IIRC there was but it was subtle but did not say 'cleared' and months later Ron's attorney clarified that Ron was not 'cleared', never cleared until solved --- just lower on suspect list (with Misty top).

I thought that was said when RC and his attorney were on Nancy Grace? Sorry quoted wrong post.

Very Interesting when Misty went on the Levi show about the road rage with Charles, she was in Carolina at Donna's house. LE wanted to know why she left the state. How stupid is that? You get a call from LE asking why you left the state and can't figure out that you are being tracked?
