From what I gather LE told CS last night that a search was going to be happening there today so they wouldn't hear about it from the media. Why couldn't the same courtesy be made to RC's family? I have a feeling that I am going to be really hated for this statement....I'm still not saying I think RC is totally innocent as far as HC's disappearance/death and I'm not saying he's guilty but I can see both sides. I think even if RC were to take AND pass 15 LDT's and was proven to be camping on the lawn of the white house with the president at the time of the disappearance that a lot of people would still say he's guilty or somehow involved. JMO! I honestly don't care who is innocent and who is guilty...I just want WHOEVER did this to poor little Haleigh punished as far as the law allows!

My understanding from what Matt Saffer reported, the Cummings Clan was there before the searchers ever showed up at the site... They were told to leave..JMO

I didn't hear him say that. I heard him say that they were there yesterday but were asked by authorities to leave so it certainly sounds like the authorities were already out there. It sounds to me like they were given a heads up yesterday about a search there.

The "tied to the dock" part seems odd. Around here if someone came across a rope coming out of the water they would pull at it until whatever it was tied to at the other end came up. I am guessing it would be "untouched" for less then day here. I believe the rope was tied to the dock, but I believe it had to be out there recently not over 14 months ago.

This is the first time I've noticed that an entire family and extensions were given an update on a case. Usually that is reserved for the parents. I have to admit though, that if they included rc in the powow, they are not considering him suspect. If he was informed by himself that would be different but the way they explained it is, he was part of the family gathering, which is odd, to say the least, when the parent is incarcerated.

So is the informer suggesting that Haleigh was preserved (frozen) and recently placed in the water and kept on a yellow rope on a dock? and this rope matches tommy's rope on Tyler. That's a summary of the cooler, looking for a van near the dock recently and the rope..

That is not what Matt safer reported.. He stated they were there before the crew came in.. He also stated GGMS was told today by someone in LE not to go out there to the site they didn't want the site contaminated.. Don't know if it's true but that is what Matt Saffer reported...

Okay, as I was watching this all unfold in the recent months, I had the thought in the back of my head that maybe RC was possibly "IN" on this whole drug sting...arrests...jailtime as a show to maybe deter MC into thinking that she could talk to him?? Or?? Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say?? :banghead: Also, in having RC gather with family to hear the news?? Very different.

The jaw bone was not found during the Haleigh search. They were referring to another case.

I don't know what to make of this. Not buying yet that Misty suddenly is telling the truth, or Tommy, either... but maybe it was confession time.
