I heard this at the very start of NG. Apparently a call between Tommy C and MC? Please tell me someone else caught that. :banghead:

I missed the initial broadcast and am now watching the repeat broadcast, but I did, very briefly, hear TC say "make something up."

I gather from reading this that the reference to Croslin = Tommy since it then states "in exchange for a reduced sentence for her drug charges." Her being Misty.

I'm pretty sure Croslin = Misty. Misty Croslin exchanges information in return for reduction in HER drug charges.

I think between Misty, Jo, and Tommy....Misty is the one who knew where the body was. That makes me think that Tommy and Jo did not participate in that part. So Misty would've had to be with someone else other than them when Haleigh was disposed of there. I posted my newest theory on the Jo thread...so you would have to read that to understand where I am going with this.

I think the spot became a memorial spot for a few family members on the Cummings side. I also believe that it is one of them who was visiting that area in the grey/silver van. JMO though

I think Misty is the one talking....and she is telling it all.

And did you notice the rape sounds like she's referring to the past abuse, not what happened that night.

Yes, it looks like she is telling Chelsea "you know he has a(lready) raped me". The story from when she was 13 or whatever. It doesn't sound like he just did it recently to me either.

And it really sounds like she is telling them that Joe took something else instead. Something else of value to RC--maybe their drug stash or a money box or even a different gun. Would Misty have then talked to RC and when he got off work at midnight all he77 broke loose? Which still leaves us with what happened to Haleigh & who killed her?

According to Misty's very own story she slept all day Monday so she should have been over whatever.

& which story was that? I remember Teresa talking about them being tired, but I don't remember Misty bringing that up until either the voice stress test, or the hypnosis thing. & I was left wondering where the heck Jr. was during all of this sleep. I didn't really believe that story.

I don't post much but definitely read here all the time. I think that this is a credible tip & it's just a matter of actually finding it or her.
I think that family members were called down yesterday because they told them what was said & what they are doing. Possibly something was found, clothing maybe & needed to be ID'ed as Haleigh's & to prepare themselves for the worst. I think LE brought MC down there to get a better idea of where & exactly what happened that night at river docks so that they can get a better idea of where specifically to look.

Hoping that just like Caylee Marie.....Haleigh will whisper when they are close!

MC would not be talking to Tommy......She was talking to Tim....then another call Tommy talking to Timmy, or Lindsey.....I seem to remember this with Lindsey..not sure why I remember it tho.....I could be way off here...

Whoever's lawyer is going to have a field day detroying Misty on the stand - just show the clips with all her different stories, the jail house tapes that she doesn't know anything and after 14 months she finally decides to tell the truth ? To save her own butt from 100 plus years in jail for trafficking ---what a joke, a cruel one. She doesn't know what the word truth means.

If MC testifies and gets a reduced sentence on her drug charges, what about her involvement in this case? I can't believe the DA will let her walk free from this. They gotta charge her with something. And if she knows where her body is, she obviously has knowledge that something went down. She held onto that information for over a year.

I am a real pessimist, I know, but I dont believe this story either!! I dont believe that Misty would get a reduced drug sentence and then no charges regarding Haleigh. No way, no how! She was there, she was responsible for the baby! OK maybe she wasnt there, but surely to God this girl isnt walking on all the potential charges relating to Haleigh. Am I making sense or drinking too much coffee??

anyone else ever notice that when they make the phone calls from jail to Tim, they have to repeat EVERYTHING!!! Makes me crazy......he always says HUH????? after every sentence anyone says to him.....what a waste of minutes......sorry, had to rant!!

I'm stuck. If she is expected to testify, is that before a grand jury OR in criminal court in regards to this case?
Also, if she is expected to testify, when? The police have already said they don't have anything of any value. And, they haven't found HaLeigh's body. So she'll sit in jail for five more years until the hearing?
I cannot stand when media does stuff like this.
