I agree with you EC! My kids would be so embarrassed if I told anyone how old they were before I was able to quit using tylenol suppositories for that very reason! Not to mention a drug user is NOT going to give up a pill that easily. I don't believe that HaLeigh was drugged voluntarily or involuntarily by M or R, not with their pills anyway... benadryl maybe...that wouldn't surprise me.

As far as I know when you make a deal you have to tell the story and tell it accurately or the deal is void.

That's what I thought. So if she had lied, but HaLeigh was found..then what I wonder....Maybe she would be in for a little surprise?

whatever. LE can tell these people stuff 'on the sly', but Crystal has said they don't tell her anything. They either need to keep their mouths shut, or share it with everybody-especially THE MOTHER. & people look down on jailhouse snitches? wondering if this is the same one who's been keeping Nancy Grace informed? sounds like a small time coptrying to impress the big time reporters.

That was Stacy Dittrich she is a former detective. The former prosecutor was Holly Hughes.

I will never buy this theory either. I have children and grandchildren and amazingly enough.....they all have always known the difference between a candy they could eat and a tablet/capsule that wasn't safe for them to eat. I do have to admit....as far as I know.....medications were never left within their easy reach though. Either way....I just can't picture a child HC's age ingesting pills she haphazardly may have run across.

can't listen but I have also thought molestation--I will refrain from further opinion here--but wasn't Haleigh taken to the ER for an infection or something?

I'm way behind and trying to get caught up.

IIRC, Haleigh had an e coli infection.

This stuff is sick! I don't believe it for one second. I have two daughters, and I can tell you their doctor always checked them out on that end. Another thing, according to Crystal S, her children loved Misty. Crystal just had them the weekend prior to Misty's binge. You can't tell me Haleigh wouldn't tell her mother something about being sexually abused or at least tell her mother that Misty was mean to her.
Misty walked Haleigh into her class the last morning of her life. Would someone that hated this child walk her in, or just open the car door and put her out? She normally rode the bus, so walking in alone, isn't a big deal. I wonder who in LE came up with this, and what they based it on. This is sick!

unless she had seen her daddy & Misty enjoying them. also, if they were regularly drugging the kids for extra sleep, the kids wouldn't have been scared of them.

I'm shocked to hear accusations that Hank Sr. may have been molesting Haleigh. However, I've always wondered about Tommy being accused of "messing" with Misty. He's what, about 7-8 years older than her, and about 4 years older than Joe. If Joe messed with her, it may have been while with Tommy, the older one.

I'd be very surprised if Misty was the one who talked and they BELIEVED her, a gal who couldn't pass even one lie detector test.

Maybe they are bringing each "suspect" out to the dock, one by one, because they each have that version of the story the same? Maybe they are testing her reaction? I dunno.
