ps-also the fact that they have a time to finish today makes me think they have found enough evidence...
sorry... was typing and listening LOL... tennesseeWhen quoting "the tip didn't come from TN", does that mean Tennessee or Teresa Neves? :waitasec: Thanks!

I recorded it and it is uploading to YouTube at this moment. It should be available within 15 minutes or so.

(My little dog might be heard in the background as my son stopped over.)
Said that Misty was starting to realize that she was in trouble.
Did he say that directly?!?

did he mean search over for today - or 'over' as in finished, done, finito, packing up & moving outta there?
If he meant 'complete', they must have found what they were looking for.
After hearing the Sheriff say that Joe has lawyered up, I am having a hard time ruling him out of the crime.

He didn't say they found no remains. He said they had found many small articles of interest, they were examined by an anthropologist and sent off to the lab for analysis.thanks for posting the presser!
If he is saying that the river is the crime scene, and they have found articles of interest, but no remains...then why are they wrapping up the river search? Or did they mean wrapping up the river search just for today?
imhoo this presser was very informative.
1) it is now a homicide
2) she most likely died at the area they were searching
3) people in the case are talking
4) misty is in trouble and knows it
5) items were found at the scene and are being analyzed
6) they are building a case and hope to make an arrest
7) they now have several persons of interest
8) people behind bars related to this case have had lots of time to 'think'
Knew it - he's my prime suspect. I'm suprised they're calling it a homicide now? I think the majority of us figured that out 14 months ago. I just pray they find the perp who did this and haleigh can be brought home for a proper burial. And if Misty, Tommy, or Ron are talking, I hope the DA doesn't give them any deals.

Since they are saying they think the river is the crime scene then I am wondering if they just threw Haleigh in there and let her drown. The thought of it is really upsetting to me.![]()

That sounds very much like bones an anthropologist identified as human.
It also fits with his saying he believed little Haleigh died there. I don't think he would say that without some physical evidence.
