KC.

I wonder if he did it, knowing one day ... they 'might' get out to the public?

Bombshell for me is KC telling of little Caylee being found with blanket and black trash bag....before the evidence was given out......do we have a thread for this yet?

And his client does not have a brain in her head to report this "unacceptable" communication to her attorney? Because it suited her to do so. She did so of her own "free will". Maybe JB should pay less attention to what his client claims to be "teaching him" and more attention to what he should have learned in law school. JMO
