IMO silt and slime would wash away from a smooth plastic container while being pulled up. A smooth container has no pourous or rough surface for silt or slime to stick to.
JMO - It could be a plastic container that has been there for 14 months.
Yes, but generally, these plastic containers will stain. Not saying this one did, as the pic is not a close up.
MOO of the 'box' in the river... I didn't see the live viewing of it, however, I was watching the live report on news4jax when the reporters said they would show some earlier footage from a helicopter to give an areial view to give an idea of what the area the searchers were dealing with was like. (paraphrased) IMO, this was just a random clip they chose to show, as it had several people on the dock and in the water, but this is just my :twocents:. I don't think a body was in it, mainly because, as someone else has already pointed out, the ME would have to be called in.
